I was passing through TN on my way to NJ for family funeral. I broke down at 2am Easter mon morning. Reeds towing came and got me and replaced the serpentine belt and had me back on the road In no time. I wanted to give the guy a tip and he wouldn't take it and just said I'm just glad I could get you back on the road again. I would recommend these guy to fix anything in my truck. They were great. And it didn't cost me an arm and a leg and wasn't taken advantage of. Thanks guys.

Needed to have a tire changed last night (the lug wrench is missing from my truck) and Wesley came out and had me back on the road in about a half hour from the time I called him, even after needing to tow me for safety reasons. He was super friendly and helpful. I m kind of glad that my insurance company dropped the ball (waited for over an hour and they supposedly still couldn t find anyone to help me) and made me find help on my own because a great, small town business got the money instead of some corporate chain. Thanks, guys!

I recently had a car accident and Reid's towing company is the ones who got my car from the side of the road. They have been wonderful to me throughout this process and I've probably been a pain in the butt with a million questions but they still been extremely nice and I'm extremely grateful for that. They went above and beyond in my case

Reed s helped us out when our transmission cable gave up and left us stranded at a gas station. Wes showed up with a tow truck but was able to get our vehicle into gear to drive it to his shop. He fixed us up in a jiffy and was very reasonably priced. We highly recommend them. Thanks for your kindness and help! Thanks to the Sheriff s Deputy too who called you and helped us out!

Reeds is a great service station for any of your vehicle needs. They run a great station and the boys there are friendly and hardworking as well. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a tire repair, oil change or a tank of gas

Mostly a good experience! This was not my first time I had their help. They were professional, did their work in a timely manner & at a reasonable price. The only bad part was getting the guy that takes care of customers to notice me at all so I could pay my bill & go!

There aren t enough words to describe how thankful I am for this place! I was rear-ended today on the highway and couldn t get anywhere farther than Reed s. They told me they didn t have the tires in my size but put my car up anyways, fixed as much as they could to get my tire safe enough to take me to a shop with my tires, and refused ANY payment stating I had had enough trouble for one day . They called each center near me until they found one with my tire size, gave me the names of employees they knew and trusted, found us the most gentle path to take, and told us to call them if we didn t make it there and that they would send help no matter how far we got. Awesome awesome service.

Where do I start..I should have known it was going to be a problem when I asked to use the bathroom and the guy said he didn't have one. The bottom line is this guy was going to charge me around 400.00 to go round trip 20 miles to buy the tire and put it on. The guy told me he was going to buy my tire and when my husband called to see why it was taking them so long. The guy had gone home for the day and did not tell me. Left my car on the Jack and told my husband he'd be back in the morning. PLEASE, PLEASE, IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.Service: Tire change

The law called them to tow from Hardy's chapel to Monterey. That's A LONG way. So I called to see if they would cancel I'd pay them $50 just for having to get out period. But NO. I was there when they arrived and said it's $200 if they tow or not. I didn't have it on me. So it got towed. That's sorry s**t!! They should have negotiated a lower rate to not tow. There will be a special place in hell for people that prey on the poor!!

They change all my tires and always friendly service.My car broke down and I was late for work they went right and got it and fixed it up for me.Prices are fair as well.I would recommend this place to anyone.

Good people!! Had to go get my wife's car back after she flipped it 8 times on 111. Thought the tow and storage bill was a little high but come to find out the state trooper made them garage the car under lock and key at a special lot because my wife was ejected from the vehicle and was flown out to vanderbilt with broke back and neck in several places with bleeding in the brain and torn main artery. The trooper told them he was sure she didn't make it. He ended up being a good guy though and told me 200 cash and I could have it back since we had enough problems on our hands. They unlike most companies do have a heart. Anywhere else it would be costed over double. And the car was completely destroyed. Nothing but twisted metal but was senimental to us.

I had to have my car towed to East Tennessee Dodge in Crossville and when the tow truck driver dropped the car off, he didn't even tell anyone at the Dodge dealership it was there and than left the keys in the car. The car sat there for 3 days before I called and asked if my car was ready. Dodge didn't even know it was there. Next time I call AAA, I will exclude this vendor from being used....

If your out of town and your vehicle is out of luck, you can count them fellers here. Make sure they are your one stop for towing, fuels, and service.
