This is a nice local hardware store, but out of the 3 times I've been in, just in the last few months they've not had what I needed (a specific standard sized tarp, shelf brackets and now a 2x6 joist hanger). The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I do like then improvements to the site in that time though too.

Super place to shop. I purchased property near here and the staff and management are great, friendly and helpful. They have about anything you need and at a far better price than the local ACE Hardware. They keep adding new items as well. I definitely recommend this store.. They also have a huge assortment of Milwaukee tooling.

First visit. For a small town community, this store has a wide selection of merchandise. The indoor and outdoor displays are done very well. Glad I visited.

I cannot praise the staff at Landers Trade enough for their kindness and support during a recent, unplanned visit to a hidden jewel of a town - Monterey, TN. Car trouble led us to the mechanic across the street, and looking for a bathroom for our daughter led us to wander into Landers in hopes they would let us use the facilities. (They did!)Polly and Jerry invited us to stay and wait there while our vehicle was being fixed, their kindness and hospitality was unmatched! If you need to restore your faith in humanity, come shop here and experience it for yourself!As for the store experience, their store and bathrooms are very clean. The store is laid out nicely with something for everyone. Whether you need construction materials, tools, recreational equipment, garden and pet supplies or any other item you might think of, Landers probably has it! And, if they don t have it, you don t need it! ;)The kindness we experienced from the staff at Landers made me wish we lived nearby so we could patronize the store regularly. Thank you for everything. Next time we pass through we will stop!Sincerely,The Mac Family

The store was very well stocked. They had a wide variety of hardware,tools and everything in between.If you needed it and they didn't have it. Chances are you didn't need it!Our first time in the store. We were pleasantly surprised at how well everything was displayed and arranged.We will stop by often.

The staff was very very nice and helpful!! Greatly appreciated their assistance. They really went above and beyond their jobs!!! Definitely will shop there. Now this is how you do a hardware store! Awesome alstore and super friendly staff. Went there late on a Sunday afternoon hoping thed be open "yes till 4 on Sundays" to get a replacement water filter. Thought it would be a long shot of them having what I needed but they actually had 2 different options. Looked like they really had a little bit of everything from what I could see.

This is the BEST customer service oriented team! Shopping in this smaller hardware store is terrific and fun. They have such a variety of products and so willing to also order a product they may not have. A much better experience than the big box stores. Chris and Drew are outstanding!!

Locally owned business with very reasonable prices and a wide variety of products for all your home repair needs. The employees are very helpful and friendly as well. I definitely recommend this hardware store for all of your home and garden needs.

This place was so rude. I went in to buy stove pipe and was given a peice of candy. As I walked towards the back to decide what I wanted I over heard the manager and other employees talking about my breath. I am on antibiotics right now treating the problem. But they had no right.

Great store! UPS drop off service is so convenient! Store has everything you need. Skip the trip to Lowes or Home Depot because this place has it all. Compared prices and this place is very competitive even with Amazon! Not to mention their friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will be coming back to this store many, many more times.

Says they are open from 9:00 to 4:00 on Sundays, drove all the way here and they were closed, it's 12:18 pm.

If you need one of them red cordless tools they got em. Everything else not so much. Lots of empty space on the shelves no one spoke to me and I didn't find what I wanted so I left.

I needed help figuring out how to change the connection on my dryer. The clerk knew exactly what product I needed and explained how I could complete the project easily. I visited multiple home improvement stores where associates didn t know the solution to my problem but here, my problem was an easy fix. I will return for sure!

I wish they where a little more helpful as far as trying to order materials to build with. That is the only reason they don't get 5 stars. Customer service is great.

DO NOT SHIP YOUR UPS PACKAGES HERE! It says it is a UPS drop off spot but 2 employees on 2 separate occasions couldn t figure out the computer while I stood there for 20 mins, I could ve just driven to Cookeville and back in that amount of time!

Not very friendly there. But price comparable unless you want to drive to Crossville or Cookeville just be ready for rude Behavior.
