Great place to purchase a vehicle from. Straight to the point prices and accurate information about the vehicles on lot. Bought my first SUV from here and it s still going strong with only needing regular maintenance. If I ever purchase another vehicle, I ll definitely look here!

Absolutely some of the nicest people ever! Straight up and honest about everything. Sells as AS IS. If you need a used car this is a great place to check out.. Notice I said USED car- NOT NEW car. We bought a car for a underprivileged boy that could care less what it looked like as long as it gets him to school and work. This was the place to go. After searching for couple months online or racing to get a car before it sold-which it did, we left with a car for this fine boy! Thank you!

My opinion is that the Bohannon's are less than honest and perpetrated a ficticious 'repair job' defrauding me out of $164.62, and I wouldn't reccommend anyone to do business with them.They had a vehicle priced at $1999, and before I bought it at that price, Dean Bohannon told me that he noticed an oil leak and was having it fixed and would add that cost to sale price, which came to $150 extra + tax ($164.62). Problem was that after I bought vehicle the oil was still leaking everywhere, and further checking did not show that there was any work done to fix the oil leak, which I did, after replacing numerous parts. Car was sold AS IS - NO DEALER WARRANTY. THE DEALER DOES NOT PROVIDE A WARRANTY FOR ANY REPAIRS AFTER SALE.Since the 'repairs' (or what was charged for repairs) was done 'before the sale' it seems reasonable that the $164.62 would definitely qualify for a valid refund claim, and the Bohannon's flat out refused to refund anything. BUYER BEWARE OF BOHANNON AUTO SALES.

Absolute dishonest people!!! I bought an 05 Cadillac SRX and when I got back I noticed it was leaking oil. My mechanic told me there was no way that an auto dealer could overlook it. I ve had it less than 2 weeks now. I offered to bring it back minus $800 when he said he was only making $500. I offered to trade it back in. Nothing. They wouldn t even answer my phone call the next day. Just text me that I was stuck with it. Well as a Man who sticks by his word; You won t find it here!!!

I bought a 2007 Jeep Liberty here. Great experience. Car runs great, they let me know any defects (nothing serious just a sensor) There was no hassle and no pressure. It'll get us where we need to go. The next time I buy a used car I'll definitely shop here.

I bought a dodge charger from there 5 week s ago from there .I was told the car I bought had one owner and it belonged to there son but the first week I had it the battery caught fire and almost burned the car up keep in mind I paid 4100 dollars for this car. They told me the vehicle had one owner and belonged to there son. But what they failed to tell me the car had ben wrecked. About 4 Weekes after buying it for it started running terribly you couldn't even drive it. And my mechanic who is fixing it informed me whoever tried to put it back together after it was wrecked really messed up the firing system. They put in the wrong spark plugs and really messed up the firing order I have a excellent mechanis fixing it now. But just because that wasn't honest I got a 1000 dollar mechic bill

I have had a daughter and a friend of another daughter purchase a car and truck from this place and my daughter has spent a lot of money to try to repair all the problems. My other daughters friend on the other hand didn t make it 6 miles down the interstate before the truck shut off while driving and was almost in an accident. Dean April and Thomas have refused to rectify this situation. They have already sunk an additional close to $400 dollars on top of the $2800 they paid for the truck trying to get it running. They have asked to have it towed back and keep all the parts they have bought just to get the money back to purchase a car that runs. April and Dean both were willing but Thomas was not and even told my father not to contact them again or have an attorney contact them. If I was able I would have done a half star or no star at all. I went to speak with them myself yesterday and I was understandably upset just to be cussed and told to leave or have the police called. We ended up talking and Dean paid to have the truck towed but now the truck still doesn t run. And Thomas will not fix the situation and told my dad to get an attorney. Used cars my not be covered by the lemon law but you 3 days for an incident to happen and they have to repair or refund for the vehicle. Never take your business to these people.

They will try work with you to get you Avery good deal on what your interested in . They are very nice honest people . And my opinion is they are five star

Everyone I dealt with to get my car was so nice. They listened to me about what I had to work with financially and helped me get into something that fit my needs and budget. Very honest and upfront about issues that any of the cars had that I tried out. I am very pleased with my purchase and will recommend them to anyone!

I bought a car here and I explained my situation needed dependable car and it didn't even last 3 months it needed a new head when I bought it had it checked out and there was alot wrong with it. First car he let me test drive I didn't think would ever make it back. I've talked to numerous people around town says never go here. Even given a one star is to good for them!

I've known them my whole life and they are good ppl. They wouldn't sell a bad vehicle to someone. I bought one bout a yr ago and it still just as good as the day I got it from them. Going back soon hopefully to get another car.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. My sister bought a car from there and has put so much money into trying to fix it and my friend and I went up there to look for a car and she found a Ford truck she fell in love with because of her dad. He was nice to knock down the price to 2,800 out the door but only wrote 1,098 cash. We took it for a test drive and it seemed fine which when we first got there he told us he had to jump start it and the battery was bad. We went to take it back where we live in crossville and not even 15 minutes down the road and only getting to hit 73 mph on the interstate it started to decelerate and the wheel locked up and she barely made it to the shoulder to pull off. I called the store back and April told me to call Thomas since he sold me the car. Even tho at the time he was busy he still did not offer to help me or give me the money back. We tried multiple times to rejump it and it was hopeless. My mom came to pick us up and we went back to the store to ask for the money back and they would not; however, Dean did pay for a tow truck to get it to crossville. We spent almost $400 to try and fix it getting a brand new battery and starter. We offered to give the battery and starter and signal light to them and pay to tow it back for my money and they still refused. Then her grandfather came up to talk to them but they were closed 10 minutes early so he called Thomas during the business hours and while Thomas was busy at the time he asked if he could call us back, we waited 25 minutes and after that he texted Thomas saying he would call him tomorrow and Thomas told him to never contact him again to have our attorney contact them and we could handle it that way. We went to write a complaint with Tennessee motor vehicle commission but failed to find their business license number so we will be calling the commission people back to see if they could find it. In conclusion DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR ANY VEHICLE if I could give them 0 stars I would

I have been to several carlots looking for a car and I found a good running car there 5 weeks ago and I am very happy with my car, all of them was very nice and polite and respectful, I will tell people if you are looking for a car go check them out, they will treat you with respect 5 stars from me.

I got my 3rd vehicle from bohannon and son auto sales 6 weeks ago they were very fair on price with me and I didn't have much money at the time and all 3 of them Dean April Thomas went in and fill my gas tank up for me to help me that was so nice of them I will most definitely buy my next vehicle from them because they let me trade my in there and I have brought 2 other people and they bought cars from them and they give me 25 dollars referrals for each one I highly recommend to give them a chance a d God bless
