Clean facility. Showers are really spacious, clean, & updated. No bugs, dust, mold, rust, or nothing! nice variety of cooler drinks as well

We stopped here for fuel and a bathroom break. This is a very nice convenience store with so much to offer. They had a hot bar with pizza as well as a Dunkin Donuts and Wendy s inside the store. They also had pay showers. I m sure that s very convenient for the truckers.

I'm here taking a 34 hour break they have a nice shower facility but unfortunately they don't have washers and dryers here so you could do your clothes which that is definitely a minus. But besides that the work is are friendly and professional. Thank you

Pilot with a Wendy s. Right off I75. This spot is clean fresh and friendly. Everything was well stocked. Bathroom was clean. They have gas. They have snacks and food. One stop and you re back on the road asap.

This is definitely a busy Pilot with a lot of great staff. Outside seating is available as well as limited indoor seating at the Wendy's. No Repair facilities on site but there is a truck Repair facility next door. If you can't find parking the Chinese restaurant across the street has parking and there are a few other truck-friendly businesses around. Great job guys!

Had a wonderful repair experience completed here this morning. Shout-out Bryan, Angela, Kevin and Josh. Y'all did a superb , tremendous job. I was checked in, pulled in a bay, work order completed and repair completed within the hour. Very efficient and effective business. Will see you soon. Bless your families and have a wonderful day. I drive this route weekly between iowa and Florida. This is by far one of the best pilot food places. The meat loaf, chicken half, and even the bagle dogs when they were around are always jucy. The lot is always busy and I rarely sleep here and fuel islands are usually busy but not more than a 30mim break wait to fuel. I've also had tire repairs at the shop middle of the day and the guys were great they had me in and out under 1hr. Keep up the good work management and staff. We appreciate you.

Need to print an amended BOL while on the road! The customer service here is 1st class..Phil introduced me to Manager whom took his time to assist me and was kind to my dog! Just a pleasant experience from a group of truely n8ce folks! Very appreciative!Jay

Although when we first got there the service started off a little rocky. Taylor more than made up for it. Thank you Taylor you're a wonderful person. We got fudge and it was very delicious. We opted not to get the ribbeye, more of a Tbone gal. Anyhoo. Taylor more than made up for the dissatisfied service that would have taken place. Asked I e lady for help and she totally walked away from me like she didnt hear me. In a facility with no one there there was only ok ne person I could have been asking for help from. But that my two cents.

I paid for parking here. In the morning I was informed that I have to move my truck because I was blocking the driveway of the Southern Tire Mart apparently I was sold the driveway. I paid good money to not be disturbed

If I could give the Wendys in this spot negative stars I would. This has got to be the nastiest Wendys restaurant I have EVER been to. Absolutely horrible! There was food and trash all over the floor, a drink spilled in a seat, the trash cans were overflowing and the fountain drink area was very dirty!! I would NOT eat here again! The management here needs fired on the spot!!

Lost a receipt for load locks I purchased a few weeks ago. I gave the store a call, and a nice man by the name of Ron helped me out and sent me a picture. Ron, if you read this thanks buddy.

Not a bad stop on top of the hill, but it gets busy at times. They have Dunkin coffee here too. It was foggy in the middle of the day - freaky weather this February 2021.

This is hands down THE BEST truckstop we have been to. Everyone - and I mean EVERYONE on the AM crew was super friendly and helpful! We will certainly make this a stop anytime we are through this area! Thanks yall!!

Too busy , long wait lines for fueling and parking spots always full . I prefer to fuel at pilots who offer many parking spots .

A truck driver went to the fuel pumps with his heated brakes and all catch fire and burned, call before you stop to fuel drive. Be safe.

Watch out for spilled diesel all over the parking area not just by the pumps. But the showers are great. Nice hot water even after the showers had been busy all day

This location is ok but it can get busy at times. If you don't arrive early enough you may not get a parking space. The reason for the two stars is more service. The Duncan donuts ice coffee is absolutely horrible. It's like paying $4 for water. The second reason is the manager Craig who apparently needs to learn a little something about sales. He prefers to sell me two boxes of cigarettes at $6 each instead of a carton of 10 at $60. I told him we'll let me get 10 single packs and he told me I couldn't do that. That he could sell me 2 then I'd have to wait 24 to purchase more. This is absolutely ridiculous and a loss for this location.

The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Every toilet was filled with layers of waste and wouldn't flush.

SEPT 6, 11:40AM. The guy that cleaned the showers is extraordinary. All showers are full one minute. Next minute, all of them are cleaned to perfection. Like a Samurai of cleaning. Well done, my man!

Lot of easy parking, not much a slant, which is surprising for the area. Was as clean as to be expected. My only negative is that the showers could use some renovations, but at least they've got automatic check in's and and entry, and was clean.

I was able to purchase the power inverter at the advertised price listed at this pilot location the manger s and staff were very helpful and nice they couldn t believe what had happened to us at the other location in Illinois. There was no rebate of any kind when they rung up the power inverter. So now I m going to call the corporate office again because this is not ok. Just because the color of my skin I was denied to purchase something that was on sale .
