I stayed here during my travel home from Kentucky due to weather conditions. One of the only things that was great was that it was right off the interstate and I was exhausted after being stuck on the interstate for so long. My sweetheart had called ahead and made sure they had a room prior to my arrival. When I got there the front desk lady was professional. I ended up getting a "discount" because my sweetheart called ahead and the total came out to 85.00. I had to wait for her to clean the room before I could go in.The rooms aren't anything to write special about. The room had very minimal decor and minimal accessories. The room included a fridge and a 24" Television along with a small coffee maker. The smell in this room was overwhelming, but it wasn't the worst smell I've experienced. It wasn't enjoyable for me.I wouldn't suggest this spot unless it's a last resort. For the price point vs what you get, I feel like there's better options.I am grateful that they had a room though.

Hotel is under renovation. The room I got was nice enough with some new flooring and sink/tub. WiFi was good, TV was good, fridge/microwave worked fine. But it's a work in progress so there's some dirty old furniture, they forgot soap & shampoo, and the remote didn't have batteries. If you want to save $20-$30 and don't mind a little inconvenience while they keep improving then it's worth a stay. If not then in a few months it should be pretty nice.

Bed was great... Clean room... Hot water with good pressure... Friendly staff...pet friendlyCons: 1 set of towels for 2 people in a room with 2 bedsThe conditioner and shampoo was used and just wiped offCleaning lady knocked once and opened door at 10am. Check out is at 11 and we were paid til tomorrow.

Stayed there in 2018 on our way to FL. If it wasn't so late at night and I couldn't drive one more mile I would have walked out of the room and left. Laid on the top cover and didn't even use the shower. Got up very early and got out of there.Very nasty dirty room.

If I could give -100 I would.We had to stop our trip to rest a little and all decent hotels were full. So the receptionist from Super 8 said we would find a room there. It was the most dirty, disgusting, stinky, full of garbage, BUGS on the floor in the bedroom that we ever saw. I immediately asked for refund and left that place. Well, the lady said I would receive the reimbursement, but it has passed 9 days and I haven't received anything back. She charged me $105. She said it was $79. I was robbed and still remember the bugs and the smell of that horrible place. It needs to be shut down. That is a health and safety issue for the city.Garbage all over the hotel. Really disgusting.

This was the 4th. Hotel we stopped at to get a room for the night! We we're happy to get a room until we open up the door.. we had 3 pillows for 4 people and we had a non smoking room and the pillows smelled like stale cigar and the bed sheets were dirty and the comforter had burn hole's and marker drawings on them.My grandson got locked in the bathroom even though there was no lock on the door!!we had no towels or soap but thank God we did have toilet paper!The floor looks like plywood . After we got in bed my grandson asked if he could go sleep in the car, that's how bad a 12 year old though the place was!! Why didn't we listen???

BED BUGS Mountain INNThey have the worst hotels I have ever stayed in never changed sheets and mold behind bed and on all wood when I showed her the pictures she said oh well you only paid $65 not my problem!!! Had roaches ( both kind) and BEDBUGS!!!!! They also own the SUPER 8 next door and my brother in law stayed they said the same problems!!! I have never stayed in anything that bad in my life

Do not come to this place unless you want cockroaches. I walked into the room and a cockroach ran right across the floor. There was blood on the floor next to the bed. As soon as we walked in we walked out.I went and complain to the lady and they gave me my money back as soon as I said cockroaches. This made me feel as if they knew they had roaches. I would never stay here in my life!!

Just got here late night. Dirty place I ve been to. Save your money. Attached is a picture of the bathtub. I ve seen mold in the mall and floor. Danger hazard for kids. I think the bed has bed bugs. I couldn t sleep for three hours straight when this bed could be filled with creatures. I was feeling itchy.By the looks of it it s an old mattress. They are lucky I didn t take more

The room was disgusting! It literally looks like someone was killed in this room. Blood on the carpet, the chair, the toilet, the shower, and the bathroom! And not just a little, ALOT! The fridge was full of stuff and was nasty! The floors haven t been vacuumed, the bedding was filthy. The mirrors looked like they were spit on, and the counters and tabletops looked like they haven t been wiped off in months! I will post pictures.

We stayed at the mountain inn. Behind super 8. Which is owned by the same lady, in the same parking lot, same phone number. Our sheets had urine, crayon, and blood on them. Napkins used in the drawer. Mirror had liquid running down it where it hadn't been clean. Toothpaste spots on faucet. Microwave had no tray and lots of rust. And used cups for coffee. We paid for a double bed it had two towels and two wash clothes. They were black literally white but black. Ask for more towels as they knowed there was four of us. The lady at the desk said we would have to pay PAY for more towels. This was the worse hotel experience I have ever had. We had to sleep on top of the covers. Scared of bed bugs.

We travel a lot and this was the worst stay we have ever had anywhere. No towels, no toilet paper, no pillows on the bed (which was like a rock). We called the front desk and she said she would take care of it but never came by. Had it not been midnight and we were only staying the night, we would have gone somewhere else. Spend the extra money and go over to the smokehouse.

We stay at a lot of hotels and thiiby far one of the worse one we have been in. I understand that in today's world you have to use products to really clean but the smell give us both a major headache within minutes of walking into the room. Could not take a shower due to to no shower curtain it took two phone calls to get it there to the room and the man that brought it as sweet as he could be did not know how to hook it up so I had to do it myself The bed was very uncomfortable as was the pillows

Horrible dirty place,dirty sheets. Trail of blood stains on carpet leading to bathroom. Airconditioner didn't work. Hot in room and it smelled bad! Gave it a one but deserves less then that! In addition to that lady that checked us in was very Rude and nasty to my fiancee! She did switch our room. But it was bad too. Supposed to have a microwave. It did not. Im a very easy going person. I dont usually dont complain. The surprising thing is they are owned by wyndham. We are members! Outside of hotel 90 percent of the people staying there looked shady and for some reason they all had to fix their cars outside. The grounds had old furnature and trash and wood scraps everywhere. Terrible but we needed a place to stay my fianc�e couldn't drive anymore I can't drive I have grab mal seizures.

It's a budget motel. The property is old, but it serves it's purpose. The beds are comfy, the towels are clean and they have muffins and hot coffee in the morning. One reviewer mentioned a nasty shower, but mine was cleaned well.Overall a nice place to stop for the night at a cheap price.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel even tho i only stayed for one night. When we arrived the room seemed fine until we used the toilet, the toilet would not flush even after 10-15 tries and the paper was coming off of the bathroom walls, the shower dripped onto the floor so you had to wipe it up when you finished, the fridge froze all our soda that we put in it, and the so called "breakfast" was some coffee and a muffin, i honestly am not sure how anyone could consider this a breakfast so after having the almost snack we had to leave to go get a real breakfast. However here are some pros to the hotel, cheap price, nice bed, lots of TV channels.

The breakfast was GREAT! Try to grab breakfast before checking out! The owner and his staff were great also, BUT......The pet room was a bit smelly, and the price was honestly too high! I could have easily left my cat crated in the car and went to the Very nice motel across from it. If the room was clean and the price was better; I would have easily given them

I so wish I had read the reviews before staying here! I was too tired to drive all the way home from Chattanooga and decided to book this place for resting and finishing up some work. Worst decision ever! The price was not the same, the manager was extremely rude when I asked for the Wi-Fi password, the room was not clean, towels and bedding were disgusting and this was by far the worst place that I ve stayed in the US. I asked for the Wi-Fi password twice in person and twice by phone, the manager yelled the same code (that again did not work) and hang up the phone on me. Later I asked another staff about it and he told me that the internet was not working for anyone. I found bad bugs and moths in the room, there was no light bulb in one of the lamps, the room was smelling, full of marks/holes from cigarettes, there was blood on the bedsheets and the towels were dirty - not a little bit dirty, more like they cleaned the floor with it!Stay somewhere else if you can. I tried to cancel my reservation, but the manager was gone and I could not get my money back.Oh! And the bed is incredibly small!

We were going to rent a room on the way home because we were tired. At first the man at the front desk was very friendly and listened to everything i wanted in a room. We laid for the room and when we got in the room we moved to night stand to plug in our phone chargers. There were cool roaches behind the night stand along with food. There was also food in the microwave and the mini fridge was nasty. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. We pulled the bed sheets back just to be curious and wouldn't you know it they also had bed bugs. The lady was very rude when we tried to show her what we were concerned about, telling us that customers aren't supposed to inspect their room before they stay. Probably the worst hotel/motel I've ever seen. Wouldn't recommend this to any one

Not the nastiest place I have ever stayed but it was in the top 2. Had to ask for clean sheets before getting in to bed, dirty towels left in the bathroom, ass grease on the bed spread, carpet looked like the great outdoors, 1/2 the lights didn't work and had to wash the mirror ourselves before we could see our reflection. I felt like I needed a bath in Seven dust after I left. 1 star was the lowest rating I could give but that is way to good for this place. I would have felt cleaner sleeping in a dumpster behind Wal Mart !

Okay, I understand 45 dollars a night at a hotel you can t expect much. My family and I stayed here and our room had no towels, no running water, sheets were stained along with the pillow cases, we asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled like cigarette smoke AND on top of that there were BED BUGS on one of the beds and the place won t refund our money. AWFUL, DISGUSTING, and overall terrible stay I would not recommend this place to literally anyone

This was the worst room I have ever stayed in. We walked in the room and were immediately hit with cigarette stench. Even though we asked for a non-smoking room and there was a no smoking sign on the door. There weren t any linens or pillows on the beds. No towels, wash clothes or hand towels. No toiletries or toilet paper. Behind the bathroom door there was trash. The shower looked so nasty I wouldn t even use it. The carpet was sticky. I asked for a roll away bed for my daughter and a man smoking a cigarette brought it into our room with a lit cigarette in his mouth! I told him to put it out because my daughter would be sleeping on that bed. I asked for another room immediately but they said they didn t have anymore. I told them this room was nasty and it reeked of cigarettes. The man with the cigarette brought me a can of air freshener. Like that was going to help. Then he brought us towels and sheets. The nasty thin bedspreads had cigarette burns on them and smelled of cigarettes. I would not doubt that those bedspreads were from the 80s. It just kept getting worse and worse. We had been up for over 24 hours so we stayed because we were exhausted. The next morning the manager was no where to be found and I explained the condition of the room to a girl who said she cleaned that room. I told her she should be ashamed of the condition of that room and that she should be fired. I told them they should no longer say that room is non smoking. My three children, my husband and myself smelled like cigarettes for the rest of the drive home. When we got home things that stayed in our bags even reeked of cigarettes. My oldest has allergies and ended up sick the next week. Keep on driving if you see this place it s not worth the money you may save.

The worst I ever stayed in. No heat, no tissue, no batteries in the remote, no washcloth or towels in it when we walked in. Supposed to be non smoking but reeked of cigarettes and smoke. Gave me bedbug vibes. Never stay here unless ur desperate!

Stayed here like 4 years ago, wasn't bad, came late Sunday night. 11/20/19. Was tired and just checked in , first the moldy, dank smell, but i was tired I thought whatever. Woke up with my arm on fire and ate up from bed bugs, open the blinds, was absolutely disgusted. The nastiest place I have ever slept in. I'll be contacting the health department and who ever I can. Of course no one was available to complain to. Do not stay here. Utter disgust. Do not believe these fake a$$ reviews!!

For a 40 dollar a night room with double occupancy. It has a bed, functioning air conditioning, carpeting although i don't suggest walking around barefoot in the room or outside the room for that matter, a television and a shower. You can't ask for much more at that price. Besides that the road access to it is in very poor condition, the outside of the building could use a very good pressure washing (if theres any contractors looking for work I'm sure you could convince the owner at the right price.) The carpeting on the outside hallways of the building need to be removed entirely and well as should all carpets in the building be removed. Bed Bugs and Mold Infestation could occur and I'm sure has in the past and could very well happen again. Easier to install laminate or tile to save a lot of money on hiring people to remove beg bugs and mold that could be associated with all of that. The Decor is very old school but at the very least its all in very good shape, plenty of lighting, air condition kept the room very cold albeit its an outdated 10+ Year Hotel AC, still works amazingly well. Besides all that the town was very pretty and enjoyable to drive around and see everything and the Sonic Is Amazing. If your worn out and see this place and you'd rather not spend more than 50 Dollars on a room. Come here.

This was my far the best experience I have ever had at a cheap hotel. It was better than some of the more expensive places I have stayed. My boyfriend and I cave a lot and use hotels as a place to sleep and shower off. We don t need an extravagant hotel. This room was roomie, warm water , comfortable bed. They even brought us warm towels once they had some washed. And the customer service was great.

Staff was incredibly rude. Hotel was under renovation which I guess was an excuse they were able to use to explain why it was absolutely disgusting BUT you get exactly what you pay for! Especially if you pay for the front desk to take your wallet and hold it, so when you call to ask if you left it there they yell at you to not call this number again and so when you come back to see if the wallet is there after you drove 2 hours away, they leave it on the front desk because they aren t brave enough to face you. So essentially, I would NOT recommend, even if you re trying to save money. Spend 20-30 extra bucks to stay at the quality inn across the way! OOP, almost forgot, there was no remote for the tv. The bed was broken. AND there were ashes in the bedside table drawer of our SMOKE FREE room!

There was no one to help me check out. Some one from another, nicer hotel walked over after seeing stand in the office for 20 mins wanting to check out, and this was at 3pm. The rooms, while tidy, they stunk incredibly badly, and the bed spread looked like it had never been washed. I normally dont give bad reviews, and try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but this hotel was just all around disgusting. This was what the breezeway looked like going to my room, that you can see in the picture I posted. I did not attempt to lay under the covers, in fear of getting bed bugs. I'm not claiming they had them, just that I was not willing to risk it, with how unclean and unkempt the rest of the hotel was. I get it, it's a cheap hotel, but it doesn't have to smell horrible, or have trash laying out in the breezeway either.

Soo dirty! No extra toilet paper, no towels. Smelled horribly like smoke. Stained blanket and bed sheets with burn holes in it. The floor/carpet felt gross and sticky. Oh and fire alarm went off at 3a.m.
