They were very kind and courteous during my car trouble. I had a flat tire on the interstate and managed to limp it to CS Automotive. They didn t have my tire in stock but ordered it on the spot and patched my tire so it would get me home and back in the morning. They had my new tire on in about 30-35 minutes. Nice area to sit and chill while they work on your vehicle. We will return for any issues with our vehicles.

Awesome shop. My wife and I were coming from Nashville, on our way to Ruby falls. Suddenly my Sierra s Check engine light began to flash and the truck was shaking. I pulled over on I-24 and found these guys on Google map. Brought it in to get it fixed. It had a loose plug wire on a cylinder.They fixed it and didn t charge me a penny! Very nice staff. Thank you CS!

I had a great experience with CS Automotive in Monteagle, TN this week. We were driving back home to Florida from Ohio visiting family for Thanksgiving. Our car blew out a radiator hose, so we had to pull off at the Monteagle exit. We spotted CS Automotive and explained our situation. They looked at our car within an hour and quickly diagnosed the problem. They worked to locate a connector and hose for our vehicle while we spent the night at a hotel next door. The next morning, they gave us the bad news in the morning that it would take days to get the right parts. Fortunately, they understood our need to get home and they worked to fix the problem with a new hose and clamping that enabled us to get back on the road that morning. We got home in Florida that evening with no problems. We couldn't be more thankful, and would highly recommend them. Thank you CS Automotive.

Our son goes to Sewanee and needed some work done on his car. Since we live in NC and don't know anybody in the area, we were concerned about where to take it to get an honest and professional recommendation on what needed to be done.Dan Kouhn and CS Automotive not only gave us an honest recommendation on what needed to be done (and what didn't need to be done), but they got the car in that day and had it back to our son on the next day. We couldn't have been happier with the service that Dan provided, and we'd recommend CS Automotive to any parents in a similar situation.

My son s Honda Civic battery light came on so he called CS automotive and they took him right in. Diagnosed it as a bad alternator. Turns out we had the alternator replaced just under 2yrs ago at another shop in another state that has a TechNet 2yr nationwide warranty. CS automotive Being a TechNet shop was able to replace the alternator under warranty getting my son back on the road the next day! What would have been a $750.00 plus expense turned into a no charge! Can t thank CS automotive enough! It s great to know my son has a repair shop he can count on! Highly recommend CS automotive!Signed,One happy dad!

Brought my 2017 Tiguan in for an oil change and to investigate a coolant leak. After 2 days, they never found the coolant leak but did change the oil. Then I brought the vehicle to a VW dealer who found the coolant leak in 15 minutes and also discovered oil leaking from the drain plug because it was missing a gasket from the recent oil change performed by CS automotive. The staff there was professional but I wasn't impressed with their competence.

Stopped to get a charging issue looked at. Was told the system ok to drive on.No up sales for non needed parts.And charged a fair inspection price for looking at our truck.
