We had a driver that was having some truck issues where truck would shut off after 3 to 4 minutes of running. We called and spoke to Michael and he said he would send his mechanic Garry out to check it out. Fortunately, after touching some wires and doing a test drive following Garry, the truck didn't shut off. With the truck being close to their location, they decided not to charge us. Unheard of! Will definitely save for future needs. Thank you!

Awesome service! I got stuck in some deceptively deep gravel in a sports car... I called them late in the evening and they rushed right out to help me. He pulled my car out with no issues...Super friendly and I would recommend anyone in that area to use them.

Best tow company in Tennessee, I was stuck in a Ditch, they came very quickly and got me out of there faster than I expected, very professional and affordable service. I would recommend this tow company to anyone!!!!!

I almost died and 24 Towing were there with level heads and compassionate hearts! After helping me calm down I could clearly see my guardian angels take care of my truck and the situation in a very professional and productive manner. Very knowledgeable about the area which helped because I m more of a city driver from the East coast. I AM IMPRESSED! 5 stars! Thanks Michael

After taking over 3 hours for my insurance to dispatch roadside assistance, while on hold for the 8th time with them, I called 24 Towing and Road service, explained I needed a flat bed for my AWD and 24 Towing agreed to take my vehicle back to Chattanooga for a fair price and showed up in 15-20 mins like he said he would. Right after my car was loaded and on its way the insurance tower called and said it would be another 3 hours before he could get to me. I said thanks but no thanks.Anyway this guy gave me good assistance, good advice and I would recommend him to anyone needing help.

Good people here, got to my truck right away and got it towed off the run away ramp! Don t look around give these guys a call, all the other towing companies will tell you a price and once they get you out it will be more. These guys here are very affordable and cheapest around. Thanks guys

Fair priced, super nice, works with you, is kind, and fast response time.Waited for 5 hours on AAA. Called 24, he not only picked me up, but even tried to help us with our car. cannot recommend enough.

I wouldn't even give him 1 star. He is rude and arrogant. I stopped to check on a driver that was in the runaway ramp and he said he was ok and I 24 towing blocked me in and wouldn't let me leave.

My car was dead at the end of a very long and winding road. I'm still not sure how Michael managed to get his truck turned around but he got me out of a very tough spot. The price was extremely reasonable and when I tried to tack on a little bit extra for the amazing service, he refused to accept. Top-notch experience. I have run around telling everyone I know to call Michael if they ever need a tow.Service: Car towing

I got stuck on Monteagle, Michael and Billy came to the rescue, very professional nice people, they escorted me to a hotel and picked me up to take me to shop where my truck was going to be worked on. They're customer service is 100%, they're very knowledgeable on what they do.. I highly recommend anyone to call them first, you can't beat the price! Thank you all again!

My suv broke down on the side of the road, at the top of the mountain, and on a Sunday. Thank God this guy answered my call! Mr and his brother were very nice and went out of his way to haul my jeep, and even fix my alternator! Was back on the road in a few hours! There s people out there that try to beat you and then there s people like this.. I could tell from the gate I was dealing with knowledgeable professional good people.
