By far one of the best mechanic experiences I ve had, not just mobile but in general.Driving for VA to AZ I was bound to face some car issues at some point, and i got to a hotel in TN and my car after shutting off, wouldn t turn back on. Called multiple people & this guy (I m so sorry forgot your actual name) means it when he says 24/7 service, was willing to come out at 2am last night from 45 mins away to diagnose my car to fix in the morning.But I told him to come in morning instead, which he did, and fixed it. Did an extremely thorough diagnosis on multiple items on my car to find the issue, found it was fuel pump, which after replacing, were back on the road!!!! Prices were insanely fair, and beyond the service, the conversation and genuineness was awesome.Blessed to of ran across Ratts in an urgent time of need, stay blessed, thanks again!PS his vehicle setup is sick!

I'm truly fortunate to have encountered Pat! He skillfully resolved the issues with my parking brake at a very reasonable cost. Additionally, Pat identified a fitment problem with a new U-joint I had installed elsewhere, potentially saving me thousands in future repairs had it failed. His insight and expertise have been invaluable.

Although I left several urgent messages for the service to please return my calls....it Never did. I was having issues with my water pump and desperately needed to get it fixed and back home . As I said. They Never Called. I ended up using another service and was very pleased with their work. However, I would never suggest "Ratts Repair" to anyone. Not even my In-Laws!

Pat is great! We had a brake issue and he was able to make it out that day and get the job done on site for us. He's a genuinely nice guy, is priced very fair and really knows what he's talking about under the hood. Thanks, Pat!

Called Ratts repair he came very quickly to look at my problem. I was able to get parts he came next day a fixed my hydraulic problem!!!! Also had an a/c problem and he s going to fix that when I get the parts. Also hand a fuel leak that another guy caused and he fixed that !!! How could you ask for anything betterIf anyone has a problem you should call him. If he doesn t answer leave a message he will call you back. !! Thanks a lot Pat. If you in need of a repair on the side of the road..or in our case while camping he is your Guy!!! Our battery went bad in our car.. while Camping on Dale Hollow. we are from Ohio.. so no way to have anyone bring us a battery..so we gave him a call.. and He came down put his tester on.. the battery was bad.. he took us up to town, so can we buy new battery.. he even told us some funny stories and kept our spirits up.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! This is the nicest mechanic I have ever encountered!! You will not be disappointed!!

I was at Dale hollow fishing this week had a major issue with my truck 5 hours from home. I was referred to ratts by motel manager. This guy is top shelf, honest, fair pricing was great came to the marina fixed my truck and I was on my way home. Highly recomend

While on vacation, my truck sprung a leak in the brake line. We didn t find out until we were about to head home. Luckily we called and spoketo Pat. We called Pat with an issue with our car in the a.m. He fit us in his schedule that day. He was very knowledgeable he did a great job and if I ever need a mobile mechanic I diffidently would use him agin.
