Normally I don t leave reviews for these business types but had to based on my experience this morning. Jason, Cameron, and Spencer were working this morning.I pulled up in my VERY DIRTY FJ Cruiser, prepared to either not be allowed into the carwash or have to go through it a few times to knock the mud off.They assessed the condition and told me to pull up. In 35 degree weather, they spent over 5 min manually spraying and brushing the excess mud off. This made sure that 1. My car actually got clean and 2. Their automatic equipment wouldn't pick up material that would damage future paint jobs.They were pleasant and helpful the entire experience; i was just going to pay for single uses, but the customer experience influenced me to get the monthly membership.Thanks, guys!

I ve been here twice.. each time the staff were very helpful, friendly and the wash/vacuums are amazing! The vacuums are incredibly strong. The was I chose was middle of the road on price and it looked so good I feel I paid less than what it was worth. I would definitely recommend using this place.

Great wash and I mean way better than the local competition. Employees are attentive and Jason is always helpful from start to finish. Well worth the visit and I would suggest the membership. Hours are very flexible for anyone. Vacuums are strong enough to pull the mats out of the car lol.

I love car wash service - it does a fantastic job. I do have one complaint- no where to hang or wash floor mats. I really wish they had the automatic mat cleaner like Century Express in Covington has. Even a place to hang your mats to clean would be helpful.

I have had a membership with them for a couple months and it has always been a great experience! Everyone is so friendly & accommodating. The car wash it self is great & I love the vacumns. Highly recommend a membership with them!

The wash was AMAZING!!! They have my business. The staff was very helpful and nice. One guy offered to pressure wash my rubber mats while I was vacuuming the floors. With service like this it's no wonder why they're called Tidal wave, because they're washing away the competition.

This is the second time in 2 days I ve been through here and man it s worth it. My car smells SO good. The vacuums are powerful. I m very happy with this car wash. I pray that their vacuums continue to work as the did today. I love it here!!! Cleans my truck way better than Take 5 car wash (no pun). And there spa would bend my side mirrors out every time. Just a matter before they broke. Tidal Wave Spa doesn t do that and I can visibly see a big difference. I have a white car so I m at the car wash pretty often. I must say I enjoy washing it at Tidal Wave. I m there at least 3 times a week Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Very very satisfied of the service and the carwash itself. I hope they keep up with the quality of the washes. I do not mind paying for the price if I get the quality of the service that I need. Jason was very informative and not pushy about his products!!

Get to the car wash they WILL NOT DISAPPOINT! Ms Matty and Wes and all the employees are so cool and want your vehicle as clean as you do. So stop checking the reviews and see for yourself. And this photo is before I touched it.

The car wash was the best one I ve ever used! My car looks like it just left the showroom floor. All the employees were very friendly and helpful! I will definitely use Tidal Wave from now on!!

Loved it. Best car wash I ve been to. I did a true test of doing the $30 wash on tree sap without pre-scrubbing it like I usually do. They did wipe the entire car down before the wash. It was 80% clean and looked great. I used the provided towels and spray to wipe the rest of the sap off. Which required far less elbow grease.

This is the best car wash I've been to. It does the most through complete car wash, and the drying system is very unique and extremely thorough. It's the driest my vehicle has been after exiting the car wash. The vaccine stations have powerful vacuum as well as a hand-held air blower hose. The blower hose can blow dust and debris on the inside and blow away any remaining water drops . It can blow water that may pool in recessed areas. Like behind the side mirrors, it essentially eliminates any possible water spots. The monthly fee pays for itself quickly. I highly recommend it.

I was very skeptical about a new carwash but Millington is in for a TREAT! Maddy and Cameron were super helpful explaining the different packages and pricing. The guys that scrubbed the bugs off before I even went into the carwash...THANK YOU! To all of the other friendly smiling faces thank you. I normally don't get too excited over a car wash since,.....it's basically just that; a car wash. Tidal Wave is different. The people there are friendly, the equipment is in good condition and the results were great.An added bonus was the fact we didn't have to deal with the usual riff raff and broken equipment that comes with the territory in Memphis.

The car wash team that pre scrubbed my car went over and beyond! They were very nice, helpful, polite and courteous ! I feel safe cleaning my car and they do supply house cleaner ! what else can I say? My car always looks pretty when I leave there

Came there this am with no expectations of a single wash ever getting my car clean was able to purchase a monthly plan for same price as a single wash and that graphx4 had my 3 year old car looking better then the day it comes off the show room floor. Thanks to the hand prep I've never received from any other wash my car came out spotless .There customer at is second to none

Went for a wash today after traveling 1k plus miles within the last week you can imagine the bug's dirt and grime, not to mention the thick mud on the undercarriage. These guys went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my car was spotless!! Thanks yall!! They are definitely getting a membership out of this girl!!

My boyfriend and I did not have plans on this cold Saturday, so we decided to try out Tidal Wave Auto Spa. Not only were we blown away by the initial wash, but we came back after eating lunch to use the interior cleaner. We were astonished at how well the cleaner worked. Amazing. 10/10

They have these "Tire washers" when you first go through this car wash... that used those TIRE BRUSHES trying to clean my grill, and scratched the hell out of my BRAND NEW CAR that was only 2 months old, still with drive out tags on it. I went there and told them about it, but they claim ZERO responsibility for damaged cars.. that THEY damage.. so BUYER BEWARE.. they do not care if they scratch your car!!!!

The "manager" there is extremely rude. It was busy today, many people trying to wash their cars. The cone separating members from non members was way up at the entrance. Therefore, all of us who were in the "members" line watched many cars that came in behind us go ahead of us in the non members side. When I tried to bring it to their attention, the manager said I was being rude and said she was canceling my membership because she's the manager and she can and I wouldn't get a refund. She screamed this at me as she was backing away from my car. She was hateful and rude. Then she proceeded to come back to the other kiosk and let two more cars go ahead of me intentionally. An easy fix would have simply been to move the cone separating the members from non members closer to the kiosks. That way, fewer non members would have been ahead of the paying members (a little common sense goes a long way) I figure I spent an extra 40-45 minutes in line because of all the people that went ahead of me and all the other paying members. Another business who treats paying members worse than non members. When I got up to the wash, she specifically wanted to prewash my car. She was kicking my brand new Bronco. She has a serious mental problem.

These guys rock!!! Early Monday morning and they are bright and friendly. Car wash is great and they pay attention to the bugs before the wash. Go see em for the unlimited!

Absolutely too expensive- I know it s unlimited washes when you re a member it s still expensive. Pretty good wash, just didn t get the back of the car super great, and we loved the self-service vacuums and detailing rags available. We just can t afford it.

Tidal Wave is awesome! I hadn t washed my car since I ve bought it and it came out spotless. All the staff is super nice, friendly and accommodating. I purchased the top of the line Graph-X4 unlimited package and will be taking my car there from now on!

So far so good! It s brand new and up to date. The staff is very friendly and care about the quality they are giving their customers. We came through Saturday and I can honestly say it was the best drive thru car wash I have ever had the pleasure of using. Vacuums were awesome, as well as the window cleaner. Amazing job!
