Being that the automotive industry is making it near impossible to make a quick fix to your own vehicle, I went to Roland s to have a headlight bulb replaced . I had called around and had several men quote me $60-$100 but could be more once we see it . I saw the pictures of this shops lobby and figured if I was going to spend the money, I should at least have fun stuff to look at! They got me in immediately, it took about 30 minutes and they only charged me $27! The best part, they didn t talk to me like I m stupid or rip me off. AND I got to play an original arcade MS. PAC-MAN!!! Roland s became my go to mechanic today!

I came in without an appointment via tow truck for a flat tire. They fit me in quickly, checked my other tires and made sure my rim wasn t damaged when my tire exploded, and got me out quickly. Prices were very fair. Not a bad place to sit and wait- the old school barbers chairs were very comfortable and there is so much to look at while you re waiting! Super friendly service.

This is a great tire shop they get you taken care of with good service, good parts, and they are honest people with great prices!!! There was five people getting tires just like me when I got there and four more people came in for repairs while I was in line and everyone including myself has been taken care of and back to there regular routine in a little over an hour well right at an hour and a half but I alone got four new tires mounted and balanced so that is way quicker then any shop that I have been to in a while not to mention any names but it's kinda hard to get a self check out tire changer machine but keep trying ole wally world!!!

Much thanks to Roland's Tire & Auto. They helped me with a car problem, and they squared it away very quickly. Service is always great and the staff is top-notch! I have used them before on many an occasion, and I will continue to do so. Thanks you so much Eric, Darrell, and Mrs. Roland!

First time there and also my last. I went in to have my wife's tire fixed and there was one person ahead of me. Two hours later, I'm told that there was no leak in the tire. I had to air the tire up to get it there. I previously fixed a nail hole myself and noticed that the tire was leaking from around the rim. When I told them that, they said they would do a bead seal on it. When I got off work at 11pm, the tire was flat again. They were likeable people, but I will never have work done there again. ... in response...( later ) I went to another shop the next day and they immediately saw the leaking tire. The guy showed me that the rim was fine, but the tire was somehow damaged in that location. I'm fine with that, simple fix...buy another tire. Honesty is what I value most in a business. Don't lie to me and take my money with a smile!

Momma Roland is the best in the Land. Roland Tires is the ONLY place I go to buy my tires. They treat me like family . Best Prices on new Tires for any vehicle that uses tires in Tri state area.

I stopped in when I noticed my tire was leaking. The staff were so very very nice and quickly fixed my tire and had me back on the road in no time!!! Thanks so much!!

I have been doing business with these fine folks for over 25 years. They are very knowledgeable and pride themselves in a job well done. Best tires for the best price anywhere. Daryl may ask you to drop it off and pick it back up but that is because they stay busy and he gives each customer the attention they need to get the job done right. If the work can wait they will say so, if it's urgent you can trust that. NO ONE is thankful for car problems but I am thankful to have them on my speed dial!

Mr. and Mrs. Roland are very good with customers. I had a wheel alignment on my daughters car 2009 focus and later on my 2014 GMC Terrain SUV. $ 69.00 each plus tax. Great job. I had asked another company on Covinton pike (Gway) about an alignment. He said how do I know i need an alignment. Thanks, Roland Tire & Auto. Great job.

I went to this shop because Im new to area. I brought my newer model truck in. I sent two of my vehicles to his shop. Both times I had to go to someone else to get it fixed it. He took my money and I got nothing in return but more problems out my vehicles. They told me on my truck was to wires cut in my abs system it was fine to drive it. Well that was a lie I needed hub assembly and bearings. I've went to him twice now I don't recommend this shop at all. He will never get business from my family or my businesses again. I'm so disappointed in this! The prices are ridiculous.

Walked in and was greeted by an extremely rude woman. While i realize that they were closing in an hour, the attitude that they were doing me a favor was not necessary. Went down the street to JCB Automotive. Was greeted by nice, professional people. While they were just as busy as Roland's was, they still were able to assist me today and was much more professional. And I got a better deal. JCB has my business going forward.

I ve been going here for only 2 1/2 years but they haven t ever done me wrong. My dad is a mechanic and this place reminds me of how he works; honestly. I ve gotten oil changes, spark plugs and even had my tires replaced and never had any issues with the quality of work.

Best tire shop here in Millington, TN. All the staff is very professional and friendly. The shop is very family oriented. They work fast and clean as posible. I give them 20 out 10 stars. Great job guys.

I didn't want to give this place any star's. Customer servive is pretty much a roll of the dice. Sonetimes the old guy at the front desk is friendly and sonetimes not. He was very rude to me . guess he was having a bad day. I been living in Millington for over 35 year's. And to be snapoed at by the old guy really. Sucked.. Ill never be back...

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They have replaced batteries and fixed/replaced tires over the years. Always had good service even with short notice.

I wish I could give this place no stars. I came in for an alignment and they ended up costing me 700 dollars in other repairs afterwards. I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND!! Save your money and go somewhere else.

They got my tires for me in record time and got me back on the road even faster! Cozy waiting area. Best experience for tires ever! Highly recommend!!

Terrible place here. Save your money as I am needing to take my car back to them for the third time as I am 752$ into a repair that has been "fixed" twice now. Definitely doesn't deserve any stars.

I always get my tires there!!!! Love the staff!!! Love the old toys displayed on the shelves and the old irons. I love the Barber chair and the Pac-Man games!!!!

I've only had good experiences from this place. We had one hiccup some time ago but it was an honest mistake & they took care of it with no problem.
