Being a former employee, warranties are usually hard to process, and this is one of the only stores in the city that will actually do whatever it takes to get it done without any complications. Makes my life a lot easier when working on the truck. Much appreciated to the employees and managers.

The Store Manager, I believe it was. Tall and respectful gentleman that was super down to earth. Was super helpful and even helped me get the snap ring out of a bearing I was struggling with. Thank you kind sir

Had what I needed at fair prices. Only one person working the phones and counter. She did a good job but could have used help from guys hanging out in the back room.

I needed a new dipstick for my oil and they didn't have any in stock so the guy ordered me one and I had it a few hours later. Thanks Aaron! I appreciate it.

Do not go to this store if you need any help. My son bought a tail light bulb from this store and asked if he could get some help putting it in. The clerk, Scott, simply said no. Every other O Reillys that we have been to have always been more than happy to help. That is why we go to O Reilly. The manager was only full of excuses and didn t seem interested in my complaint.

I went in to get some parts for my vehicle and Scott was very knowledgeable and help me out tremendously. If it wasn t for him right now I would not be able to make the short trip to Jonesboro and back. Thank you very much Scott, I really appreciate you.

Knowledgeable staff. Friendly service and lots of options. They don't need to know if my car has A/C to sell me wind shield wiper blades. I don't trade anywhere else.

Great people working here, very friendly and eager to help. I actually talked to the guy about what was wrong for 10 mins while he explained to me how it wasnt what I thought. The only reason I came here was bc the other car place didn't have what I originally thought. He assisted me in not wasting my money, time, and effort. Thanks alot!

I'M A COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT HOLDER FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT. NEVER HAVE BEEN IN A LOCATION THAT THEY REFUSE TO LET ME USE THE RESTROOM. I DON'T FEEL THAT MY BUSINESS IS ACCEPTABLE TO THIS LOCATION, RACIAL DISCRIMINATION IS REAL.
