This was the only store of 3 (2 others were Autozone and Advance)to have this part in stock for the extremely common Chevy Silverado truck we were fixing. The woman running everything was very knowledgeable and personable and pulled this part in advance after our phone call, ready to check out, as we had a time constraint. Thank you, NAPA!

This is one of the best NAPA Auto Parts around. I special ordered a wrong heater core and couldn't find my receipt. I tried to exchange it at the Summer location and I couldn't even get the time of day there. It has NAPA written all over the box. I went to Millington and they took care of everything.

The manager At NAPA Steve really know customer service. He helped me out with a bad problem and I ll never buy another auto battery anywhere else. When value, quality and customer service are all great you know you ve found the right place.

Was in and out no issues, didn't get a receipt wasn't asked if I wanted one and I also ignored the sign saying they would give me $5 towards next purchase. If I didn't get one, honestly, receipts can become just a major waste of paper, and money for the business shame they have to lose money when not giving one out.

I ordered some parts online and was going to be in millington the next day so I wanted to pick them up there I was coming from Ms I was assured that they would be open I get there and they were closed so a wasted trip I have been trying to get a refund and no one seems to want to reply to my requests so to say the least I'm not happy with Napa at all I probably will not shop there again because they dont help solve any problems that come up

Haven't been in here, but two times. Always helpful service. I don't always have enough money for what I need. Many times they have clearances which works better for me.

I called to get e quote for an engine and they quoted me $3,600 I went straight to the manufucter and got for $2,750 free delivery so you do the math?

Tell me why that was two people at the counter working doing nothing I walk in no one said nothing I waited 10 minutes for a guy to come off the floor to help and other two that was at the counter when behind me on the floor
