Kelvin and all the lovely people at Homer Skelton were amazing. The team greeted me with respect and kindness, showed me exactly what I was looking for without trying to redirect me to more expensive options. They maintained professional customer service and care throughout the entire process. I went kind of late in the evening they stayed until we were done and didn t show a sign of impatience. I couldn t be more happy! Thank you all again!!!

Just wanna say thanks too Jonathen Lytton for getting my wife into her 2022 ford bronco today, she loves the car and the service was great, just absolutely one of the best experiences I've had and I definitely recommend getting with Jonathan to get you into a vehicle, if your credit won't get you what you want but you definitely just want something newer then he will do everything he can to get you into a better vehicle.

I wish I could give more stars, especially to Collin our sale rep. He was great! The whole staff was friendly from the time I came in to the time I drove off in my new vehicle. I told Collin what I was looking for and he gave me honest suggestions, wasn't pushy to buy just any car, and the thing I loved the most is he did not try to push me to buy the most expensive car on the lot. I came in looking for an upgrade to my 2018 Jeep and walked away with a great deal on my new 2023 Jeep. I highly suggest going to them if you want great, friendly service from the entire team!!

I have done business with Jim many times in the past and have always been completely satisfied. He asks questions about what I would like and then guides me to the correct vehicle. Never a disappointment in working with Jim. His extensive knowledge of vehicles works well as he asks the correct questions to find what I am looking for and then suggests vehicles that fit. The whole experience was smooth as glass. We discussed vehicles, I chose the one that fit best and the deal and financing was seamless. The deal was completed quickly and I was on my way.

First oil change and tire rotation on my new 2023 Ram. Homer Skelton service department is excellent and the early morning walk-ins (no appt required) made it a breeze. Shout out to Blake/service manager and his team for exceptional customer service/communication and follow up after appt. Love my Ram Limited too btw!

Natalie was very professional when she was helping me make my purchase. She was very easy to work with throughout the process. She also did everything she said she would do after the sale to get my vehicle in great condition. I would definitely recommend her and her team to anyone looking for a quality vehicle!I needed to get a tire replaced a few weeks after I bought my truck and Blake along with his team made the process very easy. He told me how long it would take and they did just what he said. I did not have to leave my truck with them very long and they had me on the road again. I will be using Blake and his team next time I need help because of their great service!

Mr. Jim was highly referred and I completely understand why. He is so very nice, personable and friendly.Every time you call he s always receptive to hear from you. He answers every question and every call and if he doesn t he ll find the answer or return the call.He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I can t wait to refer him to someone. Mr. Jim helped me find the perfect vehicle. It has everything that I want and need. Nothing is missing.

Natalie was not only helpful during this process, she was extremely sweet and assured me that she would take care of me and she did just that! I will definitely be recommending her and coming to her in the future for all of my vehicle needs. Natalie made sure I got the car I not want wanted, but helped me get it at a very reasonable price. My entire experience here was amazing! Everyone was super attentive, friendly and made sure that I was taking care of.

I custom ordered a Dodge 5500 flatbed from Homer Skelton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Millington that I received 1 year ago. When I went to pick up the truck, the middle console was missing. I was assured that it would be taken care of and shipped to them within the next week. 1 year later, and after multiple calls and conversations with them, I still have not received the middle console. Very poor customer service. You would think being such a good customer with them over the years, they would be more anxious to get this taken care of. I would not recommended buying anything from them and definitely will not be doing any business with them in the future.

It was fantastic!! Natalie was very easy to work with. She found me exacty what I was looking for. She found it in less than an hour. This is the 3rd vehicle i have purchased from this dealership since 2013. But I was responsible for thus dealership selling 6 vehicles since 2013. I will definately buy from here again.

I really appreciated the care that was provided while I waited on my car to arrive. It was smooth sailing from the first point of contact.

I've bought a couple of vehicles from and usually have had good customer service, but this last experience has ruined my faith in this dealership. My 2018 Durango check engine light has been on since July 2023. I had taken it to this dealership 4 times. However, it continued to have the same problem. This last time , we made an appointment (11/14), and the service advisor stated they would take a look at it and call us. For 2 weeks, we waited and heard nothing. We called, and they told us that it was being checked out and that someone would call us back. Unfortunately, that never happened. Today (12/16), we picked it up, and they told us that they were swamped and behind, so they never looked at it. While I do understand the lack of good employees in this post-Covid world, I will never condone, lying to a customer instead of being honest with us when we called to get updates. The lesson is if you have to take your car to this dealer, make an appointment, AND wait while they check out your vehicle to ensure you're not given the runaround.I will continue to support the Dodge Chrysler and Ram brands, but not this location.

You know how when things fall into place so easily that it must have been God putting his blessing on it? That's what happened to me this evening. I fully did not intend on buying a car today. But Jason made the process so simple and hassle free that next thing I knew I was driving off the lot with a 2019 Trail Blazer. And the crazy thing about this -- he SAVED me money AND got me a good car note too! I am so stunned at today's events that all I can do is look at my new key fob and smile!IF YOU ARE READING THIS JASON, YOU ARE THE TRUE DEFINITION OF A GOD SEND! THANK YOU SO MUCH !
