I wouldn't recommend getting anything from this company. They pulled my vehicle due to none insurance I paid the insurance over the phone and still my vehicle was pulled .I now have a tow charge of 500 and speaking with Dale to let him know the fax was on the way before the tow truck even pulled off he spoke harshly to me and said he didn't care and hung up the phone in my face ..if possible stay away from this business.. terrible company but Tracy had awesome customer service

They don't understand real life situations. I had gotten a new job which means i get paid on a different day than my old job & they would hold back 2 weeks from me getting paid. Flag City calls me & says my insurance lapsed, I didn't even know but I told them when i get paid I would pay it. I just got my 1st check on April 23...April 24 i got new insurance under safe auto(I even have proof and date of my insurance)got it at 5 pm when i got off work by that time they where already closed & they also are closed on Sunday. So I figured I'd just give it to them Monday but Sunday the tow company tows my car while I'm at work and says for insurance...i showed him i have insurance & said there's nothing he could do at that point. Now in order to get my car back i have to pay towing fees & my car shouldn't have been towed in the 1st place. Terry was the only one who understood my situation every one else is just money hungry.

Ok I was impressed BUT my daughter had the truck for 2 months and here is where the PROBLEM began they agreed to fix the problem and it took them 3 1/2 weeks to fix the truck. We FINALLY get it back and of course they charged 375 plus parts and labor the truck wasn t away from them 1 day before it broke down completely and I took it to Jeep and they didn t want to release the truck because of ALL the issues with the truck. I finally get the truck back and my insurance drop the TRUCK because of a rebuilt title which THEY NEVER INFORMED ME OFF when I ask for a carfax!!! Keep in mind I NEVER missed a payment. The car WAS without insurance due to being inoperable. I inform them it was in my backyard and my mechanic was working on it. I let them know what was going on with the truck and I would ALWAYS get I m call you back. So Wednesday the vehicle was UP and running AFTER I put about 1900 into it. I put insurance on it Thursday morning because my 17 yr old is driving this car so I want HIM covered. At 6:15 AFTER they closed they sent a REPO guy out to pick the truck up for NO INSURANCE but as we know that s not the case. He took the truck because he s doing his job!!! I called and they inform me that I have to pay 300 for repo fees and a car payment when they KNOW I pay my payment on the 1 due to how my pay period worked. Ms Tracy knew that because when she calls I let her know and I make the payment on the date I say I am. I get the money together and on my way I called and ask to put it on my debit card and TODAY it couldn t be done. I gave her the money ready to go. The OLDER WHITE guy basically called ME a LIAR and then he told me SHUT UP or I WILL NEVER see the truck AGAIN!!! It was a spare key under the seat where I went and got and the same guy DEMANDED MY KEY. They claim they didn t have a key but been in the car and went thru. The doors where LOCKED but unlocked when I went to the back. If I didn t have 4 open car loans I WOULD GIVE THEM THIS PIECE OF JUNK!!!! The truck drives rough now and shaking after it was good and the windshield is cracked wonder how all this happened?? SAVE YOURSELF TIME and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Not a good company. I bet they won t apologize and I recorded the conversation so he can t say he didn t say that!!!!

This the worst company to get anything from they don't fix nothing they lie and trick you out your money all they cars are junk and only last only 1 month. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone in this world they are in the negative Daniel Ricky and Gary bell don't trust them I found a wonderful car lot and up-to date cars

The guy in charge Dale is the biggest scam artist I ve ever met! I ve never cared to take the time to leave a negative review but this guy is a snake. The cars are all junk and the people are very dishonest. I know people need a vehicle badly but I urge you to look elsewhere.

Rather walk than deal with these crooks! One of the owners will try and fight you the other will rob you while your looking at him. Anywhere is better than these people. They will probably respond with some type of mean unprofessional statement. Run away fast

I would rate less if I could. Very unprofessional. Do not deal with this lot. Will rip you off without remorse. Over change for a truck with a rebuilt title over 11000.

Please please please find another car lot....you will be sorry if you buy from here. Buyer beware...that is the caveat.....please please please.....save your time and money. I should have known better when I saw the manager arrive to work in a wheelchair and 30 minutes later walk like a marathon participant...I should have followed my first mind....

These folks is crooks they pull my car 2017 after being told I had 30 days to get insurance an had the nerves to say pay 800 in towing fee now 3 years later 2020 I m getting sued for the car I do not recommend nobody here

Do a 100MPH pass this place full of dishonest and conniving crooks ...do not waste your time or money u will be highly disappointed fraud and all kinds of scams going on ....im not understanding how they still in business... SHUT IT DOWN!!!!!

Worst place ever to get a car PLEASE PLEASE do not buy a car from them they are all trash and will have a problem after less than 2 months and they will claim someone is fixing it and give you a temporary car that's trash too that way you have to pay them for both even if you give them back..this place is a real rip off never seen anything like it!
