Was having a dispute with my insurance company over my vehicles damage. Called Desoto to try and get an estimate. The woman who answered my call had no idea what she was doing and had to keep putting me on hold to go talk with the manager. After about 20 minutes of this they said that couldn t give me an estimate and that they could only use what the insurance adjuster wrote up. When I asked why they said because that s how they make their money.Service: Body & Trim

The staff is very knowledgeable. A big plus is they must truly want to be there as their customer service is pleasingly positive. That seems to be an impossible encounter anymore. Annoyed with the fact that I had to use their services (was rear ended) but glad to have them as a resource. A far better experience than the last repair company I attempted to use.
