Would like to elaborate on Zack D s truck purchase. I became involved after the truck s engine became a complete loss. I tried to work with the sales manager Bobby to see if he could work to give me a good deal on another truck or help to pay for the repairs of the truck he had sold to my son.Bobby had no problem selling a $15,000 truck to my son with 169,000 miles on it but he failed to mention to my son that he had just purchased the truck from a wholesaler a couple of weeks before and that the truck had changed ownership five times in eight months. Two dealerships, two civilian owners, and a wholesaler so it was obvious the truck did not receive any proper maintenance over that timeframe.When I asked Bobby to work with me on giving a reduced price on another truck his words to me were, if I did that I would never make any money. In other words, buying vehicles at my dealership comes at your own risk. We offer no warranties, offer no discounts on another vehicle if the vehicle we sell you breaks down, and more than likely we have no idea what the maintenance history is for this vehicle.Truth be told, Bobby sold my son a $15,000 lemon and didn t even have the fortitude or business sense to try and make it right by offering another vehicle at a discounted price.So if you want to buy from the stereotypical used car salesman, Bobby is your man.Do yourself a favor and avoid this business.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Ray Parker and all of the staff at Mt Moriah Truck and Auto sales. They worked really hard on getting us a great deal on both of our vehicles. ***BUYER BEWARE*** Purchased a 2004 Chevrolet 2500HD from them. Terrible customer service, but the truck was a good deal so I bought anyway. Less than one month later I had to have a $1,000 repair done due to oil leaking on the ground. Drove the truck 12 months and around 10,000 miles. That was all it lasted before the engine went out. Estimate for repairs put it around $15,000. Reached out to the dealership and was left out to dry by the sales manager. They do not stand behind their vehicles. You might get a good deal, but don t expect them to be there if it falls apart. After talking to the mechanic I brought the truck to I was told he wasn t surprised.

Wonderful buying experience. I bought a truck late on a Saturday afternoon and actually enjoyed the process. Bobby, Chris and JD provided excellent customer service and a no pressure sales environment. Definitely recommend! Their onsite service dept repaired a few minor issues uncovered during the presale inspection and also did a great job!

I have dealt with Several Car lots in the Memphis area, This was the best No Pressure, just handed me the Keys and said go test drive it. I had found an couple of things wrong with the truck told them and it was taken care of without all the run around. I would recommend them to anyone you will be taken care of and treated fairly. Awesome Job Guys

Need to talk with Chris Cummins. Best person/sales personality I've ever meet. Wish I'd met him 40 years ago! No pressure, straight talk/facts, extremely knowledgeable. Very rarely you find a person this good.

Mt. moriah is a very nice place to deal with they will help you anyway they can. Ray, and Bobby are the most nicest people I have ever delt with and they will go out of there way to help you. If you need a car then I highly recommend going there!
