I m a rough person to deal with , high anxiety person / have a hard time trusting people with things I know absolutely nothing about . Carey s body shop exceeded expectations, they showed up and showed out . My car looks as good as it did new ! Excellent customer service . Shout out to Ben and Casey , thanks for all your help !

Amazing job blending a hard type of paint, kept updated throughout the entire process frequently, went above and beyond to ensure top service. Definitely would recommend.

I tell you when I say they are (great) I mean car looks like new. I had a driver side swipe my front end they fixed it and it only took a week. Kudos to Carey's Body Shop. And they have excellent customer service. You will be highly recommended from me.

Professional, courteous, and fast. And the work is fantastic. After a being hit in a car wreck, I learned that my insurance company approved this company, and after having read all the 5 star reviews, I chose Carey's even though the shop is located much farther from me that all the other approved body shops. I am so happy with my decision. I worked with Alex who was attentive, friendly, and communicative. Not only that, my 4Runner was cleaner than it had been in years when I got it back. This shop comes with my highest recommendation. If I am ever unfortunate enough to have another wreck, I will be going back to Carey's. Thank you for all the hard work!

I can t believe how great my vehicle looks. I was not expecting for my SUV to look brand new again. My entire front had to be replaced, fixed, and painted as well as something under my hood. I would highly recommend them for body work and maintenance. Hopefully my SUV never has to be repaired again, but if it does I want the staff at Carey s to take care of it. Thank you all so much. Carey s did an absolute AMAZING job on my car! They were very quick with their work and overall looked great! I have never needed to use a body shop before last week, but this is the one my insurance company recommended. I called to get information about dropping my vehicle off and to my surprise Patrick squeezed me in for the following week!! It was a very smooth drop off process. Patrick estimated a 1.5 week return, it ended up only being 7 days!! He called with updates during the 7 days! I will recommend Carey s to everyone! Thanks, Carey Auto Body Shop!Service: Painting

Friendly service. Extremely reliable and helpful and prepared. They considered the issues with ordering parts and immediately ordered parts for my car upon showing them my insurance claim in preparation. I highly recommend Carey's Body Shop!! I was in an accident with a careless driver and I was side swiped by a box truck in my brand new 2022 Yukon. Everyone involved was safe except my feelings were a little hurt. With the help and smooth process of Carey's, they made it easier to get over. With great customer service from Ben and Mrs. Karen, they left no room for doubt that my vehicle would be repaired easily and a quick turn around! I was always updated with what was going on and had my vehicle back they day the day it was estimated. I hope I never need a body shop again, but IF I do, I will go back to Carey's!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I selected Cary s after reading their reviews on Google as they are a State Farm preferred vendor. My car required body work. The passenger side door was replaced and paint blended along the front door and rear panel. Perfect match. But what struck me was there was no post body shop paint smell. It use to be that after your car was painted, it smelled like it for weeks after the painting was completed. Had you not known my car had been at the body shop, you d never would have known it from any residual smell. Hope I never have to use them again but will if I have to in the event of body damage. After being turned down from every body shop in Memphis, I was referred to Carey's through Christian Brothers Automotive. I was told they are good people who do good work, and I now can agree with that wholeheartedly. I was the victim of a reckless driver and I would say the worst part of my auto accident experience was my insurance company. The best part was becoming a customer of Carey's Body Shop. I felt like they truly cared about my vehicle and my experience. Big thanks to Ben Frost for his kindness and timely updates. It was a comfort to have someone helping me through this ordeal who I felt like I could count on to be honest with me. Thank you to the mechanics who got me in my vehicle and back on the road. I appreciate you so much!

Very professional business. I personally had direct contact with Mr. Buddy and Mr. Patrick. Both were upfront and honest about the repairs being done to my Jeep Wrangler. I do not know the names of the staff that worked on my Jeep but I will say they did an amazing job! The paint looks amazing! I would highly recommend Carey s to anyone in the future! Carey's has great customer service. I had my car fixed here in February after several of the bigger companies wouldn't touch my car. Carey's fixed my car, did excellent work and gave me a lifetime warranty on the work they did. A couple of months later a clamp was loose on my bumper, I took it in to let them have a look they fixed it while I waited. Excellent service all around. I will recommend them to everyone. Carey s got me and my 2019 Kia Optima right together! I got into a car accident and the driver of that vehicle was at fault. Carey told me my vehicle would be done Friday and it was complete Friday morning. They are such nice people and did a fabulous job with my repairs. I thank them so much. I really was a pain to them because I kept checking on my car and they never got upset. They were understanding and very speedy. They had my car for about a week to complete my repairs. To be completely fair, I'm being generous with 2 stars because the work was done. I took 3 stars away because of customer service. Initially I was told it would be a week and I told him oh I thought it might take 2 weeks. So I dropped it off on a Tuesday and the following week I called on Wednesday and was told it would be ready on Friday. Friday I took off, went to drop off my rental, and it wasn't ready. I should have called and kept open communication because they don't know how to. Following week (2 week mark) I get a call on it is ready but I need to buy a battery because it was dead. So I ask if they disconnected it and he says oh yea. Yea OK so I buy a new battery. And pick up my car just to have a piece from the door missing. I want to go get it but I'm tired. My experience was horrible they were cold and thought they were giving great customer service when all I felt was cold as a matter of fact behavior.

Everyone was very helpful, professional and nice. I would highly recommend. I had a wreck and my car was taken care of in a timely manner. Someone even took me to Enterprise to pick up a rental car when my car was dropped off.

I had an excellent experience with Carey's. My car was fixed in a very timely matter, and it looked even better than it did before my accident! The people there were very helpful throughout the entire process and made a stressful situation much easier for me.

Even though they took a little longer to fix my car thai last time. they still did a great job. This is actually my second time going to them and every time I go they always do a good job i would recommend them to anyone.

They made my damaged Honda CRV like new again, and even cleaned the inside (undamaged) before returning it to me. They were professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful above and beyond what might be expected of a body shop.

They out did themselves on my truck. I even think it is better than new. Customer service was great and was finished sooner than expected . My hats off to these fellas. Don t even consider anybody else if you need body work done this is the spot.

Amazing. They helped my family out more then they will ever know. Great happy family feel ther. You are not treated like a burden, or ever get ripped off by selling you something you don't need. Thank you Carey's for everything. :-)

They fixed my car and you can't even tell it was wrecked! They did a beautiful job and even cleaned it up afterwards. We'll be back if we ever need them again. Very friendly people.

I had them fix the drivers side door and front fender from a wreck I was in. In the process of fixing it, someone scratched up my tint on the backseat drivers side window. Why was there someone in the backseat in the first place. Also my airbag light was flashing. They told me it was probably activated when it was fixed. Could they not have turned it off? I ended up going by the Nissan place and having them turn it off. They did pay to fix tint on the back seat window. I doubt I'll use them again. I'll take it to the dealership next time.

I would have to say I m very disappointed in the shops integrity!! Be aware of dishonesty in this place they will take your belongings and lie with a camera in front of their face!!! Never again will I allow them to do anything

Every major Corp that has a fleet dept which is every employer I ve had for 27 years has used this family owned company. Do you know what it takes for a small family business to have the fleet contracts for J&J, Novartis, Genzyme Biosurgery, SANOFI, every major insurance company and the first reference from anyone you d ask on the street as well? And keep everyone happy? Every car dealership. It astounds me. Best their is.
