This place had bad service and employees were so very nonchalant. They were so interested in carrying on foolishness with one another that customers were treated as secondary instead of a priority.

I had batteries die in two vehicles in the same weekend. Staff was very friendly and professional both visits. They installed the first battery without any issue. Second install was much more challenging. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was correct. Sincerely appreciate the extra effort.

Great staff they were very busy today and took time to handle everyone's questions and problems. They asked if I was a Veteran and I got an additional discount that I didn't know I was eligible for.I highly recommend them.

Prices are almost always cheaper at any other parts store. However, I will say the staff at most AutoZone are knowledgeable. I've always chosen to shop there for that reason. Sadly, since moving back to Millington the closest Autozone has employees who seem irritated by customers' presence.

Went all the way here one day to find a "system down" sign in the window.It's a shame that humans have lost the ability to write on paper, they've became too accustomed to the digital lifestyle.

I didnt like this location until last week when I met someone new that works there. I wish I would have gotten her name! And yes I said HER NAME. She was very helpful and knew her stuff.

So the day started out off to a rough start went out start my car and it did not start not sure what the problem was I disconnected the battery and brought it to AutoZone. They tested the battery for free this way I could find out if it was the battery or the alternator the battery was so depleted and over 6 years old that I figured it had to be the battery I bought a new one with a military discount also so I got to save a little bit more money there plus use the rewards program to save a couple extra dollars. Brought the battery back to my vehicle reinstalled it and everything started up. One of the things I love about AutoZone's is they are willing to test to help you find out what the problem is with your vehicle when you're having trouble if you can drive it there they can test the battery test the alternator they can check codes all for no charge a great feature to use and I highly recommend it. For a day that started out bad AutoZone made it a whole lot better in just a couple hours.

Some of the most unpleasant employees in there. Went in to get a few baskets for a engine. Ended up being bounced from employee to employee as it seemed like everyone was too busy to help even though there was only one other person in the store. Ended up going somewhere else after I was given the wrong gaskets. Waste of time and money.

Customer service was not that bad, but they were short-staffed. they didn't have the product that I needed and sent me to the 24-hour store that was about a 20-minute drive away the representative gave me a 10% discount for my trouble.

I've been getting batteries and parts from AutoZone for 30 years. Today was the first time an Autozone employee refused to do a simple battery install.

They were able to find a compatible special use light bulb with very little markings on it. A knowledgeable and friendly crew.

Purchased rain-x wipers for my suv. Asked the lady installing them to refresh my memory on how to activate the wipers. She looked at me as if I was crazy and said there was no need to activate a windshield wiper. When I got home I read the installation instruction sheet and found "how to activate the wipers" and did it myself. Perhaps employees need to be educated on the various wipers and how they are setup to perform as advertised.

I don't like this location as well as the one in Atoka because it's not as close. But other than that, its a great store. Employees are very helpful, as soon as u walk in. Everything is easy to find and as long as its not a special part, most times they have what you're looking for in stock. If you stay in Millington, I'd highly recommend.

Amazing customer service! Millington Store on Saturday evening 07/27/19, Store manger David helped us with replacing our headlight. By accident, he pushed the light in to far and couldn't get it out. He ended up having to take off the battery and the headlight assembly (entire left light) and take it inside to remove the new bulb that was wobbling around in the actual headlight casing. We arrived around 8:30 and left (after hours) at 9:23. David was super helpful and wasn't giving up on fixing the problem. Offered us to wait inside In the air conditioning and even offered us a cold beverage. In the process of the events that happened, we learned what not to do if a headlight goes out or how to fix it if it goes terribly wrong. So HUGE thank you to David for his outstanding customer service (and to the younger gentleman that helped with glasses and came outside with all the tools), for the skill set for the job at hand and the effort and patience put forth. Multiple lessons learned and many times over thank you.

Do not like this autozone in millington, takes way to long to be taken care of, they need more people working and helping people. Last time I was there the person that was helping me cut me off and answered the phone and helped them instead of finishing with me, bad customer service

I was able to get what I needed at this location. The staff where both knowledgeable and friendly . I never felt as if I was a bother.
