Mr. Bobby and his team bent over backwards to help me find a car for me and my children. He was very thorough and helpful and I left the same day with a dependable car. I highly recommend them to anyone needing an affordable vehicle for first time dealership buyers!

Mr Bobby Cash and Mr Jay are some of the best people I ve ever worked with. As an 18 year old buying my first vehicle in my name, Mr Cash explained everything I needed to make sure I drove off the lot in the truck I wanted. The whole process didn t take long and I was able to drive off the lot with a 40,000 dollar vehicle. I would highly recommend TriStar Auto

Jay and Mr Bobby were both equally dedicated to putting me in a vehicle that my fit my aesthetic as well as my budget. They worked diligently for hours on end just to make my purchase possible. There was no pressure, no tactics. Thier hospitality and dedication are unmatched yall, I'll never buy a vehicle anywhere else.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. We bought a truck from there and it's been on the shop every single month since we've bought it. We have dropped over 5k trying to get it fixed and now it's back on the shop. I'm not sure where they get their vehicles from but never would I ever buy from them again.

I can t say enough good things about the guys at TriStar Auto. They are very low pressure and have a great way of walking you through the sales process. If your looking for a quality vehicle, give the guys at TriStar Auto an opportunity.

I was very impressed with their small town appeal. The larger dealership couldn t match their price or service for the same vehicle. They aim to please and made the whole process from test drive to deal very accommodating!

We bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from them after I hooked up my OBD scanner to it. After realizing the vehicle had absolutely no mechanical issues, they made the buying process so seemless and effortless for us to move forward. 5 out of 5 would recommend.

Best Dealer in the area, Jay and Josh went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Did our deal in record time. These guys are top shelf, very honest and know their business inside and out. They have a great selection of late models and will do all they can to get you into a beautiful vehicle that you can afford. I saved thousands by dealing with Tri Star Auto of Milan Tennessee. Great experience, can't say enough good things about this place. I will definitely keep buying there.

I was in the market to trade my car in and Tri Star had the car I had been looking for! Jay, Bobby, Jerry, and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable about their products and the customer service is top notch! You will not sit there all day waiting like you would at some car dealerships. I would highly recommend Tri Star Auto to anyone looking to buy a new car!

Fam. Member got car here. No one seemed eager to help her. Slow service. Watching thru front windows with customers inside .. everyone, 3 men, mainly just all sit around at desk on their cell phones. They don't seem eager to work. At all. Seemed and looked a bit lazy. As if they didn't care about their work, selling vehicles at all.. wasn't impressed. UPDATE- SOLD MY MOM A LEMON VEHICLE. OVERHEATS LEAKS ALL FLUIDS BREAKS ARE BAD ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS -WILL COST EST 2000 PLUS IN REPAIRS ON A VEHICLE SOLD TO MY DISABLED ELDERLY MOTHER WHO WAS PROMISED Good DEPENDABLE RIDE TO DOCS SPECIALISTS ETC. THEY LIED. SOLD HER A DUD. 20 YRS OLD. JUST AWFUL.. AWFUL PEOPLE. WARNING.. BEWARE BUYING FROM THIS PLACE. They'll LIE TO YOU. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND You'll GET STUCK WITH GARBAGE YOU CANT DRIVE OR GARBAGE THAT You'll HAVE TO REPAIR AND FIX UP.

Don't trust them been trying to get a car from them kept getting lead on about 3 cars kept saying its cause they won't be in on January 1st why open if you keep leading people on don't trust this car lot won't give you a chance going to be like the rest and change ownership more than 1 in the rest of this year

Terrible customer service here. Do not purchase a vehicle here without having your OWN mechanic look it over. Apparently their mechanic only inspects vehicles that are making noises they should not. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again.
