The only reason they get 1 star is because the sales team is great. The service dept is a joke!!!! After buying a $60,000 truck, I started having brake issues at 5,000 miles. I called and waited a month for them to get a chance to look at it. When I get there, they have no record of my appointment. I drop the truck off and leave, I get a call later in the day and I'm told to come and pick it up. I'm just going to have to deal with it. The truck now has 11,000 miles on it and the problem is still there. The service writer was absolutely horrible to deal with, the service manager wouldn't even look at me, much less take time out of his busy schedule to talk to me. The only person that acted half way concerned was the tech, who told me his hands are tied. I realize I'm one person and losing my business means nothing to them, but I will NEVER spend another dime at this place. Sales team is great. The LACK OF SERVICE dept is the reason I will NEVER buy from Steve Marsh ford again.

Just purchased a Bronco a week ago from these folks. Awesome experience all the way around. They worked really hard to get us to a payment we wanted without compromising on features. Also gave us far more for our trade-in then it was worth. It felt like they were honest and genuinely working for us to make it happen - which we really appreciated. Super responsive and available from the time we called and throughout the whole process. We will be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest, straightforward and easy car buying experience!

We have been looking for a new f 150 tremor and after we found out about Steve marsh Ford having what I wanted it was a downhill slide from there !!! Their sales staff is very professional, friendly, and treats you like family we really enjoyed our first experience with them our salesman Jason Renfroe was very down to earth , laid back and professional !!!! He is someone I love to do business with .again we are very pleased with Jason and the staff at Steve marsh ford !!!! Thank y all for getting me into my dream truck !!!!!!

I wanted to share my buying experience at Steve Marsh Ford. I enjoyed working with my salesperson, Jack Huff. He made sure that that when picking up my special order Bronco that everything was in order and very efficient. He was professional and made my overall experience very pleasant. I would recommend the team at Steve Marsh to anyone purchasing a new Ford. I also felt the price was fantastic! They ensured that I received price protection that I was eligible for and gave me an overall outstanding deal on my vehicle. That Jack for the extra effort you personally took with me in this purchase.

I went 3 days in a row to look at a truck. On the third day the truck was sold, and the salesman made no attempt to sell me another vehicle or even inquire if I was interested in another vehicle. He basically shook my hand and told me to have a good day.

Fast and friendly staff took the time to walk us through the features on our new F150. Leon did an amazing job and when asked about a feature he didn t know about he asked to be sure that we got the correct information. Would buy from them again. Ask for Leon when you call or go into the dealership.

Steve Marsh Ford is hands down the best car dealership I've ever shopped with.My husband I are relocating from NYC to Tennessee and needed to purchase a vehicle.I first reached out to them about 4 or 5 months ago through their website and Kristin immediately got in touch with me. She kept in contact with us regularly (we weren't ready to buy right away as our move was 6 + months out) with inventory options and always answered all of my questions- even though I'm sure some were absurd.When we were finally ready to purchase Kristin turned us over to Jamie who was just as kind and helpful.Jamie took pictures and videos for us of a few vehicles we were interested in and even let a friend of ours do the test drive for us (we're still in NYC).We finally decided on a vehicle and Jamie along with Allen in finance were more than helpful getting paperwork to us and taking payment for the vehicle through the mail.They have handled EVERYTHING for us including registration and making arrangements to have the truck either delivered to our house or stored for us until we arrive in Tennessee.Jamie has even recommended some potential places of employment for me when we arrive!There is no other dealership that can top their customer service.It's great when you find one good person to work with at a dealership but when the entire team is friendly, helpful and professional its definitely a culture they have created!We will recommend Steve Marsh Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

There are car salesman who are only in it for the sale .Leon O Neal is NOT that kind of salesman - he cares about his customers and works diligently to get his customer the best price within their budget, a great trade-in and he absolutely doesn t use any pressure tactics when helping his customer make the decision to purchase a new vehicle. He is an asset to Steve Marsh Ford & the main reason I have purchased 4 vehicles - my son & his wife have also purchased 4 vehicles & we highly recommend Leon - he is always available to answer questions long after making a sale - you won t find a more honest or more customer focused salesman than Leon

I want to give Leon O Neal a big shout out. He s a stand up kinda guy and very easy to talk with. This is my first time buying from Steve Marsh Ford and I was highly impressed. Leon and Matt (finance guy)made the whole process seamless. The team in the showroom were very professional and courteous. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from them.

These are some of the sheistiest dealers I know. I fully explained to them that the only reason I was driving 100 miles to their dealership was due to the special promotion they were running $99 down or $99 a week. I was treated poorly by an older lady that answered the phone. That should have been the first red flag. It was, I decided against going there. I started receiving phone calls a couple days later and they were apologizing for her behavior and insisting that I not allow her behavior to deter me. I listened, on the day I headed out they were constantly calling to see if I indeed was on the way. 40 minutes pass, when I was well on the way, they called with a lie saying, " my manager said we will need more money down because u have a repossession ." I said that's a lie, there are NO repossessions on my credit. She stepped away from the phone for like 30 seconds, then proceeded to tell me it was an error it was someone else. That was a complete lie. I then stated again, ma'am I'm driving over 100 miles to you all and I'm halfway there. Oh it's fine come on she said. I make it like 10 minutes from them she was so sorry and pitiful she sent a text saying I'm sorry we don't have a car on the lot at this time for the special. If it was possible to give them a -10 I would. Save your time, money and energy. They are TRASH

10/10 recommend Steve Marsh Ford & 10/10 recommend Glenn Cooper! He made the process go as smoothly as possible and was so respectful and nice to my husband and I! Not to mention he was hilarious and had us laughing all day long. This is the 2nd time I ve purchased a vehicle from Steve Marsh Ford and I don t think I ll ever purchase another one anywhere else! Excellent customer service from everyone!

Literally they re thieves. I paid close to $400 for them to install a new trim piece and they just tried to reattach the old broken piece and charged me for the new part and labor. I caught them and demanded my refund. They claimed they ll talk to the installer that did it. But, if stealing $400 from a customer doesn t get you fired then this company is ok with stealing from customers. I have no doubt they were going to return the new part for a refund and make an extra $200 as well. I will never return or recommend this thieving company.

Where do I start.... Bought a 2016 F-150 with extended bumper to bumper warranty, had the truck 1-2 months when it started messing up. Waited for 6 months for them to get it in the service department to be fixed. Waited 3 more weeks and paid 300 and they called 3 different times saying it was ready and it wasn't fixed. Got it home for 1 night and had to have a tow truck take it back. Been 2 weeks now and they say it's in bay being fixed and actually it's sitting outside in the same spot for 3 days. Won't do anymore business and won't recommend.

I went to talk to the salesman and try to trade my vehicle in. Well...the salesman that I worked with seemed as if he didn't even want to be bothered. They had this thing with vouchers today and not once did he even ask for my voucher number. When I finally brought it to his attention, he actually said that those were for a certain caliber of customer. I knew then it was over!!! So Glenn....if you want to make sales please attempt to give a damn about your customers!!! The service was AWFUL!!!! And they even tried to put into something that I didn't even ask for. I inquired about a 2020 Jeep Compass and he tried to put me in a 2020 Jeep Cherokee with a payment of $606!!!

The sales staff at Steve Marsh are excellent and were great to work with.However, this is a 6 figure dealership.Meaning if you are in the 6 figure income range, you will have no problem purchasing a vehicle.On the other hand, if you are a simple construction worker like I myself, their lenders will treat you like absolute garbage.Because dispite meeting the credit requirements, down payment, having 14 years of residency at the same address, 8 years of stable, full-time employment with a company and 10 weeks of detailed financial records from your bank, their lenders will basically call you a liar and refuse you credit on a dented $9000 work truck with a busted windshield.

So let me share our story. My wife and I ordered a Bronco in October of '21. We waited a good while on it to arrive, almost a year. In September of '22-no bronco and being told by multiple sales men that were there, it was not going to come in that year. We were told it would most likely would be the first to middle of '23. Not that I am impatient, but my wife and I had trips planned and we were going to be relying on the new vehicle to make those trips. So I asked the sales men about something else. I told them I didn't want to lose to bad on when our bronco came in so that we could trade. '22 Explorer Timberline was one of the options. My wife and I liked it, so we went with it. Keep in mind this was after being told it would be at best 6 months to a year to see our bronco. Two or three weeks after purchasing the Explorer, we got the news via email that our Bronco was scheduled for production. So I made a trip to Steve Marsh to be sure the trade could actually happen. Was assured it could b done, and I would not take a big loss. Bronco arrived at dealer the week of Thanksgiving.Went to trade in the Explorer for the Bronco. Our Bronco was $44k and the Explorer we purchased was close to $52k. After they ran the numbers, our payments were going to be close to 400 dollars more a month than what was planned. So unfortunately, I couldn't go ahead with that. Just not feasible. Basically because the Explorer lost so much value in two months and Steve Marsh wanted to sell my Bronco $10k above sticker- which they did. So I will not ever return to the sales department there. They are just money hungry. We have done business with them numerous times and it sucks that they did us this way. They really weren't trying to work with us at all. Oh and did I mention we sank a hefty down payment into the Explorer as well? They knew what they were doing..

It s been years since I ve purchased a new vehicle, so really didn t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at the way I was treated and very happy with my experience with Steve Marsh Ford in Milan and Jack Huff. They treated me right and very honest from the start. I would definitely purchase from them again. I dealt with Jack Huff who was the salesman. He was very knowledgeable, answered hundreds of my questions, and is someone I d recommend dealing with. He ll treat you right!

Leon, the Florida guy was absolutely amazing to work with. We love our new ride. Customer service was impeccable. We had gone to another dealership to look at an older model of the same vehicle. We came back to Steve Marsh because of the customer service. He found out that we were taking a Florida vacation to an area he knows and was even able to recommend some great places to eat and visit. We will be back in the future!
