Friendly & professional. Helped us out a great deal on a water pump for my car. Carlock Nissan wanted $200 and it only had 12 mth or 12,000 mile warranty. Got one here for $80 and lifetime guarantee.

Very professional service. All attitudes were worthy of praise, and of course the military discount is a five star because not many places offer that in Tennessee period. In Missouri it is common place for a military discount. Tennessee on the other hand feels a certain way to military and veterans. This is the honest to God truth. So I thank this establishment for their service.

I went to autozone looking for a part I desperately needed and the guy had no idea what he was doing, I was practically doing his job for him. When a walked into O'Reilly the guy at the counter immediately got up and helped, he was knowledgeable and found the part fast and I am very grateful for that.

Usually have a good experience at this store, however, I came in with a broken starter that was covered by a lifetime warranty. The starter was falling apart, but "passed" the bench test, so warranty denied. I simply went to another location with a manager on duty and received a new starter. I don't blame the employee, he was obviously instructed to follow a ridiculous protocol that makes no sense.

Awesome! While my husband was gone 2 states away my car decided to make me late for work. These guys were so helpful and wonderful I can't thank them enough. Never once did they try to push/sell anything I didn't need. They were patient, polite and helpful until I was on my way. These guys definitely helped turn an unexpected inconvenience into just a minor hiccup in my morning. Thank you!!!!

After finishing a treatment at Kirkland's Cancer Center, my daughter and I went to Trezevant to get the remaining items from my move to Memphis. I started feeling bad from the treatments and it started to rain so we had to leave. Her truck did not have good wipers. I called the Oreily's in Milan, TN. I explained to the guy on the phone what was happening and that we desperately needed wipers and would be there by 7:58 pm. I asked him to go ahead and pull the wipers and have them ready because we knew they closed at 8. He said he would but could not take payment over the phone. We pulled into their parking lot at the expected time. My daughter went to the door to go inside. The guy saw her and literally ran to the back to hide. He had already locked the door. He would not come out from the back, even when she knocked. This is not the type of customer service I would expect from any small town store. I have shopped there for years and was very disappointed and distressed. I will not be going back. I am now an Auto Zone customer. They installed the new wipers and apologized for the lack of service your company provided. I understand wanting to go home at closing time but since the wipers were supposedly pulled already we should have been out by 8. I expected you employees to be men of their words. Very distressing and disappointing!

I was an employee of the store in Humboldt, TN. Until that smart mouth Randy Smith had to ruin it! He tried talking to me as if I were one of his delinquent children and I decided it was in my best interest to go home, instead of jail. I wouldn't advise ANYONE to go there! For the simple fact that, not one of them from management, nor upper management, contacted me to find out my side of the story. Seeing how they took his statement that I just "walked out". Therfore, I'm now unemployed because of that smart mouth Randy Smith! Plus, they, at the Humboldt store, only care about one thing...YOUR MONEY IN THEIR HANDS!!! That's just the Humboldt, TN store that I speak of. All others have have gone above and beyond their duties to assist with anything I may need.
