I have been there 3 times since I have been in Milan and I have had the best experience. They have changed my wipers and my batteries. Bobby and the manger are so sweet and helpful. They deserve a salary raise.

I'm handicap and have a very hard time getting into a store and I call ahead of time and explained this to them they got what I needed came to my car got my debit card and went back in and paid for my stuff brought it all back to me I was so very thankful for this the guy was super super nice to me told me they would do that for me anytime this means alot to me thank you Milan tn auto zone I caint say thank you enough I wish I knew the guys name so he can be recognized my his manager I went there about 4pm Friday March 29th

Great customer service, ordered over the phone, I asked for them to confirm my part number and asked for it to be held for me. It eas ready for pick up, and they double-checked to make sure it was correct.Much appreciated there assistance.

Woke up this morning to a dead car battery so after a quick jump and only reading 9 amps after making my morning commute, decided it was time for a new one. Found this location close to where I am working. Place was well organized and even though I showed up right at 7 the guy at the counter offered a full service swap. He was courteous and efficient, although I though I could've easily swapped it myself.

I had a warranty on one of my parts and the commercial guy said it was already up and I still had over two weeks went to another store and that's how I found out still had a warranty so they not really there to help u at all the old crew back a few years ago was good this new crew is awful Mr Charlie was one of the great ones milan store needs help with customer service and honest people

Returned a wrong part the man who helped me scanned the receipt then just walked away to help a woman? I was waiting another 15 minutes to find out if I actually got my money back! When someone else helped me I didn't get the refund??? Not sure what that was all about but they guy (an older man) didn't seem to care about following through on his tasks? Glad I'm just passing through and won't be back!

Very busy when I came to visit I taken care of within a decent time! The staff ran the store very well when I visited. Mitchell went over and beyond to help me find the correct part I needed and helped in a good manner of time!

Offered the add on, grease for my bulb. Put it in for me. Didn't have to wait at all, he was right on it. I forgot his name, but he drives the grey sports car. He's was talking to me about it while he was getting the light out. Entertaining as well lol. Great experience!

My check engine light had come on yesterday and I had heard that AutoZone would do a free diagnostic to see what the problem is. So I went to the Milan, TN location and asked them and they talked me through how to hook up the tool to read what was wrong. They couldn t do it due to the COVID-19 rules, but it was super-easy, even for a 66 year-old lady to do. It took about 30 seconds and then I took it back into the store and they printed off a report for me and explained what it meant. IT WAS AWESOME TO BE ABLE TO FIND THIS OUT WITHOUT PAYING $100 FOR A DIAGNOSTIC AT THE DEALERSHIP!! It turned out to be a minor thing that can wait a while to be fixed. This has got to be the best kept secret around!! They were very friendly, too!!

I was as AutoZone on June 18, 2020 due to a problem with my battery. I was helped by Alicia. Alicia confirmed that my battery needed replacing and determined that it was still under warranty. Alicia is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful. This was a very pleasant experience.

If you dont know the year of your old mower they can't help you. What's happening to parts stores these days? If your doing custom work stay away from this place.

The check engine light came on in my car. I went straight to auto zone and they were able to tell me the problem was my spark plugs and they were right. Made the purchase and fixed my car. Thank you friendly staff.

Broke down in the parking lot and the employees were pretty useless. Wouldn't even put power steering fluid in my car. O'Riely told me the next day they would have. Next time I'll go there instead.

Asked them to check my battery they said it was fine but then after checki g alternater and starter came back to battery. It was dead. What a waste of time and payroll. Go elsewhere.
