I have been a long time customer. We moved to Bartlett in 2012 and after looking for a new mechanic, we decided to stick with Josh and his team and simply make the drive over to Highland. They are just great people. Friendly, dependable, honest, and gets the job done for a fair and reasonable price. Thanks for keeping my cars going for so long!

Been meaning to write this review for awhile. Fantastic service. They walk you through everything they're doing and really do their best to meet your needs. Guys stayed late for me on a Saturday when I needed some new tires and was heading out of town. Most importantly they even SHOW you everything they're doing and you can tell they're not trying to pull a fast one. Would take my vehicles here every service if I lived in Memphis. Very inexpensive too; ended up saving us a lot of money on our trip.Thanks again for your awesome service!

I will never take my car anywhere else but Wilkerson Tire! I've been taking my car here since I moved around the corner from their shop 5 years ago. They're a family business and they've always been honest, fair, and affordable. They do quick and quality work. They explain all of your options to you and let you know what needs to be done right away and what can wait. Since I live so close by, Josh Wilkerson even offers to drive me to and from my house while I wait for work to be completed on my car. He has even texted my number directly from his personal phone after doing repair work to make sure that everything is working properly and that I'm safe. I could never ask for a kinder, friendlier, or more honest staff of people to take care of my car. They genuinely seem to care about you more than your money and that is so hard to find nowadays. I don't know what I'll ever do if I move away. Thanks SO SO much to Wilkerson for everything you do! I would recommend them to anyone. :)

Sorry for this post being late. You guys, GREAT place to go. I was referred by a co worker and was very pleased with the repairs done and the price. Every time I hear someone talking about they need their car repaired I tell them Go to Wilkerson s, they are GREAT!! I say this because Josh was wonderful explaining what the problem was and what needed to be done. ( Even showed me by video so I could see what he actually found) Now, I m a single mom and when I told him I could not afford what I needed done he worked out a plan for me and my budget to keep my vehicle running. As of today my truck is running great and I will be back to see the Wilkerson s for my next repair. Thanks you guys. May you be blessed like you blessed me.

These guys are everything you want in an auto shop. They're quick and will talk you through each step of the process. They seem like they generally care about their customers and will try and go the extra mile for them. These guys have gotten me out of a tight spot twice now, and have earned a lifelong customer. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Great service. Great prices. These guys were awesome. Took my truck in at 10:30 and by noon they were finished. They were very professional and personable. Will recommend to everyone I know. And I ll be back when I need other work done. Thanks guys!!!

Fantastic place for auto service! They are extremely fair on their pricing and honest. I used to take my car to the Honda Dealership for service and maintenance but not anymore!!! Wonderful customer service and family owned business. Would recommend Wilkerson s to anyone who needs service on their vehicle.

The most Honest auto shop in the Memphis city I can assure that you won t find these kind of combination of Genuine Rates and Customer Orientation anywhere in the city.Every time I go, I returned with satisfaction and feeling of not being loot or stealing. Mostly, I go there for my Tire problems. The attendant made a little conversation and gives necessary instructions about proper handling & maintenance.Apart from professionalism and accuracy, they treat every customer as equal.

My son sent me here when he couldn't fix it. I felt taken care of. My daughter gets her new tires here, too. The guys are honest and actually saw a nail in another tire while he fixed the flat. One of a few real service stations left.This is my place. Close to home.

The mechanics were great guys, sent a video detailing what was wrong, checked everything I asked, and did a bit extra.They even worked out a schedule for the repairs to make the cost manageable on my end. I had a flat tire and I called in to have them patch it for me. I was in and out in about 30mins! These gentleman are outstanding and very friendly! I was able to see every step of the tire repair process and learned a thing or two along the way. I definitely will drop in again when I need work done on my car!Service: TiresService: Tires

I called one day ahead of time to get my car in early in the morning. When I get my car early in the morning and told them the oil change and checking of coolant and asked exactly what time it might take, I was told it might probably take about one hour or so with only one car ahead of me. I left my phone number and didn t hear them back and I called 2:30 pm in the afternoon. They told me they just got the car in and since I have a meeting and might not get there before their office hour and asking when in this case I might pick it up. The way Mr. Wilkerson dealt with my concern was you wanna to let my guys quit or not. He also told me the reason ( "it likes a doctor's appointment..." I doubt he himself would even take ) of why it took so long for the oil change given I called a day ahead of time, getting my car in early inthe morning when they open). This kind of attitude sucks especially after they overpromised and didn t get things done they have promised. Lost my patience for them.

We have been using Wilkerson tire for years. They are wonderful and do great work. We have owned two range rovers and have taken our cars here for repairs to avoid being taken advantage of with dealership markups and labor fees. We have never had any issues and will continue to come here with our new Land Rover. Thank you !!

I have been bringing my vehicles to Josh and the folks at Wilkerson Tire for several years. They always tell me in advance what to expect and then if there are any problems or they encounter anything unexpected they call and get approval before they fix it. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the service. The best part is that we have a place we trust to work on our vehicles.

My 1st experience with Wilkerson. While initially I was disturbed that they were NOT able to clear an alignment code from my 2001 Lexus LS 430.I must still give this business 5 stars!! Josh was honest, thorough, and fair.They COULD have covered up this fact instead they admitted that their computer could not clear my software code. They took GREAT care of me and found a dangerously loose tire rod. Thanks Wilkersons, I will see you again!

My son had a blow out on the way to school and needed a tire quickly. Searched for tire shop near his school and found Wilkerson. They were fast on finding the tire and giving me a quote. The price was very fair. Not inflated like others trying to take advantage of my emergency situation. Any parent of a college student should know about this place. I certainly will be spreading the word.

Wilkerson Tire do solid reliable work, they are absolutely honest (I've used them for over a decade, trust me), and they are excellent at keeping your bill to an absolute minimum. This IS the shop you're looking for.

After agreeing for work to be done on car's battery, additional unauthorized work done; car has additional damage due to faulty repairs. Overcharged.Called and spoke with Owner Josh on Monday, Dec. 1 at 9AM for repairs due to dead Toyota RAV4 4 Cylinder car- we stated the issue was most likely due to battery. Agreed to have car towed to shop and inspected to repair BATTERY. NO mention of other work or charges. After a day of work, was called and told that work was done and car was running fine. Approximately an hour later Josh then called back to state that the car was now "bogged down" and running "kinda funny" and that there would need to be more work done. The car had no major issues and in fact was running fine prior to battery dying (full inspection with Oil change in November). After 2 more days total in the shop, the technicians still could not find the issue and told me to pick up my car on the afternoon of Wednesday, Dec 3. The car has an extreme stall when pressing gas and almost stalls out before accelerating; in fact, after we took the car from shop it died in traffic due to stalling out. To my surprise, Josh had also taken liberty to replace spark plugs and charged an extra 150 dollars which had not been agreed upon. Josh attempted to state that we needed an oil and filter change as well, which was not accurate as we had the car inspected by the maintenance schedule and it had been approx. 750 miles since last oil and filter change. By this point we were suspicious of malicious intent and requested the return of the old spark plugs. The shop could only provide a couple of the replaced plugs and stated that they had misplaced the rest. We intend to have the plugs inspected by a competent mechanic whom we trust. Josh also charged an extra 45 dollar diagnostic as well as another hitherto unmentioned 5% surcharge for "Miscellaneous" which he stated is a standard fee most mechanics charge. Upon questioning, would not give mention of what parts cost a flat percentage of total bill, as opposed to a set fee. After disputing this fee the owner stated that I was "talking nonsense" and had "no idea what the profession's standards are" and that the surcharge is standard. The total amount was approx 440 Dollars, and the issue is much worse. I believe the business practices employed at Wilkerson Tire, Inc. were both deceptive and unfair to the consumer.

So helpful and honest. I thought i needed a whole new transfer case which was around $2000. These guys "B.D." helped me out right away. The unit was low on grease/oil, they took care of me in 30-45 min.THANKS SO MUCHBRYANT

That couldn't have gone any better!!I have used Wilkerson Tire numerous occasions when needing a new / used tire. On Saturday, unknown to me Wilkerson Tire closes at 1 p.m. I showed up at 1:30 and and went to open the door and it was locked. All the sudden... The door swings open and Joshua lets me in and sells me a new tire. Keep in mind he was already running late to meet with his wife. Because of Josh I was able to take care of many things that required a vehicle on my rare day off. I have been here about 7 times total for random odds and ends fix jobs and every time they have taken fantastic care of me. Go see these guys for any auto repairs needed!

They fixed my Air After visiting numerous other facilities... Wilkerson Tire was the only business that delivered the goods.Honestly diagnosed my problems within 3 options and completely checked out my vehicle. $118.12 later... Snowballs!!!!!!

I only talked to Mr. Wilkerson today and haven't actually had the work done but already based on these reviews and those of personal friends and family I know I will be happy with the work of his crew.

best service didn't even mind takin me home because I left my keys at the house these guys are great at what they do i have an ice cream truck my company BOSS CREAMZ will give anyone a free ice cream just say Wilkinson tire and auto are tha best customer for life
