I have visited this establishment a few times for service over the past couple years including today because I needed some new tires, Edward always helps me with the best prices and the best products. My interaction with everyone there is always very pleasant and they are always willing to help with anything I need. My tires had to be ordered so Zach was gracious enough to plug my tire for me right at closing time, he was very quick and efficient. I'm really big on customer service and that alone will always bring me back to Wheel Works and I will always recommend them to friends and family,the entire team there is amazing. Keep up the wonderful work guys

I had my rim repaired today at Wheel Workz. It was my first time there but I will certainly use them again. My experience was excellent! The work was done fast which is important to me. Eric was especially friendly and went above and beyond to get my rim repaired quickly. I would highly recommended Wheel Workz!

My experience with Wheel Workz was effortless. I called the shop to price tires for my car. They didn't have them in stock, but they placed an order and they were there the next day . I dropped my car off for the service and the work was done in record time. Edward Sample took really good care of me. I would recommend them to anyone in the Memphis area in need of tires and rims.

Very unprofessional!I came in to get work done at this place. After seeing my car he told me they can t get me unless I had $100 under the table in a tip.I understand it s bout to be tax time but to whoever ownthis place is losing money big time.This is not my first time having a problem with the big guy.Today I came in again and he denied service to me because of my first review saying he can t help me and he almost got fired. Again very unprofessional with customers when he can t make money on the side. At this point I will do everything to get in touch with the owner

This was a vey scary experience all of my rims had lumps and bumps. But when I tell y all that Eric and the team really took good care of me. And it didn t take all day. Thank you all so much.

I called Wheel Workz to inquire about a possible leak in my tire but I wanted to make sure I didn't have any other issues and that pricing would be comfortable. Ed assisted me and he was knowledgeable and communicated everything perfectly. He showed me exactly what was going on, which ended up being 4 places in my rim that was bent (thanks memphis streets lol). He broke the pricing down ( a new tire, rim fixture, rotation and alignment) and the pricing was right within my budget. Took about 2 hours which is better than all day like most places. One popular tire business tried to get me to replace all 4 tires for over 800 dollars. However, Ed assured me that my only issues was that one tire. He saved me money and I was able to trust that I was being taken care of. Thank you Wheel Workz!!!!!!

Eric at Wheel Workz is the best! I came in as a result of the notorious potholes of Memphis with a bent rim. He got me in and fixed up in a matter of a few hours. Let me not forget to mention his excellent customer service skills. If you have a bent rim that needs to be fixed, this is the place to bring your vehicle. You will not be disappointed.

I WENT TO WHEEL WORKS TODAY AND I WAS GREETED UPON ENTERING THE BUSINESS. A GUY NAME ED HELP ME AND GAVE ME GREAT SERVICE AND HAD MY CAR RUNNING LIKE NEW WITH IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME I DEFINITELY WILL BE LOOKING FORWARD TO COME BACK ANYTIME I HAVE TIRE NEW WHEEL NEEDS.

In the aftermath of the snowstorm, there were a large number of potholes on the roads. Unfortunately, I hit one and bent two of my rims, which caused my steering wheel to shake while driving at high speeds. I stopped by for an estimate and found it to be very reasonable. Edward, Zack, and the other team members went out of the way to ensure the car was back in its original condition.

Im a 23 year Army Veteran. That had a 2005 GMC Sierra 17" aluminum allow rim repair..There was a small, less than a dime size pin hole punched in my rim from my brake caliper bolt popping out a bolt out. I called this place and several others. The time was about 10am the day. The operator stated out the door for a OEM aluminum wheel would be $120 for basic and not much damage, and higher if it was worst and needed more repairing. So I asked do it need to take the tire off, and the person stated, no, we can do it for $25 in total of around $150 out the door.. so I drove and 1 hour and 20 min.. I get to the store and there were two guys sitting there. The CS rep at the counter, i talked to argued me up and down that I couldn't have called there because they don't do nothing less than $150 starting.. then the extra $25 to mount and balance the tire and wheel. I said I would've driven an hour to repair a wheel that is new online for $185.. so he tells me it's going to $175 to repair this less than a dime size pin hole on an aluminum wheel, without the tire being put back on my wheel.. Seeing that I had driven and 1hour plus, I was disgusted. So I had the work done anyways cause I wouldve driven 2.5 hrs. for nothing.I then asked the CS rep. Did he have a set of 285 55 20 tires for an off road rig i was doing and I wanted to see the size of them in person. This guy says NOPE WE AINT GOT THAT, with some extra personality. Whats crazy is, I was looking at a set of tires on the show room floor that reminded me to ask about what I was looking for. I walked about 10 to 15 feet to the left of the counter to a set of tires that was on the floor, looked at the tires, not only were they the EXACT SIZE, they were the EXACT same tires I wanted to buy ONLINE for $1000, plus taxes.. the men sat there and they offered no help or assistance. I picked up the tire off the top of 3, and looked at them and walked around the store to see what else the store had, cause this guy obviously didn't want to help me anymore because of the extra conversing with the bad phone conversation and rim deal. I also asked about some slingshot wheels for fitment. One guy responds, "it's just a Nissan bolt pattern", like i was an idiot, lol. As far as I know about my slingshot, it's an SLR it has 3 wheels 2 different sizes, with a WIDE tire for the rear wheel, I want to say its an 20" x 11" in the rear.I picked my wheel up but i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone...

Eric was very professional and Helped me pick out an amazing pair of rims and wheels that complement my jaguar amazingly, and James did an amazing job putting them on and was very helpful when I needed to put my old ones in my truck.

The manager, Ed was awesome! He set everything up so that I could come in and get my cracked rim fixed with no hassle and short wait time.the technician was very thorough in explaining the work that was done.

I pulled up to get a nagging tire patched. They got me in although was near closing time. I had little to no wait. I'll recommend Wheel Workz to anyone in need of not only great tires great service and prices. Ask for Ed!!!

I was looking for a Particular set of rims for my truck. Went to wheel workz and talked to Ed. Even though they didn t have the rims there, he was able to get them the same day and install. Ed made the process getting these rims smooth and quick. Definitely will go back when it s time to upgrade.

They fixed the crack in my rim but did a horrible job putting my tire back on. Wasn't even 2 days and I was flat.. then I noticed a piece if rubber in the seal that was completely unacceptable for the price I paid to have it mounted. People pay too much money for a half job. Had to go to local tire shop to get tire re mounted
