Don't go here, these men are more afraid to do their job cause of fear of a lawsuit I had came for an oil change and the bottom of the car was oily, they said I had a leak and said they didn't know where, they didn't bother checking cause I took it to another guy and it was simply the oil cap wasn't screwed on entirely, don't go here and waste your time. They seemed as if they were depressed where they were and didn't take the job seriously. Do not go to these people cause they are not professional they only had at least 2 decent people but I don't think they worked directly on the cars, waste of time.

Made an appointment for an oil change and showed up to the crew letting someone make a walk-in ahead of me, helped her for 30 minutes, and told me I was "sol I'm not even gonna lie to you" and told the girl behind me he could help her with her battery. Proceeded to laugh at my expression saying "he looking like." Ruined my travel plans for the weekend and wasted like an hour of my life dude what the hell are y'all on

I ordered two tires online I had to pick them up at tle, get back there cashier doesn't have the keys to the case, the order isn't ready, but customer service just told me that the order was ready! Lack of communication will destroy any business! But this is Walmart we're talking about if they were good at communicating they wouldn't have such a high turnover! People who come in through the auto care center area and want to leave through that area with just a small purchase have to take the entire trick all the way to the front just to get checked out because the cash register in the back isn't working! The workers are complaining about people wanting to check out back there using their cash register, why don't you just go home if you don't want to work!

I'm surprised at the reviews. They told me it would be a 2.5 hour wait. We were visiting someone at the hospital across the street so went back there to wait, but I took the car, so they called me less than an hour later and said they were ready. I went back over. The guys were all working the whole time (at some garages, like PepBoys, they're just standing around while one works). I stood on the other side of the wall in the work area so I could ask questions, which annoys some mechanics, but these guys weren't annoyed.They only charged $10 to plug our tire, whereas I'd gone to Firestone near there who told me I HAD to have a new tire for no less than $150, so Walmart saved me $140.

I ordered a set of Goodyear tires ( less than $70 each) online and had them sent to the Walmart Auto Center location on Raleigh Lagrange Road in Bartlett, TN. Once the tires were shipped, I went to the Raleigh Lagrange Road location and had them place the tires on my vehicle. (no appointment required) They disposed of my old tires for a small fee and charged another small fee for installation. The staff was extremely nice and they made sure that the tires that I had ordered were the right size for my vehicle. My service was complete in less than an hour. Thanks Walmart Auto Center. The fast delivery and service was greatly appreciated.

I needed a set of tires and they had some reasonably priced. Got lifetime tire rotation and balance plus road hazard warranty. They were a little short staffed but overall service was good.

They didn t reset my oil percentage let alone put the sticker in the windshield. They didn t check the tire pressure but it stated that they set to 35 psi but they didn t and the odometer in was 77 and we all know that isn t correct at all.

Save yourself the trouble - Arrived two hours before their published closing time. "Sorry, we can't work you in."Not one car in any bay. None. There appeared to be only one person actually working in that department and he was on the register. I was there for close to 20 minutes.If they're only going to be open to 5:30pm then maybe that's all you should be paying them for?

I came to the autocenter at 6:50am. It was supposed to be open at 7am. No one came in to assist me until 7:10am. I concur with many of the patrons, the customer service is lacking (horribly)!

This is absolutely the worst Walmart in the entire city of Memphis the customer service is bad and you have to pray for an act of God for anyone to help you in a timely manner
