Went in for a oil change and next day car stop running they took parts off that wasn t supposed to be to be touched and now I don t know what is wrong with my car

Poor customer service! staff didnt acknowledge me once at counter. She continued conversation with light skin male staff in front of me before saying how could she help. I was told I could not get a oil change from the staff lady with blue ombre braids because board was full even after telling her I was willing to drop car off due to wait time she still stated no more oil changes right now

Very unsatisfactory told to come in. When I arrived I was told they could not provide service. They were understaffed.

I was able to do a walk in and got serviced pretty quickly. My lug nuts had been over tightened but these guys got the job done. I was very impressed. However the cashier was a youngster with a youngster attitude. Groan

Awful customer service. I went for an oil change 2 hours before store cut off hours for the service. Not only did they refuse to work and made some lame excuse not to but I went ahead and shopped for the car parts; resolved to do it myself, tell me why after I spent 30-45 mins shopping, I come out and all the lights on ova there and the employees maintenancing they own vehicle. Needless to say I was incensed. People don't won't to even do the job they signed up for. Sam Walton is turning ova in his grave right now. I gave yall a star cause there is no option for 0. How u rate a bad experience? It's just bad.

Terrible. Your website says you are open til 7 and ai arrive before six and nobody is even there. All computers are shutdown and doors are locked. Then you also stopped making keys at this station. Sad to say but thats how it is when black folks run a business.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Extremely poor service my wife went there for a battery change that should only take a few minutes to do and she's been there for over 4 hours now I called and lady told me that she had 4 people ahead of her when she arrived and it's 30 minutes per customer. OK fine but that's 2 hours not 4 do your math lady. Never using there car service centers again I'll pay the extra somewhere else or do it myself. Don't go here if you have plans for the day!!

I went here to have 2 tires placed on two different vehicles. I didnt mind the wait but i visualized the service. It sucked the customers asked the manager questions he was very unprofessional, even after they walked out the door he made gestures that were rude. Also a good friend said she had been there since 9am for 1 tire to be put on its 1231pm and her vehicle is still sitting. Needless to say i will never stop here again to have my vehicle serviced. Do better.

I got tires from the Walmart in Memphis Tennessee on Elvis Presley. They had the tires but had a 4 hour wait time . My options were to wait or take the tires somewhere else and have them put on. I feel that I shouldn't have had to there was not a lot of cars ahead of me unless they had appointments. That's paying twice if paid there I feel the tires could been put on at Walmart not another tire that charged me more money to install them.

If I could go lower rating I would. Cashiers didn't care about customers. Went for tire change asked for tire size (which I'm in the database) but told me I wasn't giving enough numbers. Go ahead talk about your hair I won't interrupt again I promise cause sure yours ain't real anyway. . .) First last time making visit to this tire shop.

Went in to put new tires on and come out from shopping a hour after bringing my van and they said they can't put my tires on because it was not the right size 17 tires so I get in to move it out of stall and it would not crank and driver side light was blinking on and off.. never again will I bring my vehicle or refer anyone to come thanks Walmart for breaking my van..

Horrible. After 3 trips I was able to get another battery. I'm truly blessed to have more than one vehicle or else I'd been SOL. Management was fine. Associates do different things. Must admit first bad experience with auto but enough to not return to this particular store.

Arrived here at open time to get oil changed before work and was told that they couldn t do it because they had one worker and he was the only one on time for work today and it has to be 2 techs here to do it .Just sad

My visit was better this time than my last visit. They improved alot on some of my complaints. Like, they had baskets in the auto center, they even had 3 cashiers when they usually have one. 1 cashier is always needed to answer the phone to handle warranty look ups on the phone. 2 cashiers would be enough. Thanks management.

I went and got a oil change and they lost my screws. I was the first person there to get service and they serviced 4 people's vehicles ahead of mine. Then I tried talking to the manager of the Auto care center and she never returned my call and she's always not there or in a meeting. I will never recommend anyone to go there for any kind of service. They are VERY unprofessional and disrespectful.

The only reason why I gave this Wal-Mart auto center three stars is: IT DID NOT OPEN ON TIME! 7 AM IS THE POSTED TIME. IT DIDNT OPEN TIL 7:15. And only reason it opened @ that time becuz one of the customers call inside the store while we were standing OUTSIDE! The clerks were nice a & personable. TWO: the wait was as long as Aretha Franklin's funeral! With the wide services they offered the management or Corp could make improvements of the long wait time. Hired more mechanics and/or technicians.

Anytime I visit a Walmart, I have a great time. Earphones in, I walk around and just destress myself. Even if I happen to stop in for just a few items, I allow myself to easily become an aimless pedestrian, wallowing(happily) in Wally's World. Before I'm aware, it's been at least an hour of walking so, got my steps in, I'm destressed, and will have had a great shopping experience. Not gonna go into the despair of waiting in line or too few cashiers

Worst place in history, customer service poor at best, if i didn't have a tire blowout i wouldn't never came here. Also they only taking cash in the auto center, stated i don't know what to tell you. smh

Went in to get a battery and a core charge is applied without a choice so I was told by the clerk/cashier! I go back 2 days later with old battery and now service is not so smooth I need a supervisor to give me my core charge refund and supervisor didn't come after 30 mins. so I'll be going to another wal mart.

They had me there for 4 hours for 2 tires they supposed to have in stock and they didn't have any.I never will ever buy any tires for my vehicles from Walmart cashier takes her lunch break at 12:15 and auto techs took their lunch at 12:45.This is a management problem.I had to wait to 1:45 until the techs come back from lunch to get my tires they didn't have in stock.I made it down there about 11am.

Came here on May 29 7:15 am.The site says you are open at 7 am..waited till 8 am for the auto care center crew to arrive but they were nowhere to be found.Doors locked computers shut down.I guess they come to work whenever they feel like over here .Very sad and unprofessional!!

Purchase a battery from Walmart a week later I had to get a boost off took it back set the meter read it was good battery Walmart policy is they do not swap out batteries even though you have your you have to get a boost off Walmart sucks

Took my car to have tires put on, and they strip the lug and blamed it on me! Nothing was wrong with my lugs until they tried to take it off. Took my car to another shop, purchased tires and had them installed no problem.....

Great customer service... Young Lady was very polite and helpful.
