I waited an hour and a half just for my tire to be given to me. I went there just for a pickup and told me to wait a little bit. 2 people got their car fixed and I was still waiting. I understand they were short-staff, but I think it shouldn t taken that long just to get my tire.Service: TiresService: Tires

Called at 1:34 pm and was told to bring my car in by 6 pm to swap my tire. I get there at 3:12 pm and am told they are closed down for the rest of the day for cleaning. Poor communication between management and staff. I went out of my way to come to this specific one too.

This has been one of the worst experiences. I got to the auto center @ 7:00 am because that was the time I selected online the night before. When I got there @7:15 the lady told me they didn t open until 8:00. I was a little aggravated but figured I would go get some breakfast and be back at 8:00. When I got back at 7:57 I got the run around for 2 hours just for them to tell me they couldn t even do the work on my truck.Very unprofessional and bad CommunicationService: Tires

Where do i start! If you go to this location please be sure about what tires you need. The tech sold my husband passenger tires for a 2500 pick up truck that needed lt tires. Now is warranty is void and we are trying to get correct tires. This is ridiculous just avoid at all cost

Worst auto care experience ever, Save yourself time and energy and just go somewhere else.No one there can drive a manual car, Had to pull my vehicle into the bay twice. Ordered a set of 4 tires and had an installation appointment at 7 AM, No one was available to open the doors till 7:30 . Then I was told that only 3 of my tires were available, When in fact the fourth tire was in the store it just hadn't been tendered into the system in receiving...I left with my car finished at 3 PM, EIGHT HOURS AFTER MY APPOINTMENT TIME.The best part?Every single one of those tires had a different amount of air, Not a single one was the same. They can't even read an air gauge to pump up a tire yall!Just don't go.

I came in to Walmart to send him today to get two new tires and oil and a filter for my car was in and out and about 15 minutes

I would say don t get your car fixed here, but if you just have to, don t pay for a warranty. They will come up with every reason to not honor your warranty. The department manager s name is Corido and he will completely go along with it.Back in April my wife paid for a new tire and a tire rotation. Today, I was told my warranty would not be honored because the tire was not in the right place . When i showed them that they rotated the tires, it was determined that that didn t matter. Corido (the manager) did not do anything to stop it.

Was thoroughly impressed with staff's knowledge and concern. Have custom wheels that require particular machinery to replace. This store while brand new was not given the proper machinery to handle the job, however they still went above and beyond and got the job done. Awesome job and quick but do recommend an appointment as it was monday at 8 am and while there 6 or 7 walk-ins arrived and the wait time increased to over 2 hours.

I sat there for 2 HOURS waiting for an oil change just for them to tell me they couldn't do it because I had an oil leak. I don't mind that they couldn't do it but it made me angry that I sat all that time before they told me! Had it been 20 or 30 minutes I would have been fine, but 2 hours?

Every time I go it s a bad experience. Customer Service is horrible. Long wait time. All I did was get a replacement tire with my warranty. When I looked on the sheet they gave me, it say they checked the tire pressure in all tires, but my tire pressure light was still on. It also say that I requested for them not to check the battery. Why lie?

Went there to buy tires, per their website, which showed they had them. When I got there, there were no tires for my car in any of the sizes that I wanted, whatsoever.

This was my 2nd day dealing with the tire center. I ordered tires online which was easy and cost effective. Getting the tires and installation was HORRIBLE!Tire center could not receive my order. Tire center could not schedule a time to install. System problems. Tire center phone number does NOT work. You must call the main number and then ask to be transferred. GOOD LUCK with that!Had to go up front to get my order. Associate comes out then goes BACK to the tire center to get my tires. This was Mon 11-2-2020 and my total time at Walmart was just under 3 hours.Came back today Tues 11-3-2020. Arrived at tire center at 7:30 am to be first in line. Center is suppose to open at 8 am. Asked another associate if Auto Center open today and he told me that the Auto Center was closed and will be for two weeks. WRONG! Misinformation or just not knowledgeableOpened at 8:15 am. LATE! Got tires installed. Came and picked up truck. Associate did not say there were any problems.Drove home and noticed tire was not registering pressure on TPMS (tire pressure measurement sensor). Got home and inspected the tire & stem. Pressure leaking out of stem when you touched it! Drove back to Walmart.Associate then told me, "Oh yes, our technician broke the TPMS on the tire. It is in the notes. We can not fix it. You will need to get it fixed somewhere else then bring us the receipt so we can reimburse you." He was sorry he forget to tell me this when I pick up my truck. Drove back home to find a place to fix the PROBLEM Walmart created. Tire flat had to pump it up to get it to another tire store for repair.I have now taken the truck to another tire store to get the sensor replaced. Trying to call Walmart to get the name of the associate in the Auto Care Center and no one is answering the phone.I have made five visits and still have a problem. I will have to return a sixth time to get reimbursed. Hopefully. If not I will be filing a claim with Better Business Bureau.

Worst run around since they didn't want to honor the road hazard I had on my tires,the guy first said he didn't have two tires to replace mine. I had to leave with one tire replaced only to have to return in about two hours for them to replace the other one...

Tire center at Raleigh-LaGrange Wal-Mart. Scam Scam. No management on site. Bought 60k miles-rated tires and drove only 20k miles and tire was damaged with a broken band (dimple) and thread was very low for 20k miles only on the tire. Service tech and manager refused to honor any kind of warranty (I have purchased road hazard warranty) and is making up (making an assumption) that it is a mechanical issue has caused the thread to go low on such low mileage on the tires, which is absolutely not true.Tire center manager and/or assistant store manager (James) left the store before 9 am with no other manager onsite. I was asked to pay full price for warranted tires that are less than a year old. Did not want to prorate either.Manager says that low thread, that is wearing evenly across the tires, is the fault of the customer, while in reality, it is the bad quality tires and the false advertised warranty at selling point.I have well maintained and rotated my tires and had wheel alignment done immediately after buying the tires.To the manager there and his staff, all that does not mean anything.Poor management, unfair and unreasonable. Actually management is non existent and general store manage is, of course, not available as usual. So basically, you are out of luck when it comes asking for what yours at Walmart.What a shame!

LITERALLY the worst service. Nobody was there to take my order. Everyone from the adjacent departments acted like they were unable to page someone. Customer service said they were gone for the day, it was 4pm and they close at 7. They then instructed me to get the tires myself and there are no other tires outside of the display tires.Service: TiresService: Tires

The most clean and organized of the local Walmart Auto Care Centers. The employees are nice and passable quality. Don't go in with heavy repairs in mind, and you should be fine. Good parking at the side of the building.

The manager was extra helpful and took care of me. The crew got me and in and out even though they were super busy. Ran into a problem with my oil change, I brought it back they fix it them no hassle or problems. Excellent service crew and Superb Manager. She should be running the district!!

Had to swap out a car battery which went dead after 2 months. This was 3rd battery I've gotten from them in a year, as I had to replace 2 months ago when it died & was not able to be recharged. They did not give me a problem swapping battery, as it had 5 yr warranty. However, I had to wait around 45 minutes for a CSM to come & approve the transaction. Since 2 friends gave me ride to Walmart to swap battery, this interfered with part of their day. So I had no issues exchanging battery, but just with the long wait.

Jan.2022 they would'nt sell a tire. For few days, WalMart Auto was shutdown. Went back, got a sweet deal on tires for $99 each!

I called walmart tire to patch a tire on my van. I called ahead of time they said they close at 6pm. I made it at 5:10 they said they were closed and would not be taking any customers. Now I have never heard a business shutting down a hour early before they closed and keep in mind the superbowl was yesterday. Normally I wouldn't try to persuade somebody to take my money and just go somewhere else but I had a bad leak from a nail I got in walmart parking lot I went to go get management thinking they would get the management back there so we could sqaure this away and what does she do she goes to the very source of the problem the same guy only now when we get back there now he says the lift doesn't support a cargo van and he was trying to tell me but I walked off so my thing is why lie now if your telling the truth to begin with I truly believe they did all that for the super bowl I ended up buying a patch kit from the very peoples that refuse to service me and fixing my own tire in there parking lot never again I used to take all my vehicles to walmart for service never again I will be going to the Firestone across the street for now on terriable experience.

Lazy people i just wanted to buy a tire carry out and install it else where and the lady would rather lie and say she can run it up through the counter i would have to have them do the service im not gonna sit there 3 hours just for them to install a tire i have always just bought the tire and left she just didnt feel like trying to figure out how to run it up

The customer service was not the best.. Some of the employees were on their cell phones walking around instead of working on customer cars. Would appreciate updates on car as it is being repaired. waited an hour and a half to have a tire replaced.

I waited in line at the auto center and the service rep served the 3 men in front of me in line, skipped me, and served the 2 men behind me before getting to what I needed. As soon as I told him what I needed he walked off without the key.On another occasion, they lost the tire and rim that I dropped off to be repaired.Hopeless service. I reccomend anywhere else.

I needed tires for my car. I made several attempts, by phone, trying to reach the Walmart Car Care Center on Raleigh Lagrange Road in Memphis TN. No one answered the telephone. I also called the Walmart Car Care Center on Highway 64 in Bartlett, TN. The telephone rang about 30 times, no one answered. The call was disconnected after I had held on the line for 10 minutes. If I could give this company 0 stars if I could, but I'll have to settle for the 1 star.

The center closes at 6, but they told me at 5 that they are done for the day. I have a flat and they wouldn't even fix it. Should have gone to the Whitehaven location because at least they care if a woman would be stranded or not. A flat would have taken all of 5 minutes to fix. They suck big time.

I had an emergency with a piece of metal in my tire went inside asked if they could repair the tire and I was told they are not taking any more tickets today. I will never use this Walmart Auto Center nor any other Walmart Auto Center

I got an oil change an I honestly don't believe they change the oil when i ask I believe all they did was put the sticker on windshield with only the miles no service date nor anything an the inside of the car still telling me I need an oil change. Smh

Walmart app for money center never works. App for locating items is good. Extra baked bread on sale in dairy dept. More self scan or staffed check out terminals needed.

Auto center is supposed to open at 8 a.m as per the posting. Stood outside up to 8:20 a.m the door was still shut. Called the Wal-Mart # was busy Autocare # no answer. Left and a few other people left too.

Service here sucks. Can in was the first person they couldn't find my tire lock that was in the glove box had to buy a new one. I open the glove box and it was right there. Ame back to a five hour wait
