Ordered four new tires, they arrived Friday. I put said tires on and drove home. Very next day Saturday my rear left tire was wobbling. There was two knots on the face and six knots on the back. This is the second time I got tires at this business and they broke down the next day. Never again will I buy tires from Walmart.Service: TiresService: Tires

Worst staff with no knowledge on handling customers. There is no proper coordination between front desk staff and mechanics. And mechanics work there based on their mood and attitude. They don t even care if you go for service on-time at scheduled time. They just change their mind whenever they want and send customers back without giving service. I experienced 3 times that they asked me to come for headlights restoration after I called them and took appointment, but when I reach there they sent me back all 3 times without giving service and saying their mechanic is now not ready to work.Unprofessional staffs including the team lead with poor knowledge on handling customer issues.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Take your car and service somewhere else at the very least a different Walmart. These lazy people told me I ordered the wrong tire size so that they would not have to change my cars tire. They indicated to me an absolutely wrong tire size that I needed. According to them, my tire size on a 2012 Infiniti G37 was supposed to be 245/45 R15 according to the Infiniti website itself that is impossible pictures attached. I ordered 225/50R18 and they said I needed to look at my door because that was the wrong size. Maybe because I m a woman they thought I would just take their word, but I didn t. After checking my door, low and behold, the correct tire size for my front tires is none other than the tire size I ordered and the correct size for the rear different from even what they told me as 245/45R18. Nonetheless, they re lazy, unprofessional, and had already issued a refund prior to my ability to check behind the information they gave. I will never return and never order again. Do so at your own risk.Update: Took my car to the Infiniti dealership today, they advised that our oil change was severely over due despite us having paid to have it done by Walmart during the above visit. I do not recommend. They need to be shut down as they are not doing the work that they are paid to do.

They said they closed early because nobody was working. For some reason when black people talk to other black people on the phone they think they know you talking unprofessional. Do your job kid understand I'm a possible customer and not your homie.

The sign on the door and the website stated that they opened at 7:00AM. I waited for an hour and they did not open. I saw an employee in the shop walking around doing various tasks. Not once did he come to the door and let me know that it was a delay in the store opening at 7:00AM. He did not even acknowledge my presence. It treated me as though I was invisible. I waited until 8:00AM and then I left this location. I will never patronize this Walmart Auto Care Center. They are rude, unprofessional , and do not value good customers. I took my business elsewhere.

The manager didn't get to the tire center until 7:04 a.m. to open. I, the customer, was here at 6:30 a.m. It's 7:08 and no one has showed up. The manager that came to open the outside doors stated she doesn't know where the two workers are. This is so sad. This Wal-Mart is absolutely terrible. It's a terrible representation of Sam Walton's vision. No one cares. All the business wants is the customers money. I didn't expect anything better. I chose the lesser of two evils and came here for an oil change. The company has to use the people that they have no matter how unprofessional, not showing up for work, because they have a business to run. The customers are the victims. It's 7:14 a.m. and the cashier just got here and a minute later a auto tech comes strolling in. Pitiful!

The cashier stated it would take 3 hours to get an oil change. I said ok. I guess they thought I was going to say never mind. Service only took an hour. Another person came in and were told the exact same thing. Customer service skills needs more attention because they re deterring away customers.

Went to get my tire replaced. Got here at 8am and was second in line. It took 3 and a half hours before I could even get the tire on. Horrible service. Never returning.

I have to concur with what a lot of the other comments mentioned. Very slow, everyone moving at a tortoise pace. I understand they were busy but really bad customer service. I pulled up, stood outside my car for a few minutes, all workers looked at me and then went back to what they were doing. Went inside to discuss with cashier, she said to ask one of the technicians for help. I tried but no response. Had to just pull off and go elsewhere. Wouldn t recommend. Maybe it was too crowded.

Left screws out of my break light and then denied it. Left me with a hanging tail light and no resolution. I will never go back there for anything. My car deserves better service you get what you pay for was my lesson.To add insult to injury they never replaced the break light either. Took it apart they didn't have the light they needed and just didn't bother to secure the fixture back.

Simple is not so simple. I had a flat tire, so i went in with my flat tire to get another tire to replace the flat one. I wasctold there were 3 cars in front of me. The cashier stated it shouldn't take long because 2 of the cars only needed air. Mind you i only had the flat tire with me i had to catch a ride to get the mew tire placed on my rim. So we left and went to the banks. 20 minutes later i called to check to see if my new tire had been placed on my rim. She stated no call back in 15. 15 minutes had passed still no tire on rim. I told the cashier were are about to go eat at Olive garden so i will call back later. 40 minutes later the tire still has not been changed. So 10 minutes later she calls back to say that the tire is ready to he picked up. Poor customer service that day.

Went to get air in my tires and the guy just throws the air pump on the ground and walks off. I ve been to serval Walmart s where they pump your tires for you as a service. They also did this service for the customer in front of me (she was a woman they were interested in). I have no issues doing it myself but communicate instead of walking off and having me sit there for several minutes. And be consistent. Needs Customer Service training

So I ordered my tires on line to get delivered to the store. They never checked the tires into let me know they had them. I had to call the customer services line to fine out where my tires were only to find out the store never checked them in. Had appt to get them put on at 11 am. Got there at 10:45. Checked in went to shop. Now here it is 2 pm and my car still not done. Just to have a oil change and tires put on. They have the worst service on Winchester in memphis tn. I will never come back to this store to get my car done. I advice you dont come to this store .

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have my windshield wipers replaced. They didn't put in enough oil and checked off that the wipers passed inspection when two of the three wipers were beginning to come apart. I spoke to management and they offered to replace the wipers for free, which was nice of them. They told me that the wipers were replaced and I assumed they had been. The next morning it rained and I realized they had only replaced the front wipers and not the rear. The time before, they put standard oil in when I had requested synthetic. The time before that they quoted me a price on a tire warranty and then refused to honor it. The 'mechanics' are rude, 8ncompetemt, and unprofessional, forcing the cashiers and management to have to deal with the repercussions of their shoddy work. I will NEVER return to this Walmart, which is less than five minutes from my home, and will instead drive to the next closest one, which is about 20 minutes away.

This store is very clean and well stocked with inventory to buy. I had my oil changed and was very pleased with my service. It was fun having it done and shopping in the store at the same time.

I work customer service, I know that things can be a struggle when it comes to communication with a customer. However along every step of the way this Walmart has dropped the ball.We came in for a tire rotation and balance, paying $12 per tire. 2 hour wait later (to be expected) we are alerted they can t rotate the tires, we need to replace two of them with treads too low. While disappointing, it happens and we move forward with getting new tires. Another 2 hour wait later and we see that one of the low tires has not been changed out. The employees marked down that we wanted only the front two tires replaced, then stated they DID rotate the tires afterwards. This is categorically incorrect. The two low treads were front driver s and rear passenger s; the rear passenger s tire was left as-is in its spot. When you rotate tires, you put lower treads up front. Now they are creating a situation that could endanger my life by trying to lie about a rotation.Trying to have this situation fixed is turning out to be like asking angst teenagers to clean their room. Dirty looks are being thrown, employees are short and rude, and I now feel like I need to watch over their shoulder to make sure they aren t putting me in danger any more. Save yourself the hassle and worry; go somewhere else.

I called wal mart super center on Winchester so many times for about 10 days or so & could never get anyone to answer the phone except the pharmacy!!!! The switchboard emp never ever answered nor did any of the other dept like electronics, deli ! I tried everything to get someone to answer & they never did!!! I ended up calling wal mart @ 577 n germantown rd in cordova & got great cust serv on the phone & in person!!! Wal mart on Winchester I give 1*, wal mart in cordova I gave 5* !!!!

I went for an oil change. The customer service was okay and the wait was to be expected. However, they did not fill air into the tires, did not top washer fluid or brake fluid or any other fluids they mentioned in the receipt. Because they write they did something and they did not do I am at this point doubtfull whether they changed the air filter. I could see that they changed the oil though.

I don t understand it. How are u only open from 9am-4pm. Like you don t want people to come get tires after work. We have this thing called a working class that most work 8-5. It s just ridiculous to me. That s not efficient hours. Those hours only cater to business customers and not civilian customers.

Very poor customer service! This is my second time going there and there's always a long wait. After my oil was changed, it was another 35 minstrel before I went to the counter and had to tell the cashier that my car was complete and I needed to go. She was rude and sassy as if I was wrong! Never again. ...

We walked in 1.5 hrs before closing and were told by one of the many thumb twiddling automotive cashiers that couldn't seem to find anything to do, that they dont have time to change any more tires. So we called another walmart 15 minutes away- Olive Branch walmart, and they said there were a couple of people ahead of us for tire changes, but as long as we got there before 6pm, when they closed, they would make sure we got taken care of. That level of service should be present at all walmarts, not just some.

Walmart auto center is not very appreciative of it's customers. They treat you like they're doing you a favor by allowing you to be in their department. Even though it says that the auto center is open online, they really aren't from what the one good employee (who went out of his way to assist us) informed us about.

Made it there hours b4 closing only to be told I couldn't get my oil changed. Then I inquired about tomorrow and was told that's not going to work either. I asked y and the lady went off on me telling me that she was sure that I experienced a place shutting down if people called in. I told her no, call other locations for help, you dont close or neglect your customers.

Service SUCKED, waited 5 hours for 1 tire..employees lolly gagging around, on their phones, ..there was 1 Guy was working so hard.. He had long dreads and was super nice.. He was the only one with good work ethics...

Very irresponsible employee lost my lug and lock and I wasn't apologize to about the situation just basically took all day because they were trying to find my lug and lock they lost. Unfortunately I bought my tires from them and have to go for regular tire rotations which is really unfortunate. I will never get my tires from them again and real hesitant about getting my tires rotated by them.

Horrible Experience!!! Went for tire rotation and balance and left with a broken lug and out of a days work. The associate lied about breaking the lug until I asked for a manager. I do not recommend taking your car to this location it is horrible.

Service horrible. they had my car for 3.5 hours then told me they couldn't change the headlight. after my calling hours in advance and asking questions about the price. HORRIBLE. THEN HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME FOR AN OIL CHANGE......
