My car started dying right before the Jackson/Austin Peay exit on 240 so I coasted down and found this shop just around the corner. I haven't found a mechanic I'm really fond of so I gave them a shot. I don't regret it at all. My car was running better than ever by the end of the next day and it didn't cost a third of the other shops I've used of late.

The owner was nice. Repaired my friends vehicle and suggested I needed air in my tire. To my surprise the air was free of charge. Nice guy all around.

I don't like this place, they would overcharged you if they see you that you don't know about car's I am a teen and I took my car to get an oil change and spark plugs and they told me to buy the oil and the filter and spark plugs and they charge me $380 to do the services and I went to other's shop and they only charge $100 so don't go here.

I took my car here on 5-18-18 to get my air fixed and they Dropped my car, messing up my enginge carriage and denied it but, after I told them they will be reported the owner tried to get me to bring my car back called me about 50 million times so I wouldn't report them...no not going to ever happen again....they don't deserve the one star....zero stars and what great customer service the owner Calls have he said he did care and get out his shop .....wow very Bad Business....

They will not fix what does not need fixing and they will not charge you for what does not need to be fixed! I have been going to Ventura Automotive for nine and a half years and I will never take my car anywhere else for repairs!
