Rod was professional, polite and super quick! Thank you for the great service. In and out walk-in oil change around 1:00 on a Monday only 15 minutes! Didn t even get out of my car. Thank you again, Rod and team!

I stopped by there yesterday afternoon (3/20/24) around 3:15 for an oil change, and Rod took great care of me. Actually, the whole team did! In addition to changing my oil, my brake light was changed, and my in cabin filter was replaced. I attempted to get my headlight replaced but, that was out of stock. I WILL be back to take care of some of the recommended maintenance! Thanks Rod and team for all that you do! Y'ALL ROCK!!

I had the most professional and attentive customer service experience at Valvoline on Union. Rod was very helpful and provided excellent service during my oil change. Stopped by to get an oil change last week and over the course of the week I noticed a little oil leaking into my garage floor. Stopped by this morning and Rod immediately took care of me. His team gave it a thorough look over and determined it was a rotting valve. He quickly showed me the old one and the new one that they replaced in a matter of minutes. And the BEST PART he did it for FREE! Talk about customer service you don t see very often! I was in and out in ten minutes and will definitely be back! Thanks Rod and team!

Went during a break of my work, in and out within 12 mins. Rod was kind enough to make sure I got everything with top priority. I hadn t been to Valvoline in a while so when they aired up my tires I was shocked because no other place does it for me. Thanks y all.

I had my oil changed this morning at Valvoline on Union and I had a very good experience, my service writer was name Rod and he was nice ,he let me know what was going to happen. And I was in and out in about 20 minutes. He let me know the services I needed like wiper blades, tire rotation and other things and he also printed me my recript.

I had a great experience! Yeah, I had to wait in line but that's part of the process. Staff was very professional but not to the point it was impersonal. They took care of the oil change, showed me my dirty air filter but dudnt pressure me to buy one, hit the high spots and boom, I was out. My 1997 vehicle has always had synthetic since it was new and I felt the pricing was reasonable. Maybe I can find a coupon for my next oil change. I will return.Service: Oil change

On a Saturday I arrived at 9:45 am and it is 11:15 and I m still in line waiting to get into a bay. You can t back up so you literally have to wait it out. My day has been held up so beware.
