I've been with them for a while and everything was fine. but the last time they put too little oil into the engine and I had a long trip. I was scared thinking that I was going to damage the engine of my vehicle. I went to them later and they filled it for me.

Had a transmission fluid change which seemed to be no problem for them. They even applied a %15 off coupon to my total.

Would leave no star if I could very unprofessional third time I have went here and air filter left open, oil all over engine tried to suction oil out of dodge Durango V8 and tried there best to tell me it s ok things is I want it done traditional tried to do this without even asking want come here.

Quick oil change, they only stock a few different Valvoline products. it was about $41 for customer supply oil change. I brought Full synthetic high mileage oil and a premium oil filter, it was cheaper then getting it from them. Will continue to use!!!

I don't know what's wrong with my car , but after getting and oil change there my car start acting strange later to fund out their was water in My motor I only got and oil change so how could it be.

They got antifreeze all over my engine and they acted like it was my fault they said I had a leak I had no leak and I still don't have a leak they're Liars this was on Union Avenue Memphis Tennessee they're not going to do anything about it terrible service and very racist

It was 2 1/2 hours because they didn't carry the fluid for front differential but they kept me updated staff super nice the manager kept me informed while they were waiting on the fluid

The wait wasn't long at all. All the employees were nice and curious. Seems like a great place to work, everyone was smiling and in a good mood. Great vibes, fast service from start to finish.

My experience a couple weeks ago was great! Definitely worth a review! I was in and out, team was efficient in letting me know what to watch for far as future car issues, offered me up sales, and I was on my way. The technicians are really nice and were always willing to answer any questions that I had about my oil and some features on my truck. They even reset my oil change reminder without asking. I was in and out of the place within 30 minutes and they even did a quick car check up to make sure that all my lights, wind shield wipers, and other important car things were functional.

1st time great service and in a timely manner. 2nd time Great service and also in a timely manner. And they won't try and sell you anything that you don't really need. Price was great for wipers, oil change, and filter. Will return again!

Love this place. I will definitely go again. Nice friendly people. Knew what they were doing. Worked well as a team and got you in an out. The manager, name started with a T, Trevarius I think, was very helpful, explained everything else I needed, price and all.

Hands down the BEST Valvoline team! Haven t been to this location in years since moving from the area. However, after several TERRIBLE trips to other locations within the city, I m glad that I decided to stop by this particular location for an oil change today. Joe Pe�a, Richard and the entire crew were very professional and helpful. I drove 30-45 minutes from where I live just to get better service due to extremely poor service at the Olive Branch location. Hoping Joe and his team can do a company wide training for the other locations because they are clearly doing something right!Service: Oil change

Vavoline was great! They honor company advertisement and the wait time is bearable. An hour to two is just fine . Their communication before, during and after is one to be modeled. Thank you Vavoline for keeping my vehicle up to part .

The service was quick and thorough. The line was kinda long, but they had a technician to top off my antifreeze and washer fluids. Once I pulled into the bay, they changed my oil and did a thorough check, then sent me on my way. They were courteous and professional. This is my second trip, but it will not be my last. I highly recommend them for your routine, scheduled oil changes.

Has really declined in customer service.. didn't fill the washer fluid. Didn't reset or tell me how to reset the oil reminder light. Didn't check air filter. Charged close to $100 and showed me where they filled up the oil and moved me out. It did take 11 minutes, but didn't feel they took care of my car well. The last rating i gave them a year ago was 5 star. Can't say that now.

They are always very courteous and I've not seen anything questionable in their service. Nothing like the Jiffy Lube schemes of selling services they don't really do. You don't even get out of your vehicle and they have a camera feed showing you the live view of the man under your car changing your oil. Don't forget to call in before going and ask for a coupon. They'll text you a $25 off full synthetic oil change every time. Good stuff

Had such great service, this morning came back with my husband's truck. Same GREAT service, Kavius was sooo knowable, patient, and explained everything! Will NOT go anywhere else for our car services! Kavius THANK YOU!

It was an easy trip and efficient process of oil change. Almost double as expensive as Walmart, but little wait time. You could stay in the car. I noticed the mechanics didn't wear masks. Also, you have to tell them to reset the change oil light or they wouldn't.

Been waiting in line for almost a hour the guys are so slow this is so sad they have 5 workers and should never take this long. Very Disappointed an the manager very rude an unprofessional need corporate to get involved
