I called the pep boys 1-800 number to have my wife's car towed to pep boys. Their dispatch was great. They called me as soon as they got the ticket, kept me up to date on when the driver would be at my vehicle to tow it. The driver got to my vehicle and could not get into my driveway to get the car. He told me his truck was too low and did not want to damage my driveway. I called dispatch and explained what was going on. She promptly told me she would get another driver out to get my vehicle. They have stayed in touch the whole way through this.

I have been buying cars from Upgrade since 2010. All of the cars on the lot are always nice and clean and up to part. Never bought anything bad from them. They are very understanding and are willing to work with me no matter the situation. Mhoon made sure that I got the car that I wanted and made sure I had an affordable down payment and reasonable monthly notes. If your looking for a vehicle look no further this is the place!

Requested a tow home on my vehicle I got home and saw where they damaged the whole rear end of my car. I do have security cameras on my property. Very unprofessional (Why lie In your response below) I have security footage from my camera s hard-rive and I m getting legal representation . It s a reason why your business have 2 stars (Simone)

The wheel left driver is very professional and knowledgeable about Mechanics they may have a long ETA But rest assure your vehicle and belongings will be in tact they communicate very well and have a family vibe please use this Tow company service if needed you want be sorry You might be Very Lucky

My roadside assistance called them for me and they took over an hour to give an ETA. The woman answered another 33 minutes later just to say he was still on the way, I asked her was driving from 2022 or some and she replied with nothing They lied continuously and didn t have to. Customer service was not nice either. Avoid them if your roadside refers them for anything

Called roadside assistance to get a tow. They lie for no reason, they said the car was in a different location, then they said that they were in road construction that didn t exist. When I finally got a call from the driver he had the nerve to say, I be over to get your car after we get done with shift change. I HAVE to take my coworker home and THEN I would come to get you. Worst service EVER I would rather go to U Haul and rent a dolly before calling these clowns.

Upgrade Auto Sales IS the Hook-Up!! No pun intended.I flipped my avalanche in 22 dodging a deer, in Arkansas . Naturally my nerves have yet to fully recover. So my recent experience within the Holmes road construction debacle followed by an old ford truck s transmission collapse, both served as a trigger for minor anxiety attacks related to the car killer judgment I suffered from L.A. Any fool might advise you that ROADSIDE reminds one of a critical care, however of late,I am he. Add the roadside assistance service to at least one mobile account and you will not regret the cost if ever you live through an event in these streets.Shout out Verizon Services , for myself. Upgrade Towing Services employ professional drivers the likes which been unfortunate enough to meet. Despite my unlucky driver s streak, each crisis was transformed by the rescue into a trifle. Real talk: Upgrade Tow Service reflects that Memphis Love that can really comfort you in a crisis.Err-body know it s a jungle, and some out there in the late night hours.Action News 5 and Fox 13 bear witness.,if you need a tow call them bro.You ll see what I m talking about. 24 and 7 .

Worst tow truck company ever!!! Lied about their ETA several times, and then had the balls!! to say they had to drop a coworker off before they could come get my son car! So freaking unprofessional!

Excellent service. I have used this company for towing services repeatedly never missed a beat! Just make your line of communication with your insurance is ok. I had an out of pocket of $40 due to the mileage and it was taken care of immediately. Will recommend.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!! I had a flat tire and my insurance company contacted Upgrade Auto to tow my vehicle 15 minutes down the road .. Spoke with Alisha who identified herself as a dispatcher . She originally told me that the tow driver would arrive to assist me in 1 hour No one showed up I called back to follow up she lied again and told me the tow was 17 minutes . I followed up again due to being stranded for 2 hours at this point , Alisha was very Rude and hung up the phone in my face while I showed no concern and apparently didn t understand that my insurance company and myself were spending money with this company If I would not have had to wait all over again I definitely would have contacted another Tow . This Dispatcher and this company is the worst Would NEVER recommend them to anyone Horrible experience

Absolutely the worst place ever! Do not ever do roadside assistance with them. Our insurance company said they got us someone. ETA 90 to 120 minutes. They are liars. He sat there from 3:45 to 9:30 when he was canceled on a Memphis Interstate. He was even told your next by the dispatcher. He was strung along by phone calls and text until he got a text saying he was canceled at 9:30 at night. They don t deserve any business! We have messages and I ve got screenshots. He s diabetic and they are liars. Worst company ever. He finally got towed by Blues City Towing. That guy was there within 20 minutes and towed him all the way to T-County at midnight.

Upgrade did an excellent tow job for me today. The driver called to give me an eta on picking up my car. I've had tows before and no one ever communicated with me. I didn't get his name but he was professional and brought my car home in one piece as it should be. I had to change the delivery address almost at the last minute and the lady who answered handled it efficiently. This was the best experience yet. Thanks.

If you are referred by your insurance company for roadside assistance you re better off just canceling. I put in a request through State Farm roadside assistance at 4:15 and was quoted 120-150 mins for my arrival time. At 7:13 someone finally called me to ask for a photo of the battery. I sent the photo and then the man told me he would go get the battery and I would cash app him. I was weary, but also ready to have this resolved. Finally at 7:50 when I was needing to leave work I reached out again to see the ETA and was told it would be another 30-45 mins. At this point I told them never mind and handled the situation myself. I m thankful I wasn t stranded because waiting over 4 hours with no remedy to my issue is not satisfactory. I m not sure how they operate outside of insurance based referrals, but I was highly unsatisfied based on this interaction.

I would give them zero stars if it was possible. I had a flat tire and Progressive dispatched Upgrade Auto Sales after the first company missed their ETA and was too busy. I called their dispatch to ensure that the driver was on his way (she gave me a 15 minute estimate but it was closer to 45). The driver called when he was looking for my car after arriving in the area. He asked if I had a jack and I told him I only had the spare tire kit that came with my car. The driver finally arrived and looked at my kit, apparently part of the jack was missing a piece. He looked around his truck then got inside and made a phone call. I assumed he was speaking to his dispatch but I surprisingly I get a call from Progressive asking if I still need assistance because the driver can't FIND ME! What?!!! He was sitting in the parking lot telling the insurance company he needed partial payment for his services since he couldn't FIND ME while I'm standing outside looking at his truck parked in front of me waiting for service! I told Progressive that he's sitting in the truck doing nothing after looking at my spare tire kit. Then without warning he DRIVES AWAY!!!!! Doesn't say anything to me because he's too busy trying to get paid for nothing! First off, how do you show up to a flat tire repair WITHOUT the tools you need to do the job (it states on the ticket what roadside assistance I need)?! A jack is a primary tool for the job, how was he expecting to get the tire off?! Please, please, lawd please....if any of you see this company pop up for roadside assistance, you're better off declining and trying your luck with the next company. Unprofessional is not the word, their service deserves a far worse shadier description. Save yourself frustration, time and money!!!!

DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT USE THEM AS A TOW TRUCK COMPANY. If your insurance company assigned them to you call them back ASAP and tell them to re assign you to a new tow truck company. I called them and the phone kept going to vm. Finally the phone rang and a young lady picked up stating was reaching out to driver due to his ETA time. Driver called my phone and stated was at a wreck from an auto accident, was cleaning up the accident and would be in his way. Hour and a half went by called back asking how far away, (picking up the phone sleep). Give me 25 mins. You were suppose to be here an 1 hour and a half ago. Called my phone and hung up. When calling back declined call, call back and asked did driver just call. Hung up phone in my face, called back several times after and would not pick up the phone. This is by far THE WORST most unprofessional tow truck company. I will make sure to tell my insurance company to drop them as a partner. Never again.

Literally wasted an entire day having woman on the phone lying about the tow truck coming. Please do not waste your time with themIt also amazes me how they are only able to reply to a few of these reviews which lets you know the others are true!

We called AAA to have my vehicle towed home because my keys was stolen from my son practice along with his coach s car. Triple A dispatched upgrade Auto sales to come tow the car home. The tow truck driver was dispatched at 6:30 p.m.The tow driver said would be here by 7:29 p.m. per the triple A app. The driver was called at 7:33 and he said he had a run but would be here shortly. The driver was called at 8:24 and stated he would be here in 15 minutes. He never showed up and the answering service advised he would call us. I called him back at 9:33 and he stated he was leaving a call. The Driver called back at 10:00 pm and once we explained that a police report was filed for the coach stolen vehicle and the stolen car keys. The driver called stating he couldn t come if a police report was filed. Upgrade Auto sales tow truck had us waiting 2 and half hours before the tow was declined. I needed my car towed because if someone stole the coach car I can t leave my car here if the suspect has the keys so they can come back and get the car. I have currently been dealing with this for 4 hours now all because Upgrade Auto Sales tow truck driver is rude and very unprofessional.

I paid my car note and my car tag on time n my pepper tag went out date. And they gave me the run around.I still didn't get the hardback tag they do Not Not have good Business at all but they can take your money real damn fast.please don t go to this place.

I WISH I could rate no stars. I am not one to bash but business or lack there of was horrible. My title was salvaged it took almost a year to get my title and tags a Bunch of run around. I would NOT recommend.

Waited 2 1/2 hours after they told me it would take 90-120 minutes. Called at 2 1/2 hours and they told me it would be another 45 minutes. 45 minutes later they cancelled my request indicating they could not make it. They were supposed to provide a "call" that they would be late....never received it. Spoke to the rude lady on the phone and got no where.

Never again will i go to them. The owner unprofessional and doesn't care what he selI people. I bought a car that broke down on me the second day I had it. The owner offered to get it fix but had my car over a month still has it just sitting up, constantly giving me the ran around won't give my money back or another car. Still haven't found the part to the car, say they can't find one so I'm ass out ( that's what the owner told me) my car still sitting up at their shop or wherever it's at. He hasn't or tired to call me an tell me ANYTHING. He just taking people money know it was tax season an selling them lemon cars.

Gave ONE Star & Honestly They Do Not Deserve That . I Purchased A Vehicle From This Location And Have Been Out Of Thousands Of Dollars Since . Car Has Given Me So Much Trouble. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ! TAKE YOUR COINS ELSE WHERE :)

The experience was bad. The ower doesn't care about his customers the way he should. Like the other person said take your business else where not there. The owner didn't care when my transmission went out in my car didn't offer no help at first but then he did. When you do wrong followers you. Won't do business with them ever again

I purchased a car from this dealership and I'm not pleased with the results. I had the privilege of driving my vehicle for 14 days and the nightmare started.I have been contacting the owner and his wife and all I have received was broken promises. I have been without my vehicle for a long time and I'm disgusted with the customer service,their words are voided and etc. SMH this is such a heartbroken moment.

Got my infiniti from here. Nothing wrong with it at all. Mhoon is a business man not a charity. He does his business to the law but will fix cars that isn't his responsibility to fix. But he even has that point where there is nothing he can do. Love my car and I'm blessed to have got it from Upgrade. And yes I have had it over 3 months still not problems.
