Stayed after hours to complete my work order. Great team. Glad my window is fixed same day I called for service. :) satellite quoted me $415 + 5 day wait.Universal glass $250 same day service

The young man that owns universal Glass is training young guys and letting them put our windshields in, when they put the windshield in they damage my headliner, so now I have to pay almost $700 to get my headliner fixed there's no need in talking to him again about it because he stated to me this is the way the car is made, I believe since I'm a woman he thinks I supposed to buy that but I've owned my car 3 years and my headliner has never hung down in front of my face, this was my experience and I'll never ever use them again or recommend them. We did go to the dealership together and he did not say that's how it comes, he simply didn't want to respond but when I went out there alone the man told me that's not how it comes I've been in my car for years and I know that's not how it was no I was not satisfied and you did try and this is still my experience with you.

The one who does the desk work is very professional, however the others are very unprofessional. Was told to come in to have my window replaced but it wasnt until an hour after dropping my car off that they called to tell me my car is ready, though they waited until i came to pick up my car up to say they didnt have the glass. They also suffer from miscommunication, the desk worker started to ring me up despite my window not being replaced. Huge waste of time.

These guys were super fast swapped out my windshield within 30-45 mins and they helped me back out into the road because it's at a semi busy road. Also they do not take checks gotta do credit card or cash great people and they are young and acted very respectable and knowledgeable

This place was the best place for my husband and I to get our windows and winshields replaced. They were the least expensive place and they repaired our windows swiftly. They are also very pleasant to work with.

VERY VERY VERY unprofessional especially the lite bright 1 with the bonnet thing on HIS head. Ohhhhhh & the doggone manager(the white 1) lets the young UNEXPERIENCED guys try to install a window. Anddddd neither 1 of them know s#!+. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THAT NASTY PLACE

Sorry, but I cannot recommend. I had two sliding glass doors going out onto my patio that were not rolling smoothly. They came and adjusted the wheels at the bottom of the doors. They spent less than 15 minutes in my condo and charged me $175. They do work great now, but I am sure you can find someone to do that for a much more reasonable fee.

Had what I needed but the owner is a friend of mine s best friend was unable to talk to him but I feel if we had I would have gotten a better price otherwise it was over 500

Good job. Very quick. No appointment. Guys fixed the windshield on my semi truck.No place for the semi trailer. On the back of dollar general can drop the trailer.

My car was broken into today when I got off work this morning and turned what was a good day into a very bad one in a split second. I called Universal and they were able to get me in the same day! I pulled in and talked to a very professional front desk attendant and they were able to repair the window in an hour at a very fair price! I would definitely recommend this business to anyone that needs glass work done!!Service: Auto side window replacement
