Part needed. Not available at first stop. Referred to alternative location where part was purchased. Nice looking chic to my rescue with the part. Very friendly gentlemen present wanting to assist, too.

This is one of the few places in Memphis where you can find Motorcraft parts! I needed 6 coil power packs for my son's F150. I learned the hard way when it comes to Ford parts, spend the extra money on Motorcraft parts! The folks there were kind, courteous and knew exactly what I needed. They also had advice on installing the coils! Very good place!

Excellent service, the right parts in a timely manner. You pay a little more but you are getting oem ( original equipment merchandise) parts. This will be my first stop from now on.
