In my experience with the repair shop, I would recommend it for vehicle repairs. It's a small business with a helpful staff who strive to assist customers. However, I was somewhat dissatisfied with the communication and accuracy of the estimated time for parts. While I understand that some parts may take longer to arrive, I prefer honest communication rather than unrealistic promises. Despite these issues, I still recommend this place for their overall service.

Great experience from start to finish!! Called them on a Saturday morning for a diagnosis. Had me bring the car in at noon for a brake pad and rotor replacement and had it done by 3 that afternoon. Quick service great customer service at an affordable price. Highly recommend and I ll be back for all my future car needs.

Man I was really upset with these guys because I wanted my vehicle back but they mad sure they took care of me. Not only did I not have insurance, they made sure I save as much as possible. Got my vehicle back and every is working totally fine. Give them a call if you have any repairs or work that needs to be done on your vehicles.

Finally found my go-to shop. They just finished doing the head gaskets on my 06 Forester. The pricing is honest, and they ll help you determine any other work that might need to be done. Lazaro s the man for sure.

neighbor referred me to them , my tire was leaking around the rim . they cleaned around the wheel and replaced my old tire for a great price and they were fast. i ll refer anybody to come to them. they also do more than just wheel work !Service: TiresService: Tires

Lazaro and his team did an awesome job doing some repair work on my vehicle. They are honest and hard working. They were able to manage the high volume of clientele and get me in quickly. They were very professional, and gave me a great price! They were very patient with me my first couple of visits so i decided to recommend some of my colleagues to the establishment. Now when i come for services i get discounts because of the referals. Highly recommend for people having trouble trusting mechanics.

They are very respectful and will even give you a ride home if you need it. They have a new special where they will detail your vehicle after services for just $150 inside and out. Highly recommended.

I had an awesome experience at Unidos Auto Repair. I called and was able to get an appointment 2 hours later, right after I finished work.I went to get my left mirror fixed because I had hit it and it needed to be snapped back together. Lazaro and another gentleman were efficient, quick and very friendly. They repaired my mirror within 10 minutes with great care, making sure I understood the whole process. 10/10 recommend- excellent service and mechanics with a high standard of knowledgeable craft.

These guys are fantastic. They are honest and reasonable (I know because I got a 2nd opinion from my brother in law who is a retired mechanic lol!) and they will definitely work with you money-wise and with transportation. They were able to squeeze me in and got me fixed up within 24 hours. Seemed like a family business and the shop was very clean and orderly. Also have a cute bulldog. Lol! Highly recommend.

The guys did a nice job on the service replacing the serpentine belt and gave me a good price. I went and bought the belt and brought it back to them.I had a loose splash guard panel underneath and wasnt sure where this happened so I went back. It turns out the mechanic took the belt off from the top so this was done by the previous shop......a couple of bolts had been taken out and not replaced causing the panels to hang down. They fixed it for me anyway. I was pleased and wanted to share my experience.Thank youJeff

Needed a tire patched. They took my in, squeezed in the repair . it was fixed and out the door on 15 minutes. Excellent service and a fair price.I have a lot of work needed on both of my old vehicles. I'll be back and we'll see how that goes.

We are so grateful for this shop and its staff! We tried several other places before and could not find help everyone else tried taking advantage of us and charging way too much money we thought we were just gonna have to scrap the car but the guys at Unidos were reasonable with their pricing and accommodated us to the max. We couldn t be happier with the team and how things turned out. I called Lazaro from Spain because my daughter - living in Memphis - needed a side mirror fixed quickly. He accommodated her and fixed the mirror in no-time flat. Very grateful to Unidos for their willingness to fit her in on the same day I called. All turned out great. Highly recommend them!

They communicated well, kept me updated with any changes. The price was okay, but they quoted me something different over the phone. Over the phone they said $75 after the work was done, I ended up being charged over $150 for an alignment that isn't quite fixed. It's better than before but there is still a slight pull to the side. One of the gentleman offered me a ride, which was nice. Overall, I waited over 3 hours, was misquoted/over charged for an alignment, and I still need my car serviced. It wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst either.

They diagnosed my issue very quickly. They have saved me on thousands of dollars with repairs. They are willing to go the extra mile to keep their customers with a smile. I love them working on my Infiniti because they help me and instead of getting over on me like other shops. I would high recommend this shop for all auto repairs and maintenance! I highly recommend these guys! My car broke down nearby their shop and I looked them up and reviews were good and I had to come here and leave a good review also. I ve been having the same problem with my alternator again and again for years, and they finally found the problem that my normal repair guy could not find! It came out cheaper than expected and they got it done in one day. I was so impressed. I got a quote on replacing my bumper fender and having them paint it and I was blown away by the decent price and I m scheduling that! If you re not in the area, I would say it s worth a drive to bring your car here .
