My experience here was delightful. Everyone was friendly and helpful. People smile here and one employee in particular, Jerry, was extremely kind (in a very authentic way) and went out of his way to assist me, answer my questions, and load my vehicle for me. Very satisfied.

Use the Uhaul off west Illinois ave outside downtown Memphis. They are great there! Uhaul corporate resolved my issue but this location is horrible. Go anywhere else!! They charged me for items that weren t in line with Uhaul policy and made up a fake damage report. I had SafeTow package and this location voided it out. Do not ever hire Destiny Lynn after her and Ken the GM are fired from here when it shuts down soon. Never have I been treated as poorly as a customer then I did from this group. Uhaul as a company is great and I use them all over the country, this Summer Ave location is a toxic place that does not represent Uhaul as a whole.

All I wanted was a hitch put in my car! The "lady" is so rude. Put me on hold multiple times with out telling me. I was on the phone for 2 hours trying to get a manager since the hitch I ordered was not there and neither was there installer. The regional manager that I spoke with was supposed to call me back and make this right. Yeah right! He never called! I called back, put on hold, told I would get a call back....... I did not! These people do not know anything about customer service!

Avoid at all cost. Bad customer service from the workers up to the manager. I ordered a hitch which came late and I no longer needed it but they refused to refund my money. I had to go through U haul corporate to get my money back. The manager was hard to reach and once I spoke with him was very rude.Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location!

I mean we all know it's uhaul so the bar is what it is. On this particular instance, I reserved online, got a confirmation email to pickup at x, arrived at x where there was not a truck, told to go to y, called customer service and they said truck is "here" and I asked where is here? And that was z. And if you want my advice, you never want to interact with a human who works at z.

When in a crunch, it's a "life saver"..!Tanks empty from RV so needed fuel and was quick in and out... No problems with employees.. Found it to be the only place within resonable distance from North-East Memphis metro area to get tanks filled on a weekend..!

Brian and Maria just helped me with installing a trailer hitch over the phone and they were very helpful, knowledgable, and courteous. I am heading out there now to pay for my special order hitch. UHaul has already installed a hitch for me on my recent model CRV and they did a very professional job! I can now attach my bicycle rack to the hitch with confidence and ease. Thank you so much!

As result of trailer hitch installation the wiring installed by Uhaul shorted my car wiring that required complete replacement. In my opinion, the general manager and staff at this location are 100% unqualified. In the future pay the extra money for PROFESSIONAL installation. This is not your place.

This store and their reps are completely terrible. I ve wasted 2 hours in the store trying to pick up a rental, jump through their hoops, and finally told them to cancel it. Don t waste your time. Find somewhere else.

The most difficult and backwards uhaul dealership I've ever had to deal with. An absolute disgrace. Want to argue with customers at the counter. Customers walking out left and right.

The service is very bad and I waited more than 5 hours here and they did not resolve anything at all.Es muy mala la atenci�n y espere m�s de 5 horas aqu� y no resolvieron en absoluto
