Was here just as a visitor but I can tell you the staff was extremely helpful and nice. I was given a tour of the facilities and was really impressed I had no idea how far back this company has been in business looks like a family friendly company and I love the award wall yall should be proud.

Kept sending the wrong parts to the service due to the service guy being too lazy to type in the whole vin instead of just last 8 for a mack.

Specifically for the leasing side of Tri-State. I haven't been on the sales side, yet.These guys are simply awesome from the top to the bottom! Any time I call them for any kind of issue out on the road, they Immediately jump on it 24/7! And when I'm in town, even better! How many places can you call at 7am, be in a shop bay at 8am and rolling out before quitting time? I've done it here 5 times this summer alone! Amazing service ethics! I've had breakdowns out on the road and they've had me rolling in less than 24 hours almost every time!They guys in the shop are thorough and skilled and fun to interact with...just don't get in the way!You won't get this kind of service from the bigbox leasing companies. Not even close!

Thought we blew a seal. They were very busy bit took the time to check our issues. Turns out the work done at another shop wasn't cleaned up properly. They worked on it for 30 minutes, ensuring it was all fine. The mechanic was awesome and the other employees were very friendly. The shop is the best I have ever seen a truck repair shop Thanks again.

Everyone is nice, be patient, they'll get it done. Excellent wings at the end of the block but you are in Memphis, keep your head on a swivel.

This has been the worst buying experience ever. We paid money to hold a trailer, went to the bank to get the check and when we got back they said the trailer was sold. It s been a month later and we still haven t gotten a trailer nor refund of the money we paid to hold the original trailer . No communication from salesman until we contacted the owner. I ve would not recommend this place to anyone.

If you decide to buy a truck from this place make sure you have a mechanic check it out 1st. I purchase a truck from Tri- State and paid over $126,000 and the truck broke down on their lot and again when it was shipped to me. I've had my truck for over a month and only got to run it for 1 day and it was back in the shop needing a transmission. The manager Mike and Sale person Issac hasn't done nothing really to help me. I ask for a diagnostics report and still haven't received one. I'm totally disgusted with this purchase. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I WOULDN'T NEVER BUY ANOTHER DUMP TRUCK FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I m a company driver and my company leases from Tri state. My truck broke down at 8:30 am it took them till 8:00 pm to get me a replacement truck.I was 4 hours from where replacement truck was. Ask wrecker man what took so long he frowned up and smarted we had other things to do! Needless to say I m not real happy with these people. Not the first time it s taken this long to get back on the road.

Nice guys. But don't buy and International from here. They are limited on what they can do in terms of repairs prior to purchasing. If you purchase from the dealer normally the dealer goes over everything. Plus with the warranty you should be good to go! This was my

Had to return my truck 2 days after a 10k transmission repair. They weren t honest about making a mistake and therefore wanted me to pay for a problem they created. Labor time is marked up (horribly). I picked my truck up and didn t have any air loss problems before the repair but after they supposedly fixed my transmission I had an air leak. Jason was knowledgeable but it seems the service department just wants money instead of owning up to their mistakes and correcting them.

awful. they charged me 225 for 30 minutes of work he help get a broken landing gear off one of my trailers. i will pay for the help but be fair. your skills aren't worth 450 an hour. That wasnt even the bill for the actual repair they did. On that invoice they just put labor. it could have been 45 minutes but i will never know. But i do know it was 500 dollars to install a primer pump and tell me i had a broken injector bolts. Not worth it.

I'll never take my truck to this place again. Ive spent alot of money here. I've had different repairs where I had to bring my truck back several times to be corrected. They exaggerate diagnosis and labor times to get more money from you. The markup on parts for work done in the shop is also ridiculous. My next truck definitely won't be a MACK simply because of this shop.

One of the top 10 Mack shops in the USA for working on the pre egr trucks,along with excellent customer service and rapidly getting the issues looked at and repaired. None of the triaging that other places try to burn a driver on for extra money.

Great dealership with superior service department.. Need it fixed take it too them!! No bailing wire and duct tape around their shop just craftsmanship..

I bought a 2015 Volvo everything was going good they replaced a lot of stuff but then they did they refuse to replace the rest of what's wrong LOL I would not recommend Michael Shaw are the head boss from there to buy a truck I would go somewhere else

Substandard work. Spent over 34000.00 there to get my truck repaired and it is still not repaired properly. They have been working on it for 3 months now..... Yes really 3 months. warranty work takes forever to get done.

I am not pleased, bought a truck in November of 2016 it s now January and having problems told the salesman who failed to return calls so now we have to foot the bill. So buyer beware.
