After making appointment the day before, showed up at 7am. What started to be a bad experience, was suddenly changed to an awesome experience thanks to James the service rep and Trace the tech thank you for getting my truck in and fixed with in 2 to 2.5 hour's y'all are Awesome thank you both for being Professional and fast I definitely Recommend these Men if you need service on your APU

People are very friendly and accommodating! Took my truck in last minute and started working on it right away. I don't know if gonna be able to finish with it today but appreciate them getting right on it. They have a driver waiting area with huge table for meals for long wait, fridge and microwave.

Recently just brought a truck and noticed the apu wasn t working called in and spoke to Trey and instantly took care of me told me to come on in! Upon arrival Trey was all over it and Juan figured out the issue in no time out of all my repairs over time this by far was one of the easiest and simple experiences I ve ever encountered! The facility and nice and clean even the drivers room was well set up. Good job guys you ve definitely earned my business as a lifetime customer

Very professional, when I called to set an appointment, they got me in and out in minutes. Thank you. Working 48 states this location is beyond my expectations ,the best place to get the trailer job done . Did I mention also how friendly they are, now that's a plus. Trey you are the Best.

I can honestly say this is one of the best experiences I ve had at any TK. I initially talked with Trey. They were able to get us in immediately. Between Trey, Abdul and our tech Thomas. They took what could have been a bad experience and turned it around. They make you feel at home and treated us like family. This is a rare gift. Thanks guys!

Got here at 3:00pm, Trey came out and got all the necessary information and directed me to a bay. Brad took over from there. He replaced my alternator for my refrigeration unit and I was back on the road by 4:05pm. Top notch service! I highly recommend them. From SURSIM USA INCToday on the road we had a problem with the alternator and I called to this service and a very respectable male voice answered me. His name Trey Jons(forgive me if I spelled your name incorrectly). Hearing my concern, he very friendly said that they will waiting for our truck and would quickly solve the problem, and they would do everything in the best possible way. And in fact, everything was done fast and at the highest level. My reefer is happily working and the truck is on the road again. I would like to thank Trey personally for his encouraging answers, which is very important for every carriers, drivers on the road to hear, when troubles happen along the way. Of course, thanks mechanic for the prompt work, for the excellent job and professionalism, who helped us continue our way . Special thanks to the management for the professionalism of your team.

I called at about 08:00 with a problem with my APU and was advised to bring it on in. Trey and Castor took awesome care of me and my unit!! Had me in the door, fixed, and ready to go by 13:45. I won't hesitate to come back here if the need arises!! Thanks for the great and friendly service!!

Great service thx so much got me out of a bad situation and my reefer back up and running within a hour couldn't believe it people in the office where so polite and curtious and tech was excellent all tho u should come up with something that a driver can leave the property if they bring in a loaded trailer was kinda messed up I couldn't leave while I had to wait

I was in and out less than an hour..... Tre and Jesse diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue and no wait time .... Unbelievable service I would recommend to any one thanks guys you have a customer for life

Guys stay away from this place. they are lie, they says fixed it, but they didn t do anything, antifreeze leaking again for work, they took $ 1800 In my opinion, 100 hours did not even work.

Called (Friday) prior to driving 1.5 hrs to have an APU issue fixed and asked if they were able to see the vehicle today. Was informed to come on in. Get there only to be told won't be seen till Monday or Tuesday when I explicitly ask prior to driving over if they were able to get it in today. Extreme lack of communication and misinformation!

Thank you Tri State for fast service. We were here a few weeks ago with our apu not starting and they fixed it and today we had the same problem. We came back here and was fixed shortly and they stood by their work from the first time. They had us in and out quick. We will definitely use these guys againService: ElectricalService: Electrical

Went to this location 2 times for my APU. The that wrote up my ticket was very nice and friendly. He listened to my concerns and made sure they was addressed. I give him a A++ but the but the mechanic that worked on my APU I give a D!!! The inside of my truck I very clean. The first visit he left a dirty and dusty hand print on my bedding and left the usb cable to thr control board in the side box. On the second visit the same mechanic worked on my APU and left oil on the grab handle to get in the truck. Also left diesel fuel foot prints on my floor and on my rug. I had to throw it away.

Very bad!! I can t believe that it possible! I came to replace a/c compressor. I told and showed them what I need. They took it off and put it back because they don't have it in the store. Good. But why did you decide to charge me (without doing anything) in an labor hour for diagnosing(!!!), if I knew so that the compressor needed to be changed! I told you that by myself, personally ! He left them without the slightest help.I had to call everyone around in search this part. So they also broke my bolt on an oil pan(did you heard anything about WD-40???) . The wire was trimmed, everything was disconnected, it's just a nightmare! I came to replace the compressor, and left with the words "getta f off from here and never come again" and with half of the broken equipment! . Also, service manager gave me a wrong part number! Crazy!! Unprofessional!! Horrible and terrible service! I lost a lot of money, because you are absolutely amazing unprofessional!!!!!!

Set an appointment for an install. They were on time and efficient. Truck was done and ready to be picked up after running over night first thing in the morning.All the staff was helpfulKelly was awesome over the phoneThis place delivered!!!!!!
