Aweful service. I had my front bumper replaced (which I believe they put the old one again). Within one and half month, it broke at the same spot (since the old one was used). I went to their shop again, and now they fixed it for free, but the guy did not even put everything in place. I know this thing is not going to last and will have problem again. I will not go back to the shop anymore and will recommend anyone to avoid.

I waited several months for my vehical and they gave it back me 3 different times each time they did not fix what they said they would and don't believe them when they say they don't like to use the same parts they basically just ziptied and repainted the damages not to mention the paints already peeling off and the rims they fixed are stained a different color then the chrome they originally had they glued my headlight in place which makes changing the bulb impossible they didn't even fix everything they said they would horrible place would not recommend.

I manage a fleet of around 50 vehicles across several states so I deal with my fair share of body shops. This is hands down the worst body shop I ve ever dealt with. They took over a year to complete repairs and blamed it on parts availability even though I checked with Ford and confirmed that the parts were off of backorder well before the vehicle s completion date. They must have had the vehicle unsecured during that extended period and someone cut the cat off. They lied and claimed that part was unavailable too ( it wasn t backorder and I could get it overnight from Ford ). So they made a cat which is extremely questionable and only fuels the problem of their theft. That part they welded in failed 4,000 miles after getting the truck back. The body work wasn t great, the paint job was downright terrible and they never did an alignment even though the truck was t-boned hard. Go somewhere else.

Yesterday I stopped by with a dented hood that would no longer open, they moved the latch and tuned it so I can open it by myself. They also had a quote written up and searched for the best value parts so quickly. Very thankful for their speed and friendly service

This is the second time that I have used Tom's to help repair a car. The first was accident repair. This time, my convertible top broke and even the dealer did not want to touch it. Tom and his staff kept me appraised of the repair timeline and when the part came in, it was fixed in less than 24 hours. Thank you so so much for going above and beyond!Service: Electrical

Tom Martin's is a wonderful Memphis business and Mr. Martin himself is as professional and courteous as you would ever want from a business owner. I started using Tom Martins' when I worked downtown for all the bumps, dents, and occasional collision, that my two teenagers and I had over the years. When my office moved out east, I continued to take my cars to them despite the distance. I just feel I can trust them to give me a fair price and I have always been extraordinarily pleased with their work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If I could give Tom Martin and his crew 10 stars, I would. My car was fixed beautifully and quickly and returned to me cleaner than I left it (an unexpected bonus). The price was fair and the staff friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience. Tom Martin is a high recommend.

Been here several times over the years. Tom always promises what he delivers, and is honest and fair. My car always looks perfect when he is done repairing it. I trust him completely with my car. Highly recommended.

Having recently been in an accident, I sought body shop recommendations from friends. I chose Tom Martin's after a strong recommendation from a friend -- "trustworthy" and "communicative." Tom and team lived up to the hype!
