My experience was great with WT&A. I was able to drop my car off & someone took me home & came back to get me when my car was ready. I had taken my car to 2 places with no results. WT&A repaired my car. I will take my car back to them for any repairs. It's good to know there are still good people in this world that are not trying to take your money. I highly recommend them!! Everyone was professional & service was great!!!

My experience at Todd Holliday s Winchester Tire was nothing less than great. With exceptional staff members who are highly trained and perfectionist. They blew my expectations away with how my truck turned out. 3inch lift with 35s, It rides better than it did when I bought it new. Thank you!

I've had the best experience with this place!! I've went to several auto repair places trying to find out what was wrong with my car and no one could point out what was wrong. That changed when I made my first visit with Todd Holliday's!! They knew exactly what the problem was and took care of it!! They also went above and beyond to ensure the problem was solved. They went as far as dropping me home while vehicle was repaired and bringing it to me when finished. Top-notch customer service is all I can say. I will be coming for services here from now on! Thank you all for a honest and wonderful experience!!

I appreciate the whole team for getting my truck back up and running! Not only is it back up and running but it didn't stay in the shop long! 13 hours of labor on my water pump in a 2016 Ford Explorer removing all those parts just to get to it..I take my hats all to you guys! As well as I appreciate you all for your customer service skills! Thank you Carl and Melissa and the whole team! You all are the Thompsons go to if we need anything in the future!

Outstanding job on my 4 wheel alignment. Completed on time at a very fair price. They provided a chart that showed how much the front and rear were out of spec and what each wheel was corrected to. Nice trustworthy people and did I mention what a fair price. I highly recommend this facility.

We brought are vehicle in for an alignment. I received a call this morning that we'd $2400 worth if work. Unbelievable unnecessary and excessive! They are a scam and want to rip you off. They over charge on parts and labor! Lower arm controls $700 a piece not including labor! Crazy!! Online its $200 for both. The labor was almost $700 for labor! Again excessive!

I chose to have my vehicle serviced at Winchester Tire because of other peoples reviews and because of the federal agency that I worked with who used to have their vehicles serviced there. On the morning of 4/17/24, I took my vehicle in at 9:30 am to have front brakes and rotors put on. At 2:15 pm, I was driving my other vehicle when I saw the vehicle that I dropped off that morning being driven several streets over from Winchester Tire. I immediately turned around and went to Winchester Tire to tell them what I saw and ask why my vehicle was being driven. I was told that before they can do my brakes and rotors they had to test drive it, and would test drive it after the brakes and rotors were put on. I was quoted a price of $589 at Winchester Tire. The dealership quoted me $369. Why is Winchester Tire so much more expensive that THE DEALERSHIP?

Loved being able to make an appointment for my alignment and then have that appointment run on time! Then I was provided with a detailed report for the work performed. Great place!Bonus: very comfy waiting area

I called prior to coming to be sure my desired service was available. The lady I spoke with was friendly and answered all my questions. I brought my car to the business the same day, prepared to drop off my car. I was greeted with someone opening the door coming in to drop off my car and when I came to pick it up. I expected to pick up my vehicle the next day but I was called to come back because my car was ready. I am satisfied with my experience and will use the company s service again.Service: Wheel alignment

OMG!!!! Whitehaven Tire & Alignment is simply the BEST!!! I have never had a car shop to give me the kind of service I got here. They sent me all info and pictures of what needed to be serviced on my car. To add I have always taken my car to the dealership for servicing and never had this type of treatment to my 2017 Ford Escape.Adrian thank you for the service. Staff is super nice and very professional. Very clean atmosphere. This place is second to none. Thank you WTA for my red baby is Driving so smooth. This was my first time here but definitely will not be my last. Tried to gouge me for my money on issues I could ve easily gotten someone else to do. Charged me twice the amount of what a mechanic somewhere else charged me. Even worse they charged me $88 for inspection after I told them no and didn t even give me an estimate when I called or ask me if they could disassemble my engine. They must ve thought that I was stupid enough to pay 2000 for replacing a power steering pump.

We love Winchester Tire and Alignment. I have been using this company for years. I moved my employment to a new center in 2017 and told the owner what a wonderful, trustworthy company Winchester Tire and Alignment is. She allowed me to set up an account with this company as well. We use Winchester Tire and Alignment for all of our fleet of buses and now will be bringing our newly purchased maintenance trucks there too.The entire staff is very professional and efficient. Carl is wonderful to work with too. He always stands by his word!

Okay. So let me start off by saying that I will never be more satisfied with such a great professional service. I have an 03 Buick Regal GS that I bought in Nov 2018. I was working so much that I never had a chance to really drive it. Drove it and to my surprise it stalls out. More than once too. Change plugs, wires, and some other shop told me my battery was bad. So, new battery. Still stalling though. Ugghh! So 2 shops later and no luck. Finally. Finally called Winchester Tire and Alignment. They had it towed to their shop. Called me and asked me questions about it. I loved that. Listening to me. Gave me a call a few days later with a "TRUE" diagnosis of my problematic 03 Regal GS. Quoted me a price, which was reasonable. Next day she's back at home. No more than a week. I'm impressed. They deserve 10 stars if you ask me. You pay for the best. And that's what I got...btw she's been handling beautifully since you guys laid hands on her. Look at her now!!
