Came to them in both vehicles and I thought I needed a new tire but didn t. They were honest. I was going to get tires balanced and rotated but didn t need one. They just said I need alignment due to new struts. Honest business. Not crooked. They treat customers with respect and are polite.

We operate a used car lot on Summer Ave. The Tire Doctor was located right across the street for many years however, they ve recently moved to a new location with additional space.. We still send them all of our tire business, and always will because they are awesome!Family owned & operated, they offer excellent customer service and unbeatable prices!

Tire Doctor came in clutch! Hit a pothole coming onto I-40 East from downtown. We re traveling out of state and was expecting to drop $200-300, but was only a fraction of the cost. Praise the Lord, and I truly hope God blesses Tire Doctor!

Give these people your business! They have $10 plugs including mount! Also great deals on small repairs / oil changes! Best kept secret!! Conveniently located off Warford St. exit or Jackson Avenue!! Good people & great service!

NEVER had a bad experience with the tire doctor UNTIL NOW. The black women at the front with blonde and black braids need to reevaluate her customer service standards. She clearly can t hold nor keep up with a conversation. Even when the words spoken were put in the simplest way. I tried to get her to understand that one of my tires were flat after I just got them all filled. Yet, she didn t want to take the time out her day to HELP ME determine which one it was. Lol keep in mind y all she on the clock and I offered to help. She told me she ll just give me air and when my tire light pop back on to come back.. like excuse me? I live far from this location why would I drive all the way back here to get my tire replaced when we can just figure it out now. Isn t that what I m paying for? A service? She told me mid conversation goodbye, have a good day. She got mad because she couldn t understand what I was trying to explain to her because she kept cutting me off. Then had the audacity to dismiss me. If you read this please seek help in customer service. You demonstrated not only how unprofessional you are but also how easily angered you can get. Don t give this man s business a bad reputation because you want to be lazy and negative.

The Best Tire Shop in the city The customer service is great.Tire Doctor don't try to get over and he helps you save money. He will let you know that you can only get an alignment when you have brand new tires while others will just take your money. I purchsse all of my brand new tires from Tire Doctor for every vehicle that i have.There is only one Tire Doctor.

I absolutely love the service here. It is a family business and the level of customer service is nothing short of amazing. I have other shops that are closer to me, but I still prefer to drive to The Tire Doctor. Big Mike and Lil Mike are so great and such experts.

I've done buisness with him in the pass!! And i will continue to do so he's a very nice Christian man and his workers are also they get your tire needs and brakes done quick and are very reasonable!! and i think they OFFER other services as well!

All of the employees are extremely nice. The owner, his daughter & son are amazing I can't say enough about any Black own tire business that is this courteous & kind in Memphis Tennessee.

Gentleman was so kind & helpful. Even though I had used fix a flat, he didn't mind at all. Even checked my spare & aired it up for me. I buy a lot of used tires & this is my Memphis place! THANKS FOR BEING EXCELLENT!

Big Mike...and Junior. Done business now with them for over 30 years. Saved my butt so many times. Used tires. New tires. Big MIKE and JUNIOR will get right on it. My car was given the wrong size tire even after I called and verified they had the correct tire. Was told they would fix it only to be told there is nothing that can be done. Didn't even try

The young man was so kind and professional & kinda cute to He assisted me in the rain. Great customer service... The tire shop down the street didn't have the tire that I needed but you better believe that the Tire Doctor did.... Thanks Tire Doctor!

i bought a set of hub caps and 3 of the hub caps were successfully placed on and I had issues with the forth one so i was told that i may need to get my rim replaced or fixed so the next day which is today i go to tire doctor with my issues and one of his workers put my hub cap on within 5 seconds and a replacement rim or adjustment to the rim wasnt needed i should have gotten his name ive been coming here for years and they never have let me down!!

Can balance tires now with new balance machine! Much smoother ride. They have sold me around 10 used tires. $40 or less for small cars.
