HelloPurchased a new tire and good thing there was no wait time. The guy at the counter was frustrated with a personal call that was taken. (Yelling and cursing) as if he wasn t at work.Now my front passenger wheel is making a scrubbing sound and started to shake . Took my car to Toyota and my wheel is loose, you didn t properly secure my tire. This is horrible, and could have been worse. Will never recommend tire choice to anyone. No star was not a rating.

I pulled in on a Saturday evening with a flat . The guy did get me in right away and told me what was wrong . I asked the manager if they had financing. He told me to scan the code . So I asked about tire pricing and applied for the card . He ordered the tires and said they would be in Monday . I called on my own Monday to see if the tires came I. He said yeah but he didn t have anyone to put them on. So I called another location to see if I can have them transferred they said, they would contact Davis & get them the next day if no one came in at the other location. When I got home Davis called and said he got a new guy that started, so I really was feeling like a Guinea pig to trust a new person that just started, so I took a chance. I did appreciate the young man going ahead and doing the service . But I still feel nervous as well . Because this is an expensive car and my safety is everything. Now I m not downing anyone but I hope you can see my point . Being that the guy had just started a few hours before I made it there. I have even thought about going to the other location on Saturday to ensure everything is okay . Like I said the young man did his job but I m still nervous . I would like to see that location get great reviews and a little house keeping on the inside for the customers . I was disappointed that the rebate is only for service and not tires . Davis was a really nice guy as well as the tech. Keith. I did appreciate Davis standing out there to oversee the young man .so far I have not had any issues, day 2 of driving . Signed AA5

Very poor services if you don t watch them they wheel charge you for doing absolutely nothing in your car I went to get a wheel alignment on my truck a few days ago and was charged $160 some dollars to stand outside and watch a guy eat chicken then take my truck off the machine drive around the block just to come back to tell me this the best he can do today well why was o charged sir I wouldn t recommend nobody to this place of business -0 out of 10

I took my truck to be serviced at Tire choice Oct 14th 2023 and I was told that I would be in the shop floor Oct 16th 2023 was called to give the approval to start working on my truck to replace shifter cable and change my oil I called Thursday October 19th to see if my truck had been repaired Mr. David told me not yet it probably be Friday Oct 20th I called back on October 20th and Mr. David told me his mechanic was out for the day so give him until Saturday to get my vehicle back to me Oct 21st the mechanic I was told wasn't coming in again on October 21st so I prepared myself for getting my vehicle back the week of Oct 23-27 I got a call from Mr. David around 10:45 am on Oct 21st and told me that my vehicle was ready when I got to the shop I was told that even though the mechanic was out he stopped by to grab some tools to work on his personal vehicle and Mr. David wouldn't let him leave until he fixed my truck I paid 409.00 for the service and got the truck back in my possession . I got in my truck drove it home 4 miles away and put it in park and heard a pop from underneath the truck it would not go into park I immediately called Mr.David he told me to get the truck back up to the shop and they would correct the problem I was unable to get truck back to him until week of November 6th I utilized their in house tow service to get my truck towed back to the shop to correct the problem . I have called a numerous number of times and it has gotten to the point where they won't answer the phone so I physically went to talk to Mr.David and his mechanic on oSaturday Nov 18th and the mechanic to see when they would repair my truck the mechanic told me he had cut off all incoming work to work on my truck that day it is now Dec 7th and my truck is still in the same parking spot it's been in since the week of Nov 6th I'm going to get it today and take it elsewhere to get my truck repaired . I really liked Tire Choice but disappointed that I was lied to numerous times if you couldn't do the work or didn't want to do the work should've just told me that and I would have found a shop that could do it now a 1 1/2months later and about 300-400 ( maybe more) in Uber rides still no truck. The only good thing about Tire Choice is Mr. David I see him changing tires and assisting on the floor trying to get the work done and he was a big reason I've been a repeat customer but sadly you are only as good as your team and with the mechanic or mechanics not coming in on a regular basis it hurts and makes the business look bad . I hate I was put on the back burner and lied to after I paid in full and definitely won't be back to this location anytime soon .

We are driving home to Canada and heard a strange noise with our vehicle. Asked the hotel who they would recommend and they said tire choice. Arrived to the store at 7:30 am opening time and dealt with the wonderful James at the storefront and he got us in really quick- he was kind, helpful and got us back on the road under 45 mins from when the store opened. Tightened something for us and sent us on our way. Trustworthy place- now time to get back to Canada!

Excellent/Top-Notch customer service! The absolute best auto service I have received in years. No hassle at all; In and out within 20 minutes flat. The manager on duty - Mr. Vernon Randolph, was simply amazing!! I HIGHLY recommend this location for ALL of your auto (tire) service needs.

My car wouldn t start and needed immediate assistance,Tire Choice Auto was the first to come to mind. I called and a wonderful man named James W. answered the phone and I let him know what I needed. There was a mistake made by a tech and the Hacks cross location didn't blink an eye. The manager had our car towed and promised to make us whole.

Today was my first time going to Tire Choice. All of the previous reviews talking about how great Vernon and everyone are is absolutely correct! I live in Arlington but plan to go to this location from now on. You really cannot beat great service and reasonable prices!

I wanted an oil change and the two front tires that keep losing air pressure checked. The front desk clerk stated that synthetic oil was what his system recommended for my car and the starting price was $100. At first I refused this service, but while the mechanic was removing a nail and repairing the driver s side front tire, I changed my mind and told the clerk to do the oil change. After replacing the driver s side front tire, the mechanic did the oil change. I never saw him check the passenger side front tire as I had requested. I inquired about this but the front desk clerk assured me that the tire was okay, but if I had trouble bring it back. Well, two days later the air pressure in that tire has gone from 30 to 28. I m going back for that tire to be checked, but if had been checked when I was there, I wouldn t need to go back.

Identical services at Firestone was $112.74 vs Tirechoice $143.07..I got my vehicle back with greasy hand prints on the hood and door. Both trip odometers had been reset. The radio was on,. I never listen to the radio.Click

Found this place after troubles with Autonation 365. Totally, 100% honest. Didn't charge me for anything unnecessary and price was very fair. Vernon's my guy from now on. I totally recommend him. It's hard to find a trustworthy car mechanic. The other reviews speak for themselves!

Vernon was great. I purchased new tires before a trip from NC to TN and upon arrival found that the driver side tire was losing air. They brought me right in without an appointment and found the problem. I highly recommend them for all your tire needs!

I got 4 NEW tires,mounted, balanced and aligned for LESS than David's Tires on Winchester (they couldn't do the alignment) and Gateway in Collierville!! Great customer service too! The 2 guys at the front desk are AWESOME!

I have been a loyal customer for over a year or more now. Always friendly staff Vernon and James always answer your questions and very professional guys to deal with. I even recommended them for service to my friends and family. I ve never had to come back for the same service twice about the same issues. Love coming to them for all my car repairs. I continue to come back because this team takes care of me so well! I have bought tires from them on two separate vehicles and they never tried to give me more than I needed. They are honest people with good hearts!Came in for a regular oil change this weekend and the place was busy but when I returned Monday the manager remembered us and greeted us by name.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I didn't have a good experience here. I was looking for a basic service for my car and one of the employees laughed at my for a question that I asked. I didn't left my car there and I did not recommend this place...I think that a good seller must to be respectful with all the customers. There are many places that do the same service, so I took my car to: "10 minutes oil change" that is 5 minutes away on 7540 Winchester Rd. They did the service fast and respectfully. I'm going to put 5 stars to this place.Probably Choice Auto Service do not care about the stars, but I know that people like to see stars and comments.

I am an Executive Director of a nonprofit and as with many people, my schedule is pretty busy. I made the time to stop by some shops with my breaks grinding and tires that needed rotated. Several places I stopped by had their tire machines out of order. No one seemed willing to really have me as a customer and would let me know they didn t know when they could get to my car as though they didn t want my business at all. Some wanted me to leave my car over night for a break change. I couldn t do that. When I came to Tire Choice on Hacks Cross, the guys behind the counter were so pleasant and eager to make time to help me. They communicated well with me to let me know their schedule and how they would work with me through the early morning and lunch time to try and get the car taken care of. I sat to wait on my friend to take me to lunch while I waited and before lunch they were able to get to my car. The gentlemen were really kind and made me feel welcome. I ll definitely be back. I don t feel like I m a customer in the way that no one has time for. I appreciate the customer service more than words. Kindness goes a long ways to me. I will tell others and want you to know I greatly appreciate your service. I may also bring my nonprofit vehicles to you when they need serviced.

I found a nail in my tire. I went to tire choice, and Vernon immediately took my car to fix my tire. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Best customer service I have recieved from a tire place in the Memphis area. Highly recommend them for any of your needs.

Shout out to this amazing team who got me in and out quickly! Not to mention their impeccable service and professionalism.I tell you one thing, I will definitely be coming back to this store.James Weatherly is the store manager and Vernon Randolph is the Assistant Store Manager.They will treat you like family!

This is my go-to in Memphis now! Staff is always friendly and they get me in and out! I come all the way from Whitehaven to have these guys take care of my car. Vernon helped me out today, and they always keep you informed of what might need to be done and what you don't need done. As a female, it's important to have mechanics you can trust not to try and throw extra fixes at you!

Bought 2 tires today, came in last week got a quote on prices, actually a few dollars cheaper than the estimate. Service was good, as usual, this is not my first visit, won't be my last. Always welcoming, there are always enough workers there to perform the job and not take your whole day. Actually, I was there about 30-40 minutes, which is better than the big chain places that do not pay attention to detail. Mr. James Weatherly and his staff are very nice people and get to the heart of the matter. My first visit, I came to get an oil change, with the coupon. Greeted, waited on, and out in about 20 minutes, came back to this location for my next oil change, about a week ago. Decided that they will be my "Mr. Fix-it"..lol, because I felt comfortable talking to them about my car, which is older '97 Camry, and they actually talked to me about what was wrong. I did get an estimate from one other place, just to have an idea what was wrong, then brought my car to compare, Car-X were correct,truthful. My dad owned a car service center for over 40 years, I try not bother him since he retired but I did get him to look at my car; Car-X was on the money, same thing my dad told me in diagnosing the problem, so I feel better, building trust. The only reason, I didn't give 5 stars is because I wanted to wait until they tackle a big problem I'm having with shocks, struts, brakes, and alignment. Not taking anything away from previous service, really good service overall.

I went in to get my tire checked. I receive excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. I was asked about my day and encouraged to continue serving the children in our community. My tire was checked and put back on in a timely matter and I received service with a smile. I was given my keys and told to have a great day. I reached for my wallet and I was told, no charge. I was blessed and I will be a customer for life!
