I visited Tire Choice on 11/01 after my tire light came on (I m assuming because of the cold). I didn t have a tire gauge and I was driving a company vehicle. The gentleman at the desk greeted me and was very nice. I explained my situation and he told me to pull up to the bay and he would check the tire pressure for me. He didn t have me get out of the car because it was cold. He checked and aired up all of my tires for me and told me I didn t have pay anything. It was incredibly nice and sweet of him to take care of me and get me back on the road. I regret not getting his name to give a shout-out in this review.

I called all around town and this was literally the only place that had my size tires in stock and immediate availability to get them installed. The price was cheaper than most places I was quoted as well. I appreciate y'all so much!!! Thank you!

The mechanics are great! My vehicle does not give me any problems after their work is finished on it. The office staff has patience and they get all loose ends of the paper work taken care of! I only use this location!

I stopped in on my way out of town because my tire light came on...Anthony and his team found the problem, explained that the light came on due to the car sitting idle for several weeks, they inflated the tires to the proper settings and didn't charge me for their time and service. I'd recommend them to anyone...it's great to know that businesses still operate with integrity and honesty. Thanks Tire Choice!!!

The service here is outstanding, my Father would buy his tires from here when it was Ward Grimes Tire, the store has changed names since then BUT the service is still geared toward the customer! Anthony the Manager know his Customers by name and and the same with the skilled Technicians.

I came here to get some front end work done on my truck. Anthony was very helpful and courteous during my visit. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle before giving me the final diagnosis. I must say I m far beyond pleased with the results. My truck rides like a dream now. I will be back for sure and refer others.

I cannot speak highly enough about Tire Choice. I called late in the afternoon today to see how long the wait was and he said there wasn t one at the moment but that they were closing early today. I told him we were only a few miles down the road and he waited for us. In no time they fixed our tire and we were back on the road to head out of town. They were very friendly and made you feel comfortable while you wait!

This really was a great experience. I have a had a lot of issues in the past with dishonest service places But the guys here are straight forward with what you need and will work with you. They were very courteous and respectful. Will be bringing my other cars here now!!

I got my brake pads and rotors replaced on 5/9/2022. I really wanted just the brake pads but the price for both was UNMATCHED AND FAIR. Tire Choice Auto is the best place to take your car. I had a 2pm appointment and was done by 3pm. Great Experience!! Keep up the great work!!!!!

We just moved here and I found myself having to get our car ready for our final round trip return of our move. The Friday after Thanksgiving would prove a bit more challenging than I expected. We needed a balance and alignment of our Jeep and after looking around for tire shops, I came across this shop after a call to Anthony. They accommodated me and after an honest assessment of my tires, I opted to go with 4 new tires. He took the time to price it accordingly and honestly. It was integrity at its finest. If you want service, honesty and integrity, this is your place. Thank you to the team at Tire Choice on Lamar for a truly wonderful and welcoming Memphis moment.

These guys were great. I got a flat tire last week and after several shops weren't able to see me same day, I gave Tire choice a try. Not only were they able to get my tired changed the same day, the service was stellar and I was in and out. I'll definitely be going back to have my car serviced here.

The staff was extremely helpful. I stopped by because I noticed my tires were wearing out on the inside to the point I was seeing the metal in my tires. Anthony the manager took time and explained why this happening. I explained to him I was on my way home and he suggested that I buy new tires because it was extremely dangerous to continue to drive this way. I was very impressed with his professional approach. Never did he pressure me into buying new tires. He instead made me think about who rides with me and asked are they important to me. Sold me at that point. His supporting staff greeted me as I waited and seemed very genuine. Will recommend for the service alone.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Been coming to this place many times over last 6 or so years. Great place to bring your vehicle for oil changes and other preventive maintenance duties! Primary service of this place is tires and they do it great - offering suggestions, value, perks and safety hazard programs to name a few. Anthony - the manager of the store is a great person to deal with and gives you the top of customer service. Jeremy and Silas are great service professionals. Steve, the front end alignment expert at this store has a reputation of being the best front end man in the mid-south area and it certainly shows. Talk about life savers!! I was headed to Mississippi on Labor Day and while I was on the expressway, something on my car was making this scraping sound very loudly. I pulled over, researched auto repair shops in the area and found Tire Choice a few miles from where I pulled over. I was literally panicking because I know nothing about cars and this was an issue that occurred out of the blue! Tire Choice staff were very personable, professional, and polite. They were able to quickly get me in and fix the problem in less than an hour. I am so very thankful; what seemed like an extremely big issue for me on this holiday (which most places were closed) seemed like such an easy fix to professionals! I definitely recommend!

Recently visited this location. Anthony and Johnathan always provide the best customer service. I bring all of my vehicles to this location for many years now since they were formerly Grimes Tires. I had brakes replaced on my mom's vehicle and Anthony called me back with a quote on tires for her vehicle and mine. These guys are always doing a good job on my vehicles & have for years. Competitive prices and clearly a higher level of service than any chain I've been to where the reputation of the family name is not on the line. Recommend them to anyone.

This is the only garage I would ever take my car to. They have the best technicians, who can fix virtually anything, and keep your car running like new.Likewise, with tires, they can't be beat. If you want a quality tire, for a fair price, this is the place to go.
