Mr. Richard is the owner and he kept our vehicle for a month and still know work done. He took our money for parts and we never got any parts. He kept lying to us that the parts he ordered didn t fit and he was reordering more parts. Well, let me tell you that those parts never came. We had to ask for our car back and a full refund for parts we never got. This man lied to us about giving our money back within 5-7 days. Every time we called, he had a different lie It s been over a month and my husband & I still haven t received our money. This man lies and steal. We re taking him to court for stealing our money!! So, please do not give this man any money to fix your vehicle upfront whatsoever!!Service: Body & Trim

You get what you pay for....Overall it's decent work but nothing that I'm 100% satisfied with. There is overspray on my windows, actual tires and my exhaust pipe tips. Which essentially just means they didn't feel like taping properly.... some paint is actually chipping already after being painted not even a week ago. They scratched a window and replaced it but not the tint....broke a window visor and tried to get away with it by just painting it...Clear coat has a few drip marks.As for body work, that's actually pretty fair. But for primer and paint.... I'll take my business elsewhere. On top of all this they told me it would take 3-4 business days but eventually took 10. A few mistakes were made but they owned up to them.Customer service was decent and their employees are nice... James, the owner... Good guy, deal with his m and he'll help you out!

I was really disappointed because they pretended to be the repair shop that I had used several times before called dent doctor. I realized something seemed strange and found the dent doctor had moved 2 blocks away and theses guys moved in to their old location. They didn't even have a person to fix my dent, so why are they pretending to be a dent repair place. Thank goodness the real dent guy is still around and he does excellent work. He fixed my door in 30 minutes for only $ 85.00.Be careful where you take your car..............

I love this shop. Fender bender dings, that would have been a major insurance headache and ordeal at other body shops, were no big deal to them. And they turned the work around within a few hours. I just wish they'd open another one in Midtown.

Went to other so called dent specialists & kept getting referred to Auto Body & Collision places which quoted me $1600 & up. Came to The Dent Shop & James really took care of me for much less. My car looks brand new thanks to the team at The Dent Shop. Super professional & they really do care about their customers' wants & needs. Thanks again!!!

Their website and the front door states they are open on Saturday from 10:00 - 2:00. I made a trip to their location at noon to get an estimate, but no one was present. No one answered the phone either. This is an unreliable company. I will take my business elsewhere.

I always leave feeling happy! They do an excellent job and are prices can t be beat! The workers are also very friendly!

Unreliable establishment, they request cash payments up front only to give no refund even in the event no work is done to your vehicle. Would not reccomend having work done here.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE went in for a simple dent repair that could ve been gently pushed out, told the owner I wanted to avoid paint if possible, left my car to come to to a dent that had been beaten out from the inside ruthlessly with a hammer creating more damage he then told me that it would require paint and more he caused way more damage than it began with

I went to get my bumper change and they repair the bumper and charged me the same amount. Paint was not good and repair was worst. Now, I have to get it done somewhere else. They are fraud and should not be trusted at all.
