This has been, by far, one of my worst consumer experiences. My SUV has been at this shop going on 6 months. Angelo, the owner, is very rude and condescending. He continues to lie about the status of my parts and where he's ordering them from, so I doubt they are OEM or Brand new. He's even refused to share intricate details with my insurance company.At this juncture, I'm going to have my attorney intervene. I'm not sure what to believe at this point. I'm convinced that either he's misappropriating funds or not equipped/skilled to do the job.The way Angelo talks to customers is just deplorable!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Communication and overall experience was not good, at all. As a business owner, my number one priority is customer service and communication to keep clients informed, no matter the update. We were not kept up-to-date on the process. This, coupled with the length of time waiting for the car has caused this to be a stressful and strenuous experience.
