I don t like to give bad reviews but sometimes somethings have to be said. A year ago me and my wife purchased two Audi Q7s and took them both here to get rims. We were so happy for our accomplishments that we decided to treat ourselves with new rims. I saw good reviews about this place so we tried it. After I got my rims the driver wheel came off while I was driving not even a mile after I left the same day. While mine had to go to the shop to be fixed I drove my wife s and about a week later her driver wheel came off while I was driving. He fixed some of the damages but still to this day I am spending thousands of dollars to still fix repairs. So to be honest I don t understand how there are good reviews here. If I could give a -5 I would. Be careful where you spend your money.

Trashed two of our cars. We got rims put on and was given the wrong type of rims then a rim flew off of both cars within 2 weeks. He put the wrong rims on. Permanently damaged both vehicles and he will not answer any of his three numbers. Refuses to fix issues. Horrible company to do any business with 0 stars

Best PLACE in the Memphis area to get all your Auto Care Needs hands down period! Give them a call and anyone one there will take care of you. The owner Taylor has been in the tire and rim industry for over 20 years and is very knowledgeable. They will not be undersold so before you think about upgrading your auto and shop around for the best deal, make sure you call and check with them first. They treat you like family and will have you leaving with a smile every time.

Purchased a wheel 10/23/2019, today is November 25th. I didn t receive the wheel and I been calling them for 5 days and I get no answer. Wheel has been promised in 7 bussines days. Taylor, the owner sad that will call me back and nothing. Don t see where the 5 stars reviews are coming from, personally I would not spend a cent with this company. Shady bussines!!! Beware!

Totally would NOT use this shop again. Painting was chipping after 2 weeks,called /text the owner to let him know the issue to this day I have not heard from him. Bad business not professional at allService: PaintingService: Painting
