I m coming to leave a bad review because a few people I know said that this location does not actually change their oil. One instance a person s oil was changed and the car ran out of oil while traveling to another nearby state. They should ve been able to spot oil leakage or engine damage before & after changing the oil if that s the case. This place seems to like to rip off customers.

Great experience getting my oil changed. I was offered a bottle of cold water immediately and everyone was very friendly. Had my oil changed, air filter changed, and my cabin filter changed. They applied coupons for me that were greater than what I found online! Will come back instead of the other Express Oil Change places now

Great service! Their technician was knowledgeable and knew how to install the aftermarket air filter without any problems. They also used my performance oil filter. I would highly recommend their service.

The guys that were working last night knocked the customer service out of the park! They were the only 2 working but they didn't let the stress of that show at all. Even when more cars pulled up. They were very professional and didn't make me feel rushed. I've never had a bad expiration here!! Always look forward to going in bc every employee I've ever encountered there has been awesome!!

Great service from the whole staff, Sean the manager went above and beyond. Even though I know I could have found somewhere cheaper..I appreciate the team for making me feel like a valued customer my first visit. I ll definitely be back for my next oil change!

Mechanic informed me he didn t know how long it would be to replace oil filters on a pick up truck. But isn t it like your job to know. Thanks for the bottle water my pet Cap was thirsty from empty trip.

Service was very slow.(poplar location) I made 2visits in one day because it was closer to where I was at the moment. Excuse my language but the white guy was very nice and professional, the black guy was mostly on his phone. I eventually got my service after waitin about 2 hours. They were short staffed so the wait time was a lil longer than usual but they were also super busy and kept positive attitudes and got us done in a timely fashion, also they were up front about the long wait times. Overall good experience

3 stars, they were under staffed with just two techs working with three bays. Gentleman that did my oil didn't change out his gloves or wipe his hands and got oil all over the outside of my truck and didn't wipe it off. You think 140 dollar oil change they would wipe up their own mess. Plus Take 5 was more like take 55 mins.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I always go to take5 and normally it does, but this time it took over an hour to get my oil changed and I was next in line when I pulled up. It took 20 mins for the next car to leave, and then when I got into the garage, it took another 30 minutes for someone to come to my car.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My service tech was very friendly and very efficient. They got the job done and although he offered up sales, I didn t feel pressured to buy extra items. Wouldn't say at this moment that I am totally disappointed because mistakes do happen i decided to check my oil once i arrive home oonly 4 miles away noticed my car is overfilled with oil will be stopping by tomorrow to see how we could resolve this issue premium oil is dark not to happy about that either but hopefully we get it fixed

I returned to this store due to the excellent service I did with Jalen on 8/30/22. My son, didn t know and took elsewhere in beteeen changes. I fortunate to get the services from Jalen again. Take 5 is very fortunate to have a dedicated employee that seems to enjoys his job. I was greeted with an Ice cold bottle of water. Jalen pulled up my information immediately. He was friendly while he thoroughly explained his assessment. He noticed my driver wiper blade was split. I did replace my blades. Before checking me out, Jalen answered all my questions. One crew working all three lane. There were 3 cars inside and 2 cars in front of me outside. Took over an hour. And it seems the prices have sky rocketed. $100 for an oil change is beyond ridiculous. If you re going to charge that much you should be able to afford more employees.

It was OK. Pretty slow compared to other times I have been there.Expensive, and no frills. Other places clean the windows and do a multi point check. This place just changes the oil, checks the air filter and that s it.The girl that rang it up was grumpy that day. Another guy that assisted was more friendly and customer service minded.Changed the oil and checked the air filter.$110. Nothing to write home about here.Service: Oil change

This is the only corp owned take 5 in Memphis which is why I highly recommend you go to this one! They are the best. Always very professional & helpful. I HATE everything about going to Jiffy Lube and I mean everything! I decided to give Take 5 Oil Change a try. I am sure glad that I did. Jack & Jalen were fantastic!! Great customer service goes a long way. I actually left feeling like they were honest and not trying to rip me off. They won me over and I will definitely be back. Very impressed with the level of service. I just brought my car back after 2k miles, they topped off my wiper fluid, checked oil level (showed dipstick) and did a great job of cleaning my windshield. I will switch from Firestone & Jiffy Lube and use Take 5 exclusively.
