I love this place! The guys are very knowledgeable and quick. When you go there you will be greeted by a kind employee with a bottle of water. They immediately put a good team on your car and don't stop until done. They will change your oil, top off your fluids, clean your windshield and air up your tires. If you need wipers or other things, the got that too. They will let you know of any concerns as well. These men are very professional and curious. I highly recommend this place.

This shop was run so impressively. I typically change my own oil but was on a time crunch and these guys were machines! The customer service was awesome, they brought all the customers water as they waited for an opening. During my service I typically would roll my window up and just get on my phone but the guys were all so friendly and worked so well together that I decided to just leave my window down and listen lol. If you ve ever seen the show series, The Bear , they reminded me a lot of that. More businesses need to be run like this. Next time I need my oil changed and don t have time to do it myself I will be back.

I forgot the 2 guys names but we were laughing and joking the entire time. They also made sure I got one of those gas cleaning things to flush out the build up and improve gas mileage. Highly recommend the one on Winchester Rd, they always provide great service.

This is a great location to get an oil change. Especially if you go early. Xavier is an energetic and attentive manager. The bottled water is also very much appreciated, and really stands out now that so many businesses don't care about customer service.

Great place to get service done. I went for an oil change and when I arrived they gave me a water bottle. Customer service was a huge plus. Keith has a great personality and explained everything that was going to be done or needed. My car was also serviced by Demarqueline, Shawn and Xavier and they all did a great job! Overall great experience at the Winchester location.

My experience was so wonderful all the representatives were so great they made my trip their so wonderful I want to give kudos to all the workers that were their they offered water juice for my grandkids I will always return for my oil change they checked all my tires cleaned my windows and checked my wind shield wipers I always come their for my oil change and will always return there. The workers ar awesome Thanks

I came in for an oil change and the guys educated me on which oil was best for my car. Since I have a good amount of miles on my car we went with a semi-synthetic blend. It was great to learn how to take care of my car in order for it to last me a while.The guys checked my tire pressure, windshield wiper fluid, and air filters. My cabin filter had just been replaced so no worries there. However, the other one (under the hood) is pretty dirty. They informed me that they could replace it but I have one at home. They told me I could come back within the time frame of my next lil change and they could do it for me.Overall, it was a great experience.

All the employees were super nice and even gave me a water when I pulled in! They were very quick and efficient. Stopped in for an oil change and they checked all my tires/fluids at no extra charge & it only took about 30 minutes

Worst oil change experience I ve ever had. Spent over a hour in the bay waiting. They moved another customer in front of me after I was already in the bay, because she had something to do . Like I didn t. More employees standing around watching others work than actually doing anything. Plenty of other oil change places. Will never go back

The service is always fast. Convenient for working night shift.The young men their are professional and respectful. I rotate locations and receive the same level of mannerism on my visits. I can return for free top off services. Take 5 has been a 5 star service for me.

My fianc� and I visited this location for full service. Giovoni , Jeremy, Keith, and Terry did an awesome job. Service was well done and also shoutout to the manager for professional service! Great place in East Memphis to get your oil change

The Take 5 Oil Change Technicians provided excellent and quality service. And had very reasonable prices!I was rushing to get there from work because I urgently needed a oil change and they were able to get me in right at closing time! And the service was quick right in and out not your typical 2-3hrs wait.I m so glad I chose to go to this location and will back! Sean and the crew are always polite and I trust them 100% if they tell me a filter needs to be replaced or additional will beyond the oil change. I drive 30 minutes to go to this Take 5 on Winchester specifically even though 3 others are closer.
