Horrible business! Had my cat overhauled last summer. Took 6 months. 23k and it didn't even make it to the first oil change and blew a head gasket. Call them and they won't honor any warranty, 14 months and less than 5k miles! Total ripoff if you are not local. Tried telling me I had the wrong store on my review, here's a pic of their sticker on my motor! Do NOT use these crooks!

I brought my truck in there on June 22 and just picked it up today July 28th A job that should've taken a day and a half to fix They took over a month They were rude, they lied to me constantly Originally it was supposed to be under warranty they made up an excuse so they could charge me And every day they would tell me my truck will be ready and it never was in this went on for over a month The worst experience I ever had in a repair shop...And I've been in the trucking business for over 20 years Unprofessional Just liars Kept my truck all torn apart for 30 days I lost over $50,000 in revenue And they just laughed about it they didn't care!... and when I left after paying $6000 the truck ran worse then when I brought it in I had to take it to another mechanic to repair the horrible work they did I've never left a review in my life and I'm 56 years old but I learn how Because of this experience It was truly unrealistic, Traumatic, and unbelievable These people are monsters!!!

We were on our way to Graceland and our bus broke down. Specialized truck repair came out and fixed our bus in only a couple of hours. Thank you!

Very poor service. My truck was a no start it was in their shop for over 3 months they were just replacing parts, hoping to find the issue. I spent $3,000 plus towing fees on a broken truck. I receive my truck in even worse condition than before I sent it to their shop. This shop is highly unprofessional and they don't care about their customers.

Don t take your truck here they don t tell you nothing they just break your truck more then it was had my truck for two months if you care about your truck don t take it here and he say far from the truth but the truth in the video they didn t know what they were doing and I told for them to put my truck back together so I can take it to another shop and still then they put it back together wrong and I repeat don t take your truck there BAD FOR BUSINESS

Terrible company run by uncaring thieves. Charged us for a service that wasn t completed leading to our motorhome breaking down before we even needed an oil change and now they won t work with us at all. Shady and terrible service. Absolutely do not recommend.

Lifesavers! Not a great area to break down in and the mechanic got to me and figured out what was wrong with my rig pretty quickly. Was back on the road in no time!

Took my truck to Specialize Truck Repair two different occasions. Should have known better the first time I took my Mack truck for a air leak they end of charging me and the air leak was worser they say they fixed something else . This time I took my 2016 Freightliner in because the bunk air wasn t working. They keep my truck all week . The lady at the front desk which is another story, called me saying they needed approval for Freon. I gave them the go ahead . 3 days later I picked up my truck technician says I need a new system this one is old truck is a 2016 so that s a red flag . Then he said he ran a wire and hot wired and it still wouldn t work . He said I needed a new system. So I ordered the new system $5300 . After I ordered part and paid money . Cigarette lighter fuse blowed so I changed fused and checked the rest it was 4 fuses blowed and one was for the air . The bunk air is working and all I needed was a dang fuse that cost me over $7000.00 . This shop is joke and needs to be closed down I wouldn t refer anybody to plug a tire there . There Name should be changed to Can t get rite truck repair .Service: Air conditioning

Can't read a torque wrench or a spec sheet.Oh well what's being under torqued by 100 foot pounds on a head bolt anyway? At least here we know how to read a torque wrench.

Words cannot express how much I appreciate this company. My truck was down for months and other mechanics were lazy and didn t want to diagnose it properly. I called specialized truck repair and they sent someone out immediately. That someone was Eric! This man is amazing! He got my truck running in no time and was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable in his work. I appreciate the company for answering the phone but all praises go to Eric for doing an outstanding job, we need more mechanics like you!Service: Electrical

This place was awesome, the service was great, real people that are concerned about you and your problems, it starts when you walk through the front door and see two lovely ladies that gets the ball rolling for the issues you have and make you feel already not worried, they took care of what I needed to be done and by the time I left with my tractor I was pleased, for the moment I was there I was able to know everyone name and even had good conversations other than trucking, well mannered and well concerned, and I m please at that! The turn around time was great! Our mechanic Eric came out quick and figured out the problem right away and was able to get our driver rolling soon, we will definitely use them in the future. There are no professionally people. My truck staid there for two days. I just have a little problem with the Turbo when I got in, after two days I still have a problem with the turbo, the air dray and the governor and they charged me us 1,047.00 for nothing repair. I never recommend that place for any body.

AC suddenly stopped working in my volvo last week while traveling through memphis! IN SUMMER! Was referred to specialized and am glad i was... they were able to get the filter cleared out and i was back on the road the same day. Thank you guys for saving this trucker from the heat!

If you need an honest and affordable repair for your truck, this is the place to go! Jon was the tech for my repair and he was knowledgable, friendly and communicative. Couldn't ask for more when my truck was down!
