It may be a little hard to reach them by phone, but just drop by and make an appointment. They do very good work and it's not expensive. It is definitely worth the effort you put in to make the appointment.

Zay Kimbrough and his father are pleasant men. The customer service was good. The tint job was quick and professional. The pricing is also more than reasonable. I love my tint and when everybody asks me who tinted my car, I tell them Zay down at Southern Window Tinting....he is the best in the city for real mane!

Went today to get my front windshield tinted. Horrible tint quality. Had bubbles and where my VIN number is located, he covered it up. Def won t recommend this place. I could have done it better myself honestly.

All I did was call & ask a damn question & the prices are outrageous! Why $160 for all windows & the + $75 for windshield only...tf

Very unprofessional took my charger up there trying to see if they could tint it because I used them before with my Malibu. The man in the back says we closed I said I just wanted to make an appointment tomorrow because you all DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE! He yelled out again I said we closed fine I don t recommend this place at all found something way better than this trash place anyway

F A S T ! I've gotten plenty of cars tinted but these people are extremely fast. Worst place ever. I wish I could give them a zero. Know the difference between drop off and appointment. I got there when it opened at 10:00 like I was told but 4 hours later and my car had not been touched. Mr. George had a good business but now it s terrible. I went somewhere else. I paid more money but it was definitely worth it. And their customer service is horrible and very unprofessional.

I read the reviews here and still got a vehicle done in 2018 on a Saturday. The tint installers were friendly and did a great job. Only issues were I asked/paid for a front strip and it wasn t completed. The tint installers indicated I need to speak to the receptionist at the front desk. I did and she was rude just as the comments indicated and said I would need to come back Tue to have it done. Why would I need to come back I am here now needless to say I just decided not to worry. Flash fwd. I have another vehicle I was willing to overlook the ladies rudeness due to the great work the gentlemen did on my previous vehicle. I called Thu. This is the conversation Window tint no greeting or anything Hi do you have any available appointments Saturday for tinting I m booked! Nothing else was said Ooook do you happen to have anything available for next week You gone have to call me Saturday or Monday alright thank you. I called literally 10 times today in spite of the rude attitude I was going to have my vehicle done there bc the price was good and the guys did well but I can t even get a phone call answered and when it was the lady was rude as hell. They could probably elevate their business with a better receptionist. I will be getting it done elsewhere.

Great experience and great tint job. I got my car in and out within 3 hours and they were very busy. You're not going to be their prices and no bubbles or issues with my tint, even after 8 months. Will refer and return.

Showed up to have my car windows tinted on a vehicle I just purchased days prior. I did not know it had a layer of clear tint on the back window. No biggie. Instead of teaching me (the customer) about the clear tint and informing me that they do not remove tint, the receptionist along with the guy who I assume was going to apply the tint, laughed among each other and said nah you gotta go . Terrible customer service and lazy workers. I ll never be back or recommend them again.

Set up an appointment, they get you in and out. Awesome work. The guy with the dreads, cool guy, great personality, and good work. The older gentleman, I believe is the owner, very courteous.

People (generally) do not take the "reviewer" into consideration so when there is a not so positive review on a company - it proves to be more relatable when details are given for the negative review.That being said (if U did not notice the stars) this IS NOT a negative review.SWT is a local love deserving of the limelight and I am thankful for being referenced to them IN SPITE of some reviews that show contrary.The attendant ("T") is as friendly as MEMPHIS could get and was extremely responsive.The rest of the family team is on point but many of us want PRODUCT not so much used to client service that is not as expected so if that is you The product is all the way. Automobile was done efficiently and looks good.If you want to support family business and get BIG NAME service- Southern Window Tinting is winning!!!

Horrible service!!!!! The receptionist is rude and they are very inconsiderate of their customers when they make a mistake! I got my windows tinted here and the first day my tint came up from my rear window. I called to let them know what happened and the lady told me to come back and they would fix it. I get there and ivory tells me that I have to schedule an appointment to come back and get it done. So I called back to schedule and an appointment and the receptionist tells me I guess you can try to come in on Wednesday. Never even schedules the appointment! I got there and of course they did not fix my tint. I talk to ivory and he got me in the next week to fix it. When they finally fixed my back window I got Ivory to put a tint strip on my windshield and of course a week and a day later I let my windows down and my tint comes flying off my windshield! I called back and the receptionist told me to come back again on the following Monday I get there and he tells me that he is squeezing me in between customers. He tries to glue my tint back up but then turns back around and tells me he has to take the strip off which I assumed he would've done in the beginning. So I told him if he takes it off that I would rather have the whole windshield tinted. But I refused to pay full price for a service that I'm getting done when I shouldn't have had to waste my gas constantly driving to the business when it shouldve been done correctly the first time. So tinting the front window costs 60 dollars. Ivory tells me he will do it for 40. Let me remind you I already paid 15 for them to put on the strip! So you're offering me 5 dollar discount after I've drove down here serveral times? This is the most unprofessional business I have ever received service from. Don't waste your money at southern window tint. They will ruin your tint and act like it's your fault! Unbelievable!

I have supported this business for years. I've never had a negative experience. They tinted windows on 4 of my vehicles. I have no complaints. I just purchased another vehicle and I plan on letting them tint it.

After a week my car had air bubbles I took it back and they told me they didn't have the time to redo my windows so they took the tint off and refund my money I asked the old guy do this have anything to do with my complaint about the receptionist and he said know have a good day young ladyService: Vehicle window tinting

Repeat customer. Perfect window tint job on my 2015 VW Passat on this visit and on my Mercedes 6 years ago. This car is extremely difficult to tint due to tight window sills. Quality work, best in town. Great customer service! Drove 28 miles one way to this place and received great product and service as expected based on my first experience. I recommend this business to everyone in the Memphis area.

Took two of my vehicles in to get tinted in February 2018, both were tinted extremely poorly. The lady in the office will have you standing in the office while she's on her person cell phone for about 5-7 mins, not even acknowledging the customer who's standing there waiting and she also has a very nasty attitude. And upon seeing my windows and I ask about getting them fix, she will make you try and wait a week later when you should be fix immediately when you paid already. Like I say please look at your tint if you decide to go here mines were not even cut to fix the windows. You could literally see from the inside of my car outside the sides of all windows. I give the -0 stars.

Quick they had 4 guys working on my car.The price is unbeatable. 150 for 5 windows on a Lexus 20%.. parking is limited small space

Been getting my vehicles done here for years sometimes if there is an issue with bubbles or anything that might happen they always fix it no questions asked great place to go would recommend them over anybody best value in town nobody beats their prices and the quality of work is exceptional

Terrible service, I had to travel from Arkansas to Tennessee 3 times because my tint wasn't right. That means the second and third time I had to get someone to follow me so I wouldn't have to sit for hours and wait. They claimed it was because it was tax time. I didn't use tax money but if I did what's the difference. Customer service, just any service in general is always supposed to be up to par. The girl that works in the office is rude, she acts like she hates her job.

This place is very unprofessional. I pulled up and didn t know where to go. I went in a room and sat which so happened to be the waiting room. Ten a guy finally asked did I have an appointment and rudely said you have to go pay first at the other building . Now I ve only had my tint 2 weeks and it s bubbles and cracks all over and can tell it was very rushed work. After I take it back to get the tint replaced I will never take another one of my cars here ever!
